I’ve been here a couple times with very satisfactory experiences, mainly for the vacuum! The vacuums are so strong, which is why I keep coming back. It makes vacuuming so much easier and quicker compared to when I use my handheld Dyson at home. $22 for the better car wash and free vacuum is pretty good, although I wish there were more vacuums because they limit you to 15-30 minutes if they are busy and it’s gets crowded. The staff gives you a heads up when it’s time for you to leave (when busy) but they are nice about it. I have a roof storage box on my other car so I could not go through the car wash with it (I knew that before coming). I only wanted to use the vacuum but I still had to purchase a car wash, thankfully I was able to keep a voucher for later use. I also love how they have micro fiber cloths and window/disinfectant spray for you to use. While using these, I accidentally locked myself out when I was cleaning the inside of my door. I had touched the lock button without knowing and closed the door while my keys were still inside! I went to the employee office to let them know I needed to book a ride home because I needed my spare keys to open my car but they offered to open the door for me with their tools! I been to many vacuum/car washes before and they aren’t as thoughtful as this place!

I have been becoming a frequent customer of this establishment, all their facilities are fine, good equipment, only the last time I went there I felt discriminated, because you arrive at the store and all the customers arrive and use the vacuum cleaner first before going to the car to wash it and they don't tell them anything and I did the same first I wanted to vacuum it, but immediately an employee of the establishment came and told me that I had to wash it first before using the vacuum cleaners and I said well ok, 2 minutes later more than 3 customers arrived and used the vacuum cleaner first and they were not told the same as me and let them use the vacuum cleaners before putting it in the car wash and I wonder if they pay more money or have special treatment or what is happening and that is why I do not hire again, because one as a consumer has the same right as everyone and if I was told to go to the car wash first before using the vacuum cleaners, the same would be done with the other customers that arrived after me.

(Update: I’m selling this beauty, 06 Infinity G35 with only around 92,xxx miles which is almost impossible to find nowadays, not to mention all the aftermarket parts and additions added, please message me for more info) This place is Soooooooo much better than any of the other(I guess you could say) “Do it yourself car washes” the prices are great, plus you can get a monthly membership at a discount and go as many times as you want. Once you drive through the wash you pull into a parking spot that a bunch of items all inclusive including, free vacuum, sanitizer spray, windex spray,towels andddd lastly but don’t quote me on this I was told that if your car is still dirty you can drive back through! I’m assuming that would require your car to still have a good amount of dirt on it… But nevertheless this place has definitely figured it out in regards to getting a good wash for a great price with all the complementaries included!! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Frankly I was a little nervous about trying an automated car wash but after doing some research around me, I really liked the presentation of this place. For reference I purchased their “wax and tires” single wash for $22. I drive an old car so I wanted to make sure I got a good experience and I couldn’t have been happier after I exited the wash and pulled into a parking spot to vacuum my car. I was shocked at how little water remained on my car, I only had to use the little microfibers they provide at the vacuum station and before I knew it my car was dried in under 5 minutes. Record time I had my car washed, treated with great solutions and it left my car silky smooth and clean and dried all under about 10-15 minutes. Their vacuums are very powerful and suck up even the most stubborn debris, I highly recommend coming here! For sure I will find myself coming back here, love the special care and how it left my car clean.

I went there only once and I was pretty sure I didn’t subscribe anything, but it turns out that charge me $39 every month after my first purchase. I even didn’t get any message, phone call or email about my subscriptions, not to mention how to cancel it. Really feel like it’s a scam. They did refund me and explained that due to privacy, they don’t keep any information for customers like phone number, address and email. However, they DO keep my credit card information. I really feel it doesn’t make any sense. Anyway, I have my money back. Just share the story to avoid others face this case as well.

Weird to say this perhaps but very cool to go through after dark. It’s like going through a light show. Washed 2 vehicles here after a cross country drive. Left the 1st time disappointed in the amount of bugs that remained on my car after the top tier wash. I returned another day with the 2nd car that had the same bug carnage & afterwards found out that they have a clean car guarantee & told me I could go back through as often as I needed to. It took 4 times of scrubbing with bug wash & 4 trips back through but I ended up with impressive results at last. Definitely appreciated their policy & patience. On the negative the line for vacuums & the timed limits were annoying & I left me unable to fully clean the interior properly.

