The 1st day I was there looking at cars, was great. Friendly, positive, helpful. I was there s total of 3 hours. Provided all documents needed. They were aware that I was at my job just under 3 months right from the start. I was told the car was mine and signed all documents. I made arrangements to pick up my car 3 days later. I took half a day off from work. I get to the registries office to get registration, only to find out it's never been out of province inspected. I was told yes it was and to stay where I was at and they would bring the papers to the registries. 45 mins later I get a call. Nope was NEVER done. Told I could not get my car that day. Wasted 4 hours of work pay. I'm told they will bring the car to me once inspection is done. I then get a call the next day saying that because I was not at my job for 3 months I could not get financing. Remember, they knew this from day 1. Total of 10 days wasted. 1 week later I get a call, last day of the month, saying the owner said he would support the deal as I was only 9 days away from being at my job for 3 months. I made a deal with them that I would only accept the deal if they paid me back the money I had to spend to get winter tires for my old car, cause they said no go after I signed the papers, I was left high and dry. Nathan said " no problem at all, I will get your money back to you" ok deal. I was told the car was being delivered that day. Nope it showed up the next afternoon at 4pm. I was happy to have my car. I get into the car, to notice that my gas was not filled, and 2 warning lights were on. I called them and was told, it's cold out so It will trigger it. Not happy with the answer I was told, I took it to my local Volkswagen Dealership. My tire sensor was defective, someone put 2 lightbulb in the licence plate that was the incorrect wattage. That light was NOT on when I signed the papers. So got those two issues felt with. Two days later my check engine light comes on. O2 sensor and a malfunctioning key fob. Parts ordered. I contacted Nathan and he said" I'll see if we can get your car in with the company that did the inspection " I waited 3 hours to hear nothing back. Now back to the money I was told I would get back. I was told by Nathan, " I got the paper work right here, just waiting for the accountant to be back tomorrow, wednesday" I made arrangements with Nathan to pick up my cheque today, Saturday Feb 17. I sent a confirmation email to be sure it would be ready, knowing the history with them, only to be told, " not going to have it till next week, have not seen the accountant" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? This dealership gives the run around and they don't follow through on what they say. This has been a horrible experience. I would not have dealt here if it was for the fact that I fell in love with my car. I would not recommend this place at all. Nothing but false promises.

After being out of work for a little bit and starting at a new job i needed a car for my commute. Knowing that my credit had taken a little bit of a hit from a missed credit card payment and new job, i had to go with a dealership that specialized in bad credit. i was hoping to get into something that would cost me less than my last vehicle and i was quoted with something that was significantly more.. i asked for the papers to be able to look over the loan to make sure it made sense for me. After emails back and forth and telling them i needed the info before i bought the vehicle i got a phonecall asking if i was avoiding them. On the phone i explained that i was waiting for the info, after a 10 minute conversation back and forth, i was told that my application was cancelled and was hung up on. I felt extreme pressure to put myself in a worse financial situation than i was already in. Once i looked into my credit i saw that they had performed not only one or two HARD credit checks but 5. This lowered my score another 50 points which i am now feeling the consequence and will take months to recover from. Trying to improve my financial situation, and now i'm worse off, i felt pressure to buy a car that was out of my budget and was treated poorly when i requested the info that i needed in order to make a decision.

About 3 years ago we had gotten a truck from here. At that time I would have highly recommended them for helping someone with bad credit and being so kind and friendly. They were very quick to help us and be kind. Well then because of a cutbacks at our job we had to exchange our loved truck for a Jeep Compass. We needed a lower payment. They were very quick to help us; But the gentleman who helped us at the time made so many false promises. We only accepted the vehicle on the promises he would fulfill on making the vehicle better. Then also when there were issues no one bothered to help us. Because of the job cutback we also had to due debt consolidating. Because of this we have been stuck with this horrible vehicle. Now with job security again, we tried to trade this vehicle in, they will not help because of the debt consolidation. They do not accept any kind of credit and depending on who are dealing with they are full of false promises just to get you stuck in a vehicle that you are not necessarily happy with. I do not remember the gentleman’s name because it was a different type of name but I had heard he was fired and still no one else there has helped. I just BEWARE and get it all in writing

