Be READY to BRING or BUY your own rags to dry YOUR CAR. Yes I paid premium which was about $22.00 and had to pay extra $5.00 for wet shine for my tires. After THEY supposedly DRY your car YOU have to give it VACUUM. When you open the doors be ready to have your RAGS to dry the side of the doors. They sell you rags but it’s the cheapest quality of rag that you can buy at a dollar tree. What the owner should do is train their worker to be better at EXPLAINING what they OFFER. When you first drive in you see like different menus. I asked the worker that’s in charge to see that you paid. I asked him which one included Vacuum, shine for tires, the car to be well dried and etc. Owner take the advice and coach your workers on how to explain well the things you guys offer for you won’t be getting a bad review. Before the Virus situation service was way better and straight forward. Instead save your money take it to a normal car wash where you do it yourself because that’s what you will be doing it. Or you can instead take it to a Classic Car Wash place. They do everything vacuum, dry your car well and etc. Don’t recommend quality went down by so much of I could give no star I would.

I’ve been using the monthly car wash subscription for the past year and a half. In that time frame I’ve have two incidents with my Jeep ; my car colliding with another car inside the car wash( from the customer in front of me stepping on their brakes) & an employee taking a razor blade to my front windshield when I asked him to remove the residue from the car wash’s sticker (I told the employee there was a tint and I didn’t know he was going to use a blade to take it off , instead of the towel & goo gone that he had in his hand). The owner called me 5 day after resolving the bill to fix the tint (a month after the incident), and told me my monthly service is being canceled , which he called a “business decision”. The staff was nice and helped me through the two issues , but I wish the owner could have stepped up and actually reached out to me besides calling me a full month after the last incident.

The service here is hit and miss. Sometimes I get what I pay for (automatic from my bank) and other times I have to ask. . I signed up for the most expensive package which tells the car wash what I paid for and it automatically cleans my car. The "pre-wash" person sometimes cleans everything (including rims) other times, it's just a quick spray. A couple of times I've had to go through the wash twice. One of those times, the manager (nice guy with green eyes; don't know his name) saw me and he personally pre-treated my car, scrubbed my rims, and made sure that I was taken care of all the way to the end. Then he apologized for the inconvenience. SUPER NICE TOUCH! My package also includes getting an interior wipe cloth that is not automatically provided (I have to ask for it), and if I want the scent stick to make my car smell nice, I have to get off the car and ask the cashier. Quite inconvenient.

In general, I guess they do a good job cleaning the interior. But that's not good enough for the asking price, especially when many spots are missed or poorly cleaned. This includes leftover spots on the exterior as well. The reason I am giving them 1 star instead of 2 is because the workers must not care too much about the quality of their job- seeing as how my infotainment system looked broken when I turned my car back on. The screen showed colored lines as if damaged, but luckily it still works. My guess is they pressed too hard on the screen when cleaning. But the worst part is that on top of almost breaking the digital screen in my TWO MONTH OLD 2018 vehicle, the screen is now riddled with scratches. Thanks guys, I trusted you and you screwed me for $30 plus tip. Thumbs down, poor care and attention to detail.

Really disappointed with this car wash. I typically come here once a month but today i came in for interior and exterior and when I came home I realized they'd moved by back seats forward to clean (and that were still dirty) but they also broke the mechanism that moves the seat back. So my seats are stuck forward and can't be used until it's fixed. I went back within 30 minutes and the manager Jose tried to fix his employees mess up with no success. He also wouldn't confirm they would fix and gave me a card to his car guy. No way am i going to your buddy who'll say it's not your fault. It's 100% something g that they broke but he wouldn't confirm if they'd cover their error. I need this fixed ASAP or I can't have back seat passengers. Never coming here again and I'm filling a formal complaint with the BBB.

I personally have never taken my car to any car washes as I only trust myself to clean my car but I've had a hectic schedule and decided to go here because my ex would always go here and I remember them doing a decent job. Let's just say I should have sucked it up and rode around in my dirty car a bit longer. I was left with a 4 inch scratch on my driver door that I know for a fact was not there before I take excellent care of my car. My passenger interior door has multiple scratches I assume came from vacuuming. And whatever cleaner they use for the interior left a sticky film everywhere. Sorry can't say I reccommend this place. I know we all assume a risk when we trust a car wash place but this is just a huge NO considering it was my first and what will be my last experience here.

