i took a package to this post office, to the girl at the front desk. i had a buyer that was interested in knowing the cost of shipping. i gave the girl the address to send to, and she gave me the price. i returned home and relayed the price to the buyer, he agreed to buy. i return the next day to the same post office and the same girl, and this time when she inputs in the the same address as the previous day, she says it doesn't exist on her computer. why did it exist the previous day? or why didn't she tell me that then? the address was correct, i verified it. yet, if her computer is in error, she should have told me the first day instead of wasting my time, so i didn't have to drive home and recontact the buyer. i could have done that after the first time when she originally weighed it.

Living in the area for a very long time I frequented this place sometimes daily. They were always courteous and kind, and all my packages got where they needed to be. Heck I even used to ship out dozens of packages for my business there weekly. Postal is postal, there's going to be issues sometimes. But in over 10 years, I can't think of a time they were overly rude or unprofessional. Sometimes there are lines of 10-20+ people snaking into the store, and they still move people along pretty fast.

Worst location ever! I’ve visited this location 7 times and reviewed service twice. All the other times there have been technical difficulties, staff are on break (sign said back in 15. I waited 25 min before giving up and leaving. The gentleman in line ahead of me said he had been waiting 10 min prior to my arrival), or they didn’t have what I needed in supply. If you want to get your postage out go somewhere else!

The front desk officer that attended to my husband today November 9, 2020 between the hours of 14.36 and 15.23 on 4 different call time kept him hanging and abandoned him, without answering his question. They delayed his parcel since July till date. He called Clareview and they offered to assist. The lady at the front desk of canadapost 118 Av, needs training.

The staffs here are quite friendly and courteous. There are times of the day when you have quite a lot of people here but the staffs are quick with each transactions. I also love the way the lady explained all the postal options available for my postage not like other post office that are impatient. I will recommend the store.

Delivery "attempt" fails conveniently on a Friday afternoon at 4pm that's I'm specifically waiting for... Takes until Tuesday the next week to even have the opportunity to pick up. You make DHL look compitent ‍♂️ Update: delivery notice showed up multiple days AFTER I had to go pickup my package. Peak incompitentce

I was waiting at home for a heavy parcel so I took a day off and waited for the delivery. I saw the postman coming so I went to take the delivery, instead he just put a delivery notice in my mail box just in front of me! I have to go to the post office to take my parcel. Well done Post Canada!!

Awful service. They lost my sons passport. I was given a phone number to call ahead to confirm it'd be there instead of me going in AGAIN and it not being there; I was on hold for over half an hour.

The lady who works here most days is condescending every single time. She should be shipped to the back of a warehouse where she doesn’t have to be seen by the general public.

Seems to work fine. I’ve never spent more than 8 minutes there while doing my stuff. Rough neighborhood, but they don’t control that.

Been shopping there since 2002. Pharmacy is always professional. Post office bends over backwards to help you.
