Weaknesses as well as unnecessary coverage in my old policy were pointed out. I was able to modify my new policy to have better coverage. Recently my defensive driving discount expired. I took the course online and forwarded the certificate to my agent, Sarah. She promptly forwarded the verification of course completion to my insurance carrier and emailed me that she had done so. The next thing I knew my insurance company mailed confirmation of the reduction in my policy rates because the discount had been applied. I could not have asked for faster service.
