I have been dealing with Dr. Andrew at Canyon Meadow Veterinary clinic for over a year now, and I wish I found him years ago!! He's amazing in every aspect, his sense of humor, his ability to ensure a solid understanding of your situation, and most importantly he has a huge heart. He advises me on pet care specific to the needs of my pets, not his wallet! He is honest, very very honest. I just had my fifteen year old feline euthanized at this clinic, and honestly, Dr. Andrew and his staff (Heather) couldn't have made the experience any easier for me. They were very reassuring and gentle throughout the process, and even sent me a hand written card home with the box of ashes. Dr. Andrew advised me against treatment, as my kitty was dying of cancer and already very very sick, so he told me the best thing to do was let him go. Even with all the money in the world, the right decision is to let him go. They are a phenomenal staff, very caring and kind. They are like no other vet staff I have ever dealt with, and I've tried out many clinics and hospitals. Dr. Andrew is smart, he knows his stuff! And he's not a money hungry monster like most vets nowadays he actually has a heart and he is here for the patients, not the paychecks! Wonderful man. I don't know what else to say I could ramble on forever about how much I love Canyon Meadows Veterinary clinic! You won't be disappointed, check them out!! Canyon Meadows Vet Clinic is the best! Dr. Biernacki and his staff have always provided top notch service for our furbabies for generations. Recently our furbaby had to have a surgery we discovered on a Monday and Friday morning the same week he was having his surgery. He came through it with flying colours (thank goodness!) because of the amazing care he received from everyone at the clinic. They provided us with updates when the surgery was completed, explained post surgery care in detail and followed up the day after surgery to ensure all was well. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Biernacki and his staff for the care they give our present furbaby and the care they have given our family furbabies for years. We recommend this clinic to everyone and we are so thankful for everyone at this clinic-they are caring and professional and they do not encourage us to get tests or meds for our pets that are not required. Dr. Biernacki tells us what the issue is and how we can resolve it and it doesn’t “break the bank”. Thank you everyone at Canyon Meadows Vet Clinic for you’re caring and amazing service every time!

I think the new owners could have spent some time with Dr. Biernacki during the transition and leveraged some job shadowing to better understand what made this clinic so special. Allison commented below on the new owners only wanting money and it was our impression as well. Dr. Biernacki genuinely took the approach of doing what's best for your animal and always gave his opinion as if it was his own pet. He approached every visit with a genuine passion for the animals he took care of. This was the key to his success and why the ratings were so high. He always took time to explain to the owners the reason for his thinking and he was always cautious to not over sell. Ultimately it came down to him wanting the best for the animal and also the best for its owners and this was apparent in every single visit. The new owners have the exact opposite approach, which is do everything we recommend so we can make more profit. Not because it makes sense for the animal, but because this was the training they took and that's that.

Dr Bernacki is a wonderful veterinarian!! He's very caring and very knowledgeable about what he does. My dog is a diabetic he was diagnosed a year and a half ago and Dr Bernacki really came through for Kip. And Kip is doing very well. He also is very compassionate when it comes to the emotions of the owners of these animals because when your dog is sick it's very scary especially when you know nothing about the disease. I never dealt with diabetes before so every time his numbers were high I would kind of freak out and Dr bernacki is very good at calming me down and assuring me that we would fix this and he came through because we are on our way to fixing it right now and the new medication is working. I trust him completely. His staff are very caring and compassionate and wonderful ladies as well. Your animals couldn't be in better hands. ❤️

Dr. Biernacki was recommended to us by friend at work who lives in the SW. We have brought both of our dogs and cat to him for routine checkups as well as special treatment for illnesses and other health issues. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received over the years. Dr. Biernacki takes a lot of time to fully explain his diagnoses and treatment options ... we never feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. With several pets and having moved around over the past few years, I can say that Dr. Biernacki is the best vet we've had for our animals; I would certainly recommend him to friends, family, or anyone looking for a vet.

The best vet clinic I have ever gone to! Dr. Biernacki is super knowledgeable, caring, and honest. He takes the time to explain what is actually going on with your pet (which I have never had with any other vet). He gives you different options and works within your needs. He gives his honest medical opinion as a professional, with the love of being a pet owner himself. The rest of the team there are all amazing! They truly cared for my pet and were always very helpful. I had 3 surgeries for my dog there. It was affordable and done with love & care. I recommend everyone go to this clinic!

