This shop is amazing and even though we have been to other Capriotti's this one by far the BEST! The one woman I talked to in the morning for the order on Thanksgiving Day deserves recognition. We are here a couple times on our trip. Food was good. Customer service was great. One time we had to wait as there was one employee. I appreciated that he was honest with me about wait time. (7-10 minutes - rather then I’ll be right with you.) Online ordering was easy and concur to. Easy to customize. Thank you!!!

Yesterday my friend girls & I went to Capriotti's at the Santa Fe food court to grab a little something before the movie. My friend ordered a kids meal & swapped out the craisins & juice box for chips, purchased drink & pd the difference!

We love this Capriotti's. For this last visit, the two of us once again split one of their 9" Chicken Cheese Steak sandwiches. Excellent. About the only things that could make the restaurant better would be having a smaller sandwich size

I went to this Capriotti's tonight and was informed that they no longer serve Ham Sandwiches. The cashier said it's off the menu. Since they no longer service everyone, they lost my business.

Great sandwiches at a great price. Close to Starbucks so it makes the trip even better. Also the staff makes you feel appreciated when you walk through the door. Will be going back soon.