This small dealership offers big-dealer service for a lower price than the big boys. Their sales and finance people are great to deal with, and will try their hardest to get you approved and into the vehicle you want. Even through they are a smaller dealership, Car Corner really goes out their way for you. I bought my vehicle over the phone, and dealt with almost everything by email. I was pleasently surprised that even though I do live out of town, they drove and delivered the vehicle to me. :-D My only critique is the process can be a bit long to get approved, depending on your credit, and they can be very busy at times and hard to get a hold of someone. But they do return their calls in a timely manner, and follow through on their promises. In the end, I’d recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great deal and tired of the big dealerships. They over amazing service, willing to go the extra mile (literally) to get you approved and into a vehicle you want. And I’d highly recommend the extended warranty to protect your investment as it’s helped me already. :)

I bought a car off my dad in Jan and it broke down as quickly as I spent the money. For about 5 weeks in the coldest month in Calgary I took transit to my job sites and my days where over 11 hours. It was horrible. I called Rick at car corner as I was really at the end of my self with his hard it was to get around. I explained my financial situations as I’m on a tight budget and he was able to get me approved for a cute little car. I also had some major issues with getting a good insurance company. He helped me personally in minutes get fully Approved for insurance as well. As I was waiting to have my car delivered but we realized I had $800 in fines and I was thinking oh well it’s not possible. Nope he saved the day again and car corner covered those costs for me. I took a bus to Edmonton. Signed the documents, got in my car and drove back to Calgary. All and all it was by far the best auto sales service I have ever experienced in my life. The car was started and warm for the 4 hour drive home. Wow

I am very surprised how this business has 4.1 stars considering most deals they make are illegal/forced. i've bought multiple cars over the years so I accustomed to the whole process of getting into a new ride. Before i even test drove the car (strictly seen it online)... My sales man got me approved for it? i gave this salesman zero authorization to run my credit yet he went along and messed with my credit score! and the cherry on top!! When I finally did go and test drive the car, my salesman asked me to sign a paper what I though what was for test driving purposes..... Long story short the salesman had me signing the bill of sale and voila, just like that I was illegally put into a 2014 Honda civic. For anyone wondering who the wonderful gentleman that ripped me off was, his name was Omar. Omar, I hope you're reading this because I have contacted AMVIC and CBC. My name is Kristen sommers I had got a car from this company and they dropped it off to me a week later they phoned me and told me that she funding didn't go through after they already dropped off the car to me they kept telling me that everything was good all we need is your bank statement I sent them a week later they phoned and said that the bank statements won't work they picked up the car a month later after taking all my parents info for credit check they left me vehicle less and the communication is terrible they did not even call back when I called and when they did they were rude to meeven promised me a gift even they pick up the car that was a lie Marvin was the one who promised gift my mom said they told her that aswell Al the good reviews are probably them writing a fake review just do they can have some credit I was approved too but they took the car back

I bought a Chevy equinox from them a year ago I got it delivered to me with a flat tire, a huge nail in it. Said they pay for it kept on giving me the run around, finally said they’d send me a check to reimburse, it’s been a year and I’m yet to receive it. Within a month of having the vehicle it stated stalling in reverse check engine light on, was two sensors an easy fix for my mechanic husband. Now I had the vehicle for a year the timing chain and multiple sensors went and it still won’t start, I’ve tried contacting car corner many time but the have yet to return a phone call, text or email from me. I’m very disappointed all I wanted was to have a reliable vehicle to get to work and back in, most likely going to lose my job because I have no way on getting to work way to go car corner putting me in a tougher spot than I already was

My experience at this place is terrible. The service was good when we first got our mazda 2 years ago from Omar. We went back in 2019 to trade it in on something else and was told that the banks were alot stricter due to the covid situation and because my husband works at JBS, to come back when covid was over.Then we try and contact this Omar and zero response.Trying to trade our vehicle in 2 years later at The House Of Cars, AMAZING PEOPLE BY THE WAY.Great people and service. After talking to these guys we find out that we probably paid triple the amount for our vehicle .The book value of our vehicle ATM shocks me, also as to what a dealership could sell it for. We were told that we triple paid for this vehicle.These people are crooks. We are not happy at all. We are litterally paying for nothing.