Doing this as an updated review for those who have been going or been once before and know how the process was. The entire process of this car wash has changed. They no longer vacuum in the beginning and if you want an interior clean it's an extra $15 added to the changed pricing. I forget the exact price changes but I got the highest exterior wash and it was $20. Now $20 for just the exterior would be worth it if they actually tried to wipe your car down like they used to. They now spend maximum 1 min wiping down the car, leaving water spots and some parts still dripping. Overall experience and quality of wash has dropped drastically and that was the last time I visit this car wash. I'd much rather just do a $10 quick drive through wash and wipe my car down myself.

I'm writing this from the waiting area right now so I don't forget. I received news about an hour ago, at the end of the day on a Sunday, that I need to sell my car. I rushed down to Capitol Expressway to the CarMax and chose this car wash as it was the closest one and I don't have time to find another. When I arrived 5 minutes before they closed I explained my situation and asked for the best service to make the car look presentable. They didn't try to upsell me, they didn't offer me the most expensive, they gave me the option that worked best for me and got me moving immediately. These guys spent 40 minutes after close working to make my car spotless and I appreciate the heck out of them. These guys are incredible.

IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE. The wash is very basic and I paid for the supreme service. There really isn't any difference between the package services. They tell you there's extra coating and protection but every car was washed the same way and with the same products regardless of purchased package. Accidental vacuum scratches, the inside was not wiped completely, random spots all over the exterior. I grabbed the towel myself and started cleaning my own car, and was furious to see a couple scratches (car is new, so it's noticeable). Unacceptable, when i'm paying for this service. If your car is your baby, then i suggest paying an extra $5-10 and getting a hand car wash somewhere else.

They pretty much damaged my front wheel while i drove it through the wash tunnel. The guy at the front kept giving me the wrong instructions on where to steer and how to get into the automated lane. He kept telling me left while i felt my wheels are rubbing on something. Finally, i just opened my door and noticed my front left wheel was railing at the guard and that took off a big chunk of paint from my black wheels. I did an exterior wash only. Then when i got back home i had to clean the exterior again wit ha few dry cloths. Visible stains were still on the car. I guess they did not just bother to put any effort. Horrible place...horrible service and terrible value !!! Never going back there ever again.

I felt like for $20 I should have felt like my car was actually clean when I was done with the wash. I tipped the guys who were dying the truck and putting tire conditioner on my tires but I found that there were many areas the automation hadn't done a good job on and that the attendants did not correct. The location was not busy when I used the car wash. I was buying fuel which turned out to be much higher priced that other stations in the area and because the car wash was empty I decided to be opportunistic and use the wash. Over all the wash was poor for what I paid and the fuel was more expensive than other stations in the area. So I am hard pressed to recommend anything about this location.

I've been going here for years, but admittedly not for a while. What a disappointment! If you want the full service wash that they USED to offer, you need to buy their "express detail" for substantially more money. If I want that level of wash, I'll just go to the drive-thrus that are popping up everywhere, which are more convenient and CHEAPER. If I want a full service cleaning, I guess I'll be going back to Classic. Too bad, because I haven't gone to Classic since Premier opened. Looks like they put scores of people out of work as well. :-( The owner asked me to review the quality of the wash... it's about par with the $13 wash I get from the Chevron just up the street.

Friendly customer service, minimal waiting in line for the car wash. Very attractive prices, if you opt in for the monthly membership, it pays off if you are conscientious about your car maintenance, when you get a car wash you're entitled to free vacuuming of your vehicle. Chevron Gas station is in the premises, which I take advantage of, generic gas stations charge almost the same for a gallon of gas, or 30 cents less, that's why I decided not to chance it and Always get a fill up and then get the car wash, naturally with my monthly membership, you can't lose using Chevron and it's car wash Svcs. Highly recommend it, drive a little, save a lot

Really bad service Update on my review: Terrible service. Don't come here unless you plan on doing most of the work yourself. Came here to get my car washed and cleaned on the inside (like you used to be able to) you pay $21 for the works and I had to pay $5 extra for a tire shine (they didn't apply it btw so don't bother paying for it). So $26 total. What they don't tell you is that YOU will be cleaning and vacuuming your car from the inside. And if you wanted to dry your car on spots that the dryer misses, you have to buy a rag from them because they won't lend you one. Will not be coming back here. Would give zero stars if i could.

