They were fast and I got there at a good time, so I didn't have to wait which was nice. Afterwards tho, I noticed they didn't completely dry my car, so there ended up being water spots and things were not wiped down enough. The main reason I took my car in was that I needed the drivers seat to be steam cleaned. I told them that was the main thing I wanted done. I guess they don't do that because all they did was wipe it down with a leather cleaner and coating. Unfortunately the leather fabric has a lot of small holes in the design. It's definitely a bad design. My sister's dog took a dump rt on my seat. I cleaned it the best I could, but it needs a deep steam clean. I thought they could do that, but maybe it's just the engines they steam clean. So this venture cost way too much for what I got. I will keep cleaning my own car from now on and rent a steam cleaner.

Pros: Steam Clean - Engine and under carriage looked great after. Much easier to spot the oil leak I was having. Cons: Car wash - not good. Bunch of steam clean debris left and windows not cleaned properly. Probably would avoid this. Price - I was charged a total of $493. Seems high. There’s no posted pricing and I’ve heard other (lower) pricing being charged for the same service. Maybe because my truck is older and had not be professionally cleaned before. Who knows? Advice: I’d likely look up other business and call for pricing before coming here. I went on word of mouth and desperation.

Extremely poor service, both in terms of customer service and carwash quality. They washed my truck in 3 minutes and dried it in 3 minutes. An automatic carwash cleans the car better. There were so many dirty spots all over the place. I showed the spots and got a very rude reaction and basically was told not to come back and they know what they're doing. Even the inside was very dirty after the wash. Definitely not going back again and I advice everyone to do the same. These businesses should not exist until they learn to do honest with and respect their customers.

The guys here are phenomenal. They have always done a very thorough job both washing AND drying my car (a lot of places don't dry them too well). I've had my car detailed here as well and they did a great job. They're, faster, cheaper, and do a better job than any other car wash I've gone to in San Jose or Santa Clara. Just watch out that you don't run into any pedestrians or other cars on the way in or out; it can get a little hectic at the intersection near their entrance.

Aside from being the only one in town, very fast and worthwhile service. Guy owns the property and is very friendly and reasonable. To anyone unsure of the worth of the service: Steam cleaning can prevent heat soaking, help find leaks, melt away corrosion and acids from chemicals or battery leakage and left my volvos underhood with 200k miles on the engine looking good as new... and turns out i still have a leak! Wouldn't have known without the cleaning. Thanks again buddy!

The people working here are EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, all by hand less than 15 minutes and you're out, the small add on of tire shine or interior (with vacuum/interior "armor all") makes your car look like it's been detailed from the dealership, nobody is perfect, but, cost vs time and that personal touch, is in my opinion well worth everything! They're not trying to push extra services on you, they'll ask, but no additional hassle! I will forever take my car there.

AVOID coming here. Brought up that they didn’t wash the top of my car and they wanted to charge me to do a detail clean, sorry but when did washing the top of the vehicle involve that? Brought it up to the manager that I could lick my finger and literally get the spots off and he said they do a brush on top, which they didn’t. He literally walked away from me after I told him, no resolution. Absolutely terrible service, despite the price, go somewhere else.

I brought my Integra over here, and David did an absolutely stellar job on it. I was able to show up earlier then the appointment and get taken care of immediately. David himself is a very down to earth and kind guy, and it was a pleasure to talk to him. I highly recommend this place, especially with it being a family run business for many decades. Their prices are extremely affordable and you will definitely be happy you chose them.

Used to like this place as a reasonably priced car wash. However they charged me $40 (instead of the posted $20) for my snow dirty SUV. I'm appalled that they don't honor their posted pricing and want to charge extra for dirty cars. Isn't that why you visit a car wash, because your car is dirty. It's not like they spent 2x time cleaning it!! Won't be utilizing them in the future

Unprofessional and left water marks all over my car. They are so concern of going back to playing cards. I paid $25 and $5 tip and the worst car wash I have ever been to. Left my windows with marks everywhere. Please... look elsewhere from getting your car wash. You will have a better job with less the price. The person even wipe my car with a paint thinner! Are you kidding me?

They have no patience to clean the car properly. They have no respect for their customers. Extremely rude. I had to point out multiple times to get the car vacuumed properly. And the person got annoyed when i requested to vacuum areas that were still dirty. They provide a very mediocre service. Definitely don't recommend this place.

The staff here is very friendly. As a high school student paying for his own car expenses, they gave me a huge discount steam cleaning my truck. I paid for them to clean the engine, trans, and t case, but instead, they did the whole underside. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

Friendly and great service. Highly recommend if you’re not willing to spend hundreds of dollars on an oil leak. This will help the auto repair shop expedite the inspection and get to the source quicker. Steam cleans your car under the hood, making the engine look brand new.

Good value hand wash, AWESOME vacuuming for a very reasonable price. This is definitely the best value vacuum place I've found in San Jose. It's also nice to have a place where you can get a hand wash that isn't a $100 detailing, I'll definitely be coming back here.

Awesome place for getting the engine cleaned. You've two options of only cleaning the engine or doing the undercarriage as well. $150 or $250. David is a fantastic one man army. In the same compound you've the car wash for $10 or go the $350 full 6 hours detailing

The price is not cheap($20 inside and outside per sedan car), they will only use 5-10 minutes to wash your car which means they cannot really clean your car at all. It is even worse than the drive through car wash. Do not waste your time and money here.