I've been all over the city and I never got the attention and the professional treatment that the staff at Car Corner treated me with. They were exceptionally helpful and did their best to help me find my first car. The prices were fair even though I have bad credit, they treated me as if my credit was amazing. After the second week of having the car my rad hose went, even though it wasn't covered under warranty, Car Corner towed my car and fixed my rad hose free of charge and I am extremely grateful for that. I will be buying my next vehicle from Car Corner 100% because of how kind and professional everyone was. My dad told me I was getting taken for a ride but he could not believe that they helped me in the ways that they did. Thank you again to everyone at Car Corner!!

We came there and they assisted us so nicely. We waited for almost 3 hrs to see what they can do and then they asked us to go home after waiting. The next day they called us and asked for more infos and just kept telling us that they will just call us back. Its been a week and everytime we tried reaching them, they are not there most of the time and we do not have any direct contact with the sales person. I needed a car as soon as possible but they made me wait for one week whereas I got a brand new car from somewhere in less than 4 hours. When I called to inform them that I am not getting the car anymore, Sonny thanked me for wasting his time. I waited for 1 week with minimal updates and communication, I think my time was wasted more than theirs.

if there was a below ZERO option i would rank them below zero. i unfortunatelly filled a form online for a car loan then received a phon call from Cris from car corner. I clearly told him that i have changed my mind and am not looking for a new car. he said he might check my credit if i give him my SIN nr and i said "NO"!! . maybe next year.we agreed and hunged up. a month later i received my equifax report !! Omg 4 inquiries from different loan companies in two days me without knowing me. I went there with my credit report they said they will fix it. IT WAS A LIE... NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. JUST RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE IN TWO DAYS. SHAME ON THEM. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They dont even take your phone. NEVER SHOP FROM THEM. !!@

Worked with Omar to trade in my large SUV for something newer and more fuel efficient. He worked very fast and efficiently to find me a nice small SUV that was newer and had very low km and was half the fuel cost of the old SUV, the new vehicle also still had a warranty. Omar was able to get a driver to meet me in fort St. John bc(as I live in the Yukon,this was a half way point) from first contact to new car took less then a week. My payments were cheaper and I got a good trade in value for my old vehicle. Once I received the new car I was informed it only had one key, I contacted Omar and he went above and beyond to have a key fob made and mailed to me the next week. Overall good service

I am so happy with my experience at Car Corner I talked to Tony a couple times on Friday and by Saturday I was driving my new vehicle home. I love the vehicle I believe that Tony went out of his way to make sure that I was getting a great interest rate even going back and forth with the bank to drop the my rate even more I am now saving 19% interest on my new SUV and he got me brand new tires and I have the winter tires and rims that were on it before. I had other car lots treat me like I didn't matter to them and I was even ignored by other lots where at Car Corner they cared. I will be returning to Car Corner when I trade my vehicle in and I will recommend to anyone to go there.

Found a vehicle I liked online and sent an email. Tony got back to me within a couple of hours and made an arrangement to view the one I was interested in as well as had a few others lined up for me to look at as well! I didn't end up making a purchase here as I found my dream vehicle else where bit this is no reflection of the dealership! Tony was great, he made me feel very welcome, he was genuinely friendly and there was no pressure at all. I really appreciated his honesty and upfront attitude. if you are considering buying a car here... run fast. I have never met a more crooked and sketchy car dealer. if you give them an inch, they will take a mile meaning ... they will tap into your credit, get you approved and put you in a new vehicle WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. sadly enough that is not all, while reviewing the paperwork for the car, I was charged a $1500 lot fee and a "pre approval fee". When I got home i punched the vehicle into car proof and it has been in 3 accidents (Salesman reassured me it had never been involved in a collision) I am absolutely blown away that people like this can open and run a "legitimate" company.