Bad service I paid for about a 40-50$ wash to rid of some grime that was on the side of my car and I took a seat thinking it would take an appropriate amount of time but they literally ran it through a wash I could of gotten for 7$ at a shell and told me I had to pay over 100$ for a hot wax to rid of it because it he said it was so stuck and needed special chemicals even though I took some of the grime off with my finger in front of him so instead of arguing with him I took it home and did it myself. They didn't put any effort into removing the grime or could of have least notified me it would be a problem before I paid.

I often wondered why there were no more than two or three cars here at any given time. Even on the hottest busiest days, maybe five or 6. Well, now that I finally caught them while they were open I see the reason. It's between 17 + $25 to get your car washed, however that's just for the outside. It's an additional $25 for them to run a vacuum and dust the inside of your car. That's right folks, this price doesn't include an oil change a complimentary gold leafing. Just the highest price car wash ever. What's more, you'll be just as unhappy with this one as the $14 Complete Car Wash a mile away.

TERRIBLE! We have been trying to find a decent carwash location and had high hopes for this one, but never fails they did a horrible job, and for $28 mind you. They were very half assed, lazy and missed quite a few spots that we did not notice until we left. Tons of spots blatantly missed on windows, dried dirt on our wheel wells, tire dressing was completed missed on half of all the tires and the wheels were almost more dirty than when we brought it in. Very very lazy staff and we greatly regret coming here and paying $28 for something a child could do better! Avoid this place!

I went there on my lunch break. I called in first to make sure that there is not line, and they said no line. I went in there and got the car washed inside out and the crew who works here very nice. Also they give you a free car fragrance clip if you take the receipt inside. I was in and out at this place and car looks like new as well. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to this place for car wash. The was is all automatic and once the car comes out few guys will wipe down the interior and make it inside out new.

Good quick spruce up of my little eCar. The location is close to my commute route. So I can pop in and knock off the dirt my Fiat tends to collect on its back end. The attendants on hand help with charge card misfeeds that my fumble fingers cause when reaching out my window. They always remember to hand me my roof mounted antenna and tape down my rear wiper just in case it my latch on to the spinning brush apparatus. The chamois wiping rig is gentle on my car's finish, too. Very satisfactory all around for me!

Took my car here and now totally regret it. M5 with high performance wheels and tires. The car came off the rail and it damaged my driver side front rim. Word to the wise, if you have high performance wheels and tires DON'T go here!!! Manager side it was curve damage and that the metal rails don't damage wheels because they are low to the ground, when I pointed out that my high performance tires are low profile he started to stutter. Makes me wonder how many other wheels they damaged!

I got a supreme car wash. I really appreciated that they didnt try to upsell unlike other places where you go in thinking youre gonna spend $25 with coupon but end up spending $40. I really liked their waiting area. Theres enough seats and umbrellas for everyone. Plus, they have a fun gun which basically lets you spray colorful foam on your car from the waiting room when your car goes through the wash. Not exactly sure what the foam is but i could imagine kids having a blast with it!

Vacuums are free with car wash..they are mostly super friendly. The coffee is good ( it was better when y'all had banana flavor LOL) . We have a busin3ss account here and I bring my personal truck here . My only recommendation. Stay open as long as it's daylight And let people come back for vacuums ( sometimes they are all full and we have to go ) OVERALL GREAT PLACE IVE BEEN COMING FOR YEARS AND YEARS NO OTHER PLACE IS WORTHY OF MY TRUCK . I used to drive all the way to Sunnyvale to wash my car. My husband has been washing his car here for a while and recommended it. I took it today for the first time and really liked it. My car has some bird droppings for parking under trees and they did a pretty decent job removing most of it (haven't washed my car in months and some droppings are solid). I'm very satisfied with the service. Staff is friendly and professional.

I moved into the neighborhood about a year and a half ago and am happy to have found this car wash. I've been mostly pleased, so I have been returning here repeatedly. The automatic wash does a good job. They hand towel dry the car after the blowers. Then you can use their free vacuums and towels to finish the interior. I do the insides of the windows after I'm home. I appreciate that it's usually efficient and is a good value.

I will never go here again. I stopped on my way home 5/24 @ 5:08 pm. I left at 5:54pm. There was only one car in front of me getting washed. There were 4 cars being dryed. It shouldn't have taken that long. They left my car sitting for 20 minutes no one touched it. I left a message about my complaint, no one responded. Really customer service people. $34.00 mistreatment, lack of appreciation of my time. Sickening, infuriating.