Not too bad!! I usually wash my car by the sap Center. The place right across the street from Whole Foods. So I took my chances and wanted to check it out!. It was quick, reasonable, very fast, and you get to clean out your car yourself vacuums for free but only for customers who purchased a wash. For some other people might be lazy who don't want to vacuum out the car but I definitely took initiative and took some time on cleaning my whole car out! I had a great time didn't pay an arm and a leg for a simple Car Wash and it did everything! just as I wanted it to be. Definitely will be coming back here again! highly recommended for others who want to get a quick simple car wash in.

Awesome! I have a clean car again! And it was very quick! They have nice and friendly and very helpful staff! And you even get towels, Windex in spray bottles and something else to clean in spray bottles (hang it back after use of course and throw into dirty towels bin) and dash board wipes to finish up the cleaning for free - besides of course free vacuuming. All included! I love it and yes, you might miss it, while driving by- but I highly recommend to search for it and stop by and try it! (It is right at the corner.) I love it! I’ll come back for sure!

The most expensive drive through car wash that doesn’t even do a good job and customers have to scrub using a scrub brush beforehand because the wash isn’t effective enough. For those prices an employee should be scrubbing for customers first. Set up is bad as you have to pay then drive around to scrub yourself then go around to the area where you pay and hope that the employee remembers you to let you into the line to go through the wash. After that, it leads you to the road so you have to leave then enter again for the vacuums. Ridiculous setup.

WOW, what an awesome car wash. I usually enjoy automated car washes, I find them pretty relaxing. This one is out of this world!! The inside of the car wash looks awesome and the colors light up the inside of your dashboard. Super quick and detailed. The complemenrary vacuums are almost extremely powerful! Helped get every crook and cranny of my car cleaned. Will definitely be returning, great locating and value. Definitely considering their monthly membership, looks like a great deal!

Don't waste your time/money. Extremely disappointed. Purchased the premium wash for $29 . Came out of the drive thru with water spots all over the windows and car. Horrible looking. Sections of the car were also still wet; the dryers don't work well. .... Last month paid $22 in a drive thru car wash in Vegas, included wax, and car came out looking pristine, like new. Really beautiful. And they provided self-service vacuums as well. Don't know why San Jose can't compete!

Lots of detailing bays and everything is in working order. Floor is usually wet but the staff refill things regularly. Does get busy so expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes for your turn. The wash is gentle so not to scratch paint but rubs enough to get the car clean. Access to pay stations is great I can easily reach from my sports car and jeep which can't be said about other car washes.

I really enjoy this carwash, quick and does a great job. Attendants are super friendly and helpful. I am always happy with their free vacuum and cleaning supplies. Great job. Sometimes you have to wait on Tuesdays because of the discount, so 3pm onward might not be the best time to go unless you really really want the 3 dollar discount and don't mind the wait.

A convenient, quick and inexpensive car wash. Monthly rates are available. Hand drying any left over water is recommended as any water left to air dry will leave residue. The vacuum stations (included in the was price) are very convenient. You may need to use both the vacuum on the right and left of your car. Damp clean towels are provided.

Once you get your vacuum station, people really seem to take their time. If you have a custom paint job, you know NOT to wash your car here or any other places.

When vacuuming my car I accidentally dropped my car key in a hard to reach spot deep Into the internet workings of my car. I was unable to reach it but a staff member named Mark went above and beyond and got me needle nose pliers and an extending magnet. Thanks to him I was able to get my key. Thank you Mark!

For $15 only, my car which is parked under a fruit bearing, sap-dripping tree, looks like new. My car had been hand washed by me 3 months prior which took all day. And 5 months prior had a $150 hand detailing that took 45 minutes. What a relief. Will now look for an Extreme Car Wash once every two months.

Shouldn’t have trusted the 4.5 star review. The $30 I spent was a waste as it didn’t really clean all that well. Not coming back again for sure. Giving it one star because the staff seems nice and the place looks nice, but automatic car wash are just not very good sorry

Very good experience first time using their services after reading reviews. Their automatic wash tunnel is quick and you’ll be out in few mins with good enough wash. Then there are free self service vacuums and towels outside for an amazing finish.
