I tried to purchase an entire roll of carpet which scanned at 2.89 - because you had to enter the number of feet which is written on the roll. Instead of paying and leaving, i told the cashier it must be an error. After which I was not thanked but told to go back to the other counter to get a special paper, where i had just been given the carpet from after a 10 minute wait. That counter was so busy i left after another 10 minutes wait and tried a different cashier and explained the problem and was told rudely that they couldnt do that but to go to the counter. So mad I left it there. What untrained and rude employees.

Worst service ever, don’t go there! The employees are not professional, I ordered some wall tiles, the employee told me i should get it in 2 weeks, after 2 weeks, when i phoned, they said they didn’t receive it, i should wait, then I went to the store to ask what happened, they said they would get it in another 2 weeks, now it’s been 5 weeks, and i didn’t receive my order, they don’t want to refund money, worst service ever!

As the prime minister suggested to wear protections not for yourself but for others. A shop should have all the worker wearing protection for the safety of their clients first. Canac doesn't have any worker wearing protection. I will not suggest you to go if you care about your life. I would actually report to the prime minister place like that, which should close immediately!

Worst experience ever, they should tell you at counter how long your gonna wait for it! When your parent trying too do all that need too be done,pick up kids, 28 minutes wait 2 lanes 6 workers, I only have 1 piece that it.... really should make express lane for 5 items less think about it.... Never again.... …

It is a great local store if you are looking for home improvements or tools around the house. It is clean and bright, good selection of Quebec made products with the right amount of expertise to do any job you’re looking for.

Very poor service, workers were rude and threw our products in the back of the truck, we won't shop at this store again. It was our first and last time. Very disappointing.

Staff are very helpful to help you find the product you are looking for. I visit this store frequently. Prices often seem to be far better than their competition.