One of the greatest premier car washes on Capitol Expwy in Santa Clara County! -Free Self Vacuum (after wash) -After washing is done your car will be dried by the machine and also extra hand dried perfectly by their employees. -There is also a gas station right next to it if you need gas and a McDonalds and Store if you get hungry or need some drinks and snacks for the road! In conclusion “your car will be lookin fresh”.

Above average service. Everyone from the service attendant, cashier, to the operators were very attentive. Fun with the water spout inside the store area, to squirt extra soap on your vehicle (I think it's mostly a gimmick, but hey, why not). I like that they take Android pay. On the pricey side. I don't recommend the carpet wash. Noticed a few missed spots after returning home. Oh well, next wash. Don't forget to tip!

Best car wash service with newly installed state of the art car wash tunnel! My 5 year old loves it when we go inside, she calls it the rainbow car wash! Prior to entering the tunnel you are greeted by a live person who does a pre-wash. On the other side two people dry the car. To top it all vacuumes are new and work nonstop. Careful not to waive hand over the pipe hose, powerful suction. Friendly staff.

I only got gas and went inside to get a trash can for my car, so I can't speak about the car wash (yet). It's a very nice Chevron that has a decent shop. You can buy snacks or car accessories. I will probably take my car there for a car wash one day, and I only say maybe because I'm lazy and only get my car washed once every month or so at a car wash closer to me, not because I don't trust the car wash.

My fiance is getting ready to sell his car so he came here and got his car detailed. For $40, they were supposed to clean the inside and vacuum the seats, floors, etc. They must have been really busy because once he got his car back, the seats were still dirty and there wasn't a big difference in the cleanliness of his car. Ended up going to Target and buying $7 stain remover that worked like a charm!

Best place to get your car washed Best tunnel wash in town...before you enter the tunnel they pressure wash all the big stuff off...Then you go through the tunnel and there are the wipe guys they wipe down the windows and all of the big water left when your car got it's initial blow dry...then it's off to the self-service vacuums...all and all Best deal in town for tunnel car washing hands down...

I was going to get gas, and also get a car wash but she was very rude so I decided I’d rather go get the gas and car wash somewhere else where I am appreciated. I would t recommend my worst nightmare to spend money here so long as people like her work there.

Came here after years of washing the car myself and I got the interior and exterior cleaned. It looked fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was how shiny the plastic was on the inside but I wiped it with a microfiber cloth at home the morning after and it was great. A friend loved how glossy it looked so it's just a personal preference. Gonna get the monthly car wash pass for sure.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a few years now. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff work quick and are always willing to help. My parents really enjoy going to this car wash and seem to do a very good job. However, I have left makeup in the car (not knowing they were going to get it washed) that has been stolen. This has happened multiple times and the products were very new too. I find it very frustrating that money is being paid to have the interiors cleaned and stuff is being stolen in the meantime.

This place is right around the corner from where I live and they always do a fantastic job on my car. They pay a lot of attention to details and my card looks spotless when I pick it up. If you go during busy times you have to wait a while but if you have time and can go when they're not busy like the middle of the day during the week you don't have to wait hardly at all.

This place used to be a pretty good car wash, BUT something happened(maybe a mgt change). Most of the people seemed apathethic and they did a terrible job with my windshield which is a big pet peeve of mine. I mean how hard is it to properly clean a windshield? When I mentioned it, the guy seemed irritated with me. Stay away from this place!

Great Service fast and efficient. Love the fact I can vaccum my own car , or have the option to have them detail it for a bit extra. they provide window cloths and car scents for every wash . .. you also have the option of purchasing coffee to be ready as u drive out the wash . Been going for almost 3 yrs with the monthly subscription..

Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a good car cleaning service. Wasn't too busy, the people there were very nice and helpful, very affordable prices, and took about half an hour to complete the whole cleaning process. It almost felt like driving a brand new car because of how well of a job they did!

Terrible! I'm not coming back. I wonder who gives more stars and writes good reviews. They lied and told me their $28.99 service includes cleaning the interior, which then the manager said no and it's only wiping off the dust!!! Seriously?!! The car came out clean enough, but for the money spent on wash and interior detail I could have gotten an all-hand wash. The rail broke a piece of plastic cladding on the bottom of my car. Interior detail consists of a vacuum and slathering Armor-all on the dash, unevenly. The Fun Gun water cannon is no longer there.