We brought our cat here for an exam as we called around and theirs was the most competitive of prices. They aren't cheap, but they are a little less expensive than the others near our location. Our cat was properly diagnosed and it's Day 3, and our cat has stopped peeing everywhere due to the treatment given by the vet. Vet, I think his name is Dr. Andrews, was super nice and friendly, and compassionate. Really nice guy. And treated both my kid, cat and myself with politeness and respect. Will definitely do business with them again!

The puppy I was sitting accidentally got into some chocolate, in a panic I called this clinic as it was the closest. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and coached me through what to do, while calming me down. This, to me, screams someone who genuinely cares about what they do and the animals, rather than trying to charge me $150 to bring him in to tell me the exact same things. Very much appreciated! I will recommend them to anyone in need in the future!

I was a first time client and had a severely sick old car. The staff (Jennifer, Diana and Heather) very helpful and understanding! In this short notice Dr. Andres took his time to find a diagnosis. Sadly there was not much he could do anymore. His honesty and concern helped to find the best decision for Darcy. Now he he is in a better place and doesn't suffer! Thank you very much also for the sympathy card that we receive!

I am so happy with my experience here. Other vets have tried to up-sell me on non-essentials and I have left feeling worried and ripped off. This clinic however was perfect. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they treated my cat with care. I also thought the price they charged was completely reasonable. Excellent vet! She was very kind, friendly and genuinely cared about my dogs needs. She wasn't pushy for services at all. The girls at the front were amazing too. They all helped my very anxious dog get her nails trimmed and this has never happened before. Other vets either couldn't get close to her at all or were too scared to. I would recommend this vet clinic to everyone. The prices are very reasonable too.

One of the few companies that has a 5 star rating overall. They deserve it. Dr. Biernacki, his associate and entire team are the best. We've been bringing our babies here since they were babies and today at over 10 years each, they are still happy and healthy and so much fun. Do not use this vet unless you only need nails trimmed. Booked appointment because our dog was having seizures. Our dog actually had a seizure in the exam room. Vet just leaves room and throws in a towel for urine cleanup and says we cant help with this. If that is the case why didn't they say that when I booked the appointment. Not professional at all. Wouldnt take my animals here for anything.

Took my Rescue German Shepherd to Canyon Meadows Veterinary Clinic today. I want to commend Dr. Andrew Biernacki for being so kind and for spending a great deal of time checking Angel out and making sure she was in good health. He is a VERY knowledgeable and personable Vet and I can't say enough good about him. Angel will be a regular patient from now on.

Dr Leboldus has been nothing short of a miracle for our two dogs, Toby and Kirby. She is endlessly professional and thoughtful. We have followed Dr Leboldus from her previous clinic to Canyon Meadows and she is a rare breed. Would recommend her to anyone who wants their pet looked after with the care and attention that they deserve.

Wonderful experience bringing my dog to Canyon Meadows Vet clinic. Dr. Biernacki was very knowledgable, informative and friendly. I am from out of town and they were able to accommodate me for a same day appointment. My dog was seen, treated, and released in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable cost. We took our puppy here for her 3 month vaccination, and when we paid we tried to book the next one but they said they'd call me. I called a couple of times after that, and was told that they would call me when it was time to make the appointment. No one ever phoned, and so we ultimately took her elsewhere.

The previous owner was fantastic really cared about our pets that being said wanted to get my 2 pound cat fixed n by the end of the conversation it was going to cost well over a thousand dollars. No wonder there's so many unfixed animals out there. RIDICULOUS do they really care about our pets I think not

Canyon meadows veterinary clinic has always been amazing to us. Ares is a pitbull and has never been discriminated against there which has happened at other vets. The staff there are super friendly and care about your animals and you, and they treat you with respect. This is the only vet I will ever go to

Terrible service, Terrible receptionist. They charged us for Everything. Even walking in the door. This vet is a money sucker! Gave our cat lots of drugs for the wrong problem and didn't check or correct it! The head receptionist lies to customers to avoid confrontation.

I've been taking my Male Boxer here for over a year, and the whole staff is amazing. Not only do they take the time to explain all of my questions, they make the whole experience enjoyable for Hunter and myself. I've found this vet clinic to be the best in the south.
