There's this one lady there that I deal with all the time because of my bad luck or something but she is absolutely horrible and rude to you and doesn't even try to be professional about anything. I wouldn't even come here if I didn't have to but it's the only Shoppers Drug Mart that does major paperwork stuff for the government. I try my best to be polite with her and even when I say thank you she says nothing back she just says yup. What a horrible customer experience. I asked questions about passport photos just because I was wondering if she had any knowledge about signing the back of them and then she replied how am I supposed to know! Goto hawkstone or Lewis estates shoppers to avoid this dragon lady. I wouldn't even complain but this isn't the first time I've dealt with her garbage. Probably like the 3rd or 4th! Like is it that hard to be nice to your customers? If you can't do your job then quit!

There is one elderly staff member that works at this Canada Post location, who makes coming to this location very uncomfortable and unpleasant, every single time. Each time that we have visited this location and she has helped us with our packages or whatever service it is that we need, she has shown little to no positive emotion and has made us feel like we are inconveniencing. She lacks customer service skills on ever level and this sole team member has set the tone for this entire location. Her attitude, lack of motivation and lack of commitment to the job, overshadows the good qualities and skills of the other team members working here. We hope that these LONG outstanding employee issues will be addressed, so that such behaviors can be rectified going forth, and a much more pleasant environment can exist.

0/5 There is a woman that works here that is the absolute worst. I’ve been here multiple times and she is incredibly rude and condescending to every customer no matter how polite and kind they are to her. She gives incorrect information constantly (out of country mailing….you can do it from your phone in about 2mins, but she will tell you have to drive home and print off forms) and will not help anyone with further questions about topics. All the other staff at this post office/shoppers drug mart are wonderful, I don’t know how she gets away with being so cruel to people.

Canada Post Office, only really dealt with the lady with an accent and she was very professional, courteous and polite. Update, Monday March 1st, 8:13 PM Staff was kinda rude and didn't provide any solutions to the problem. All I wanted to do was mail a package, they say no I can't take that you need to go online and make a digital order and come back. I didn't understand what that even meant so I asked them to show me on my phone but they provided no help and I was left standing there package in hand staring at the employee who just shrugged. 2 atara

DO NOT GET A PO BOX HERE!! They started redirecting my mail without my permission to the previous owner(person needs to own the box and show ID to start forwarding). They refused to help, later reading online they should of helped or at least canceled the forward this is after address issues(gave me the wrong mailing address) and every time I deal with someone it's like pulling teeth or the person has the lights on but no ones home. I worked in customer service so I'm being very polite about this.

Wow i can't believe how rude this lady is i am scare to go to the post office because of her, how come she is allowed to be rude, she has this hate look on her face, please hired some one else, unless she is the owner we have no choice but to deal with her:( or we shouldn't shope in there at all till she either change her attitude or be fire, there is not other way, we are customers and deserved respect.

The lady with red colored hair was very unhelpful. I was the first one waiting in the line, but she served a few others behind me instead. She told me to print out the label at home or in Staples because her printer couldn't print it out for me. I'm an elderly in my late 70's and i have to run back and forth a several times just to ask her to print out the lable before I mail the parcel out.

I don't know what people are complaining about. I went here three times in the last two days and it was perfect customer service, including for everyone in line ahead of me. Did you know you can make someone cheerful by being so? I got (masked) smiles/laughs from both of the people at the counter just by joking around casually. If you want good customer service, be a good customer!

omg, there is a lady staff there that dye her hair purple who is so rude, absolute 0 customer service. I cant believe Canada post would let her work within the organization or do nothing. The reviews on this place are real... I received an email telling me my package was ready for pickup... Go in to pickup my package ( left work early ) and I'm told that they are to busy to get it for me and come back tomorrow. Last time I ship ANYTHING with Canada post!! Should have stuck with FedEx!

When we rented our PO box we thought maybe this lady is just having a hard day. After being back here multiple times she probably shouldn't work a customer service job. Worst service ever. Always the same girl working here and she is so rude and does care to try and help at all.

There is a young girl working there with the worst attitude. She is not helpful in anything if you ask a question. She never has an answer regarding anything except telling you to call somewhere and find out yourself. Usually she is blonde but does change her hair colour often.

I'm not sure if the purple hair still works there but I went there today and the black hair lady was so helpful! But not only that she dealt with stress so professionally and calm. Super helpful, honestly the best customer serveice ive ever had for a long time! …

This is my local post office and I always have an amazing experience. I wanna give a shout out to Susan who works in the post office. She took her time and helped me save money on a package I was shipping. She really went above and beyond for me and I am really grateful!

I wish I could give zero star. Worst customer service ever. Looks like they don’t even want to help you. If you are not there to help your customer which is your job responsibilities. Why do you even work there? Go home and hire someone better.

Every time if I have delivery at my home they just leave notice in mail box never check the house or ring the bell. Multiple times I was waiting for delivery and find notice in the mail box. Worse service ever.