This place is incredible and so attentive. I has a wonderful experience through the car wash and vacuum. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while I was vacuuming it and they quickly got someone with a kit handy to help me open it. SHOUT OUT TO TEO! Saved my life and did not give up on trying to get my car open.

Good place to wash your car sitting inside, all process automated, the only thing you need to touch is kiosk where you need to order service and this kiosk not very good. But all service is good, and access to vacuum cleaners is included. In general it takes same amount of money if you would go to self-service.

We were looking for a mechanical car wash. Most place around is manual and can get expensive. The price is fair with many option but you can get you car was for 10$ in less than 10 minutes. You have access to a complimentary vaccum which is great if you want to quickly remove dust or kids food inside your car.

Did not vacuum cleaner the back of the van said it was to dirty, my son plays football and his cleats pick up these little black ball from the field. And that's the what he was referring to... It was not that bad I cleaned the van out a week prior... But still took my tip money. Then he told me thee bad news

I don’t know how, no matter what location, I can come spend $50-$150 on a car wash and and they still can’t clean the inside correct. Still had sticky residue all over the center console . It wasn’t even in a very hard spot to get either like a cup holder or something….nope right in the open. Frustrating

They charge you $20 to $25 extra to clean inside of your car, but actually it doesn't worth it. The workers have very poor knowledge of how to apply the chemicals, and at the end your car is just flooded with chemicals and the interior looks greasy. I will not take my car to this carwash again.

Best priced exterior wash and hand dry including windows. After the car wash there was a lot of water spots left on my vehicle and the windows are still dirty on the outside. You would save half the price if you chose a $7 drive-thru self-service car wash and brought your own microfiber towel

My husband has gone there for years. He just came home from trying to get his truck washed and is never going back. Apparently they’ve changed their offerings, raised prices and are basically now a drive through car wash. To get full service it’s ridiculously expensive. What a shame.

Cheapest wash is $15. Does decent enough job. Quick 1 min exterior hand dry from employees then free self vacuum. Actually, the prices are higher than others I've visited although there wasn't any hand dry provided. I don't mind drying myself which I pay less than $10.

This place has been the most solid carwash location for the last decade! The new renovation is fun and super effective. Everyone there is super nice, and i have never had a better wash at such an affordable price. I just wish they still had their foam canon!

Very impressed with the automatic car wash here. It was able to get out weeks old bird poop, but my fender was about 90% clean and I wish it was totally devoid of the dead bug stains (there were two guys who dried the car at the end who could have got those)

Says it's a self-service, it isn't. There are workers at every station, so no way to self clean. The only "self-service" is the drive-thru wash. Staff punched my driver side window and grabbed my door handle after making confusing directions. Not returning.

Very bad service. A lot of scratches on my car since they are using the same towels for the whole car. Made me wait another 15min after my car was done because they blocked me with other cars and didn’t want to move them (very rude). Would not recommend.

Love this place, I have the month plan for years, My 2014 impala is always clean and get lots of compliments. I go every weekend and any time I drive by. I do miss when the use to do interiors but the have spots for self vacuum.

I went out of my way to use this car wash, that says a lot! I like the set up, getting pre-wash power wash and post-wash drying by actual attendants was cool. I didn't use the vacuums but the area looked well spaced and clean.

It was closed for three weeks in a row when I came for gas. These guys are fair weather washers. That can't be great for the employees... And they're way overpriced. Pacific Hand Wash is so much better for a little less.

Good for a quick car wash. They do have employees that will hand dry the car after going through. And you can just get gas without going through the car wash, if you want.

Used to be good. For $19.99 they would vacuum inside, run through car wash and then a crew would clean inside and wipe down outside. Now, it is $42 if you want the same.

I always come here because I know the people working are going to give me the best service! Tio and all the employee are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Different experience than the traditional wash. Liked the organizational sequence, the rapid service and higher quality wash. I will return again and may subscribe.

These guys do a really good wash. Machines are well maintained. Interior cleaning/mini detail is a really nice touch (though it does end up almost too shiny ;) ).

Not bad but it's rushed because of cars coming behind you and no room for cars for adding for example the tire shine on a busy day. Overall they do a good job.

Meh, it's ok for a quick rinse of your car. Don't bother with the expensive wash, it won't make any difference from the cheapest one.

This is automatic car wash which i like. Self vaccum is free with pumps on both sides of the car which is convenient.