My wife and I stopped to look at a very nice truck parked at the Car Corner lot. The dealer (Tony) came out asked us if we wanted to test drive it. Without pressure and stress Tony worked with us to get us into a very nice truck. I have had credit issues in the past and without judgement Tony made a deal work for us. I found at other dealerships I have felt that the dealer has a take it or leave it attitude with people with less than perfect credit. We were completely out of options, after one of the hardest financial years and a truck repossession we had no hope of getting a vehicle again. These guys sold me a car years ago that was in an accident they never told me about. I only found out it was in an accident because the paint started to peel off. Revealing paint the same colour underneath. So I went to a body shop to ask them why the heck silver paint would be peeling off and there’s more silver paint underneath. They said it was a bad accident. Now I have 2011 Ford Fiesta that I bought from them for $12,000 four years ago. I’m still paying for it and the paint is all peeling off of the front doors. Looks pretty bloody awful.

Just picked up my new-to-me vehicle. I was worried about financing as because I do have bad credit. Rick and Sonia were awesome to deal with. They got me approved quickly and worked to find the right vehicle for my needs. They even registered the vehicle for me because I couldn't afford to pay some outstanding tickets to register it myself. Probably the best experience I have had with salesman. Didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want. Was honest and straight up about everything. Didn't waste my time trying to get me approved for an amount that was un realistic. Then because I was working out of town they made it easier and delivered my truck to me. Rick is amazing! Very friendly, prompt service and he will fight for you to get the best rate possible. Most dealerships are snakes I find, and they lie straight to your face or tell you one thing to get you in the door, but not here. They are straight up with you from the get go, which makes your experience extremely easy and you leave more than satisfied. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car. I even found a private car from Kijiji, and they financed it for me!

(June 2013)Over paid for a 2009 DODGE Avenger with worn out brakes, a drained battery, body damage, lots of scratches that were hidden under mud, a broken CD player, very very poor detailing done in the car, back tires are bald and the rims are damaged. Was told the vehicle was in perfect condition and seemed that way until I took the vehicle for a longer drive and a wash and all the problems came out. I would stay away from this place, rip offs. (December 2013) transmission blew in the car

I purchased my car from this place 3 years ago, with lots of mishaps. The 1st winter i bought the car I noticed it would get frosty inside the car. I had to scrap the windows inside. I took it to a VW dealership to find out why. Turns out that this company had the windshield installed incorrectly. I did contact this company to advise. And they never returned any of my calls. Of course. Winter is here and I'm do it again. This company does nothing they say they will do.

Bought two vehicles from them and referred a friend was told I would get a 500 dollar cheque for the referral just about 2 years have gone by called them about it since the start and get the same bs we will look into it or we will call you back and nothing they don't even return a call . I will not deal with them again and I will be registering a formal complaint with bbb and amvic. If you advertise a referral program you should honour it.

My Girlfriend was in a bad financial situation and in desperate need of a vehicle, not only was Fred able to help her, he was extremely friendly and accommodating. He definitely exceeded my expectations in helping my girlfriend. At first the curb appeal made me question the legitimacy of Car Corner but I promise you there is much more to them then meets the eye. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I applied to buy a car, and in spite of my past credit issues, I was approved. With some solid work by Tony, and Cindy dealing with the mountain of paperwork, I'm happily driving my Rav4. I'm not unrealistic, and I knew that rebuilding my credit would cost more than someone with good credit would pay on a bi-weekly basis. They even delivered it to me for free! Applied for a car with paments $170 biweekly...all of a sudden that car failed safety so even after telling them my budget they offered me a $200 biweekly car! Way over budget. Went to a different company to apply and car corner gave me the run around to get out of the contract! It was like pulling teeth. Very disappointed that they were so friendly UNTIL I changed my mind and then their attitudes came out

Called this morning to see if a car was available. Was informed it was, so we drove from the south side an hour later only to be told the car wasn't there. That is why we called in advance and made an appointment!! Rick was unapologetic and I can bet you they knew when I called that it wasn't there and wanted us to come down in an attempt to try and sell us something else. Bad business. Sleazy. Avoid!!

I cant believe I got approved at car corner, the experience was amazing. Everyone treated me great, I had really bad credit, they guaranteed my approval and sure enough I got the vehicle that I wanted. If there is any place in town you need a vehicle go see Car Corner they are much cheaper then all the other dealerships. Had a great experience I recommend all my family and friends to buy them from.

To start I presented pretty impossible odds but they we’re excited to make the effort most of it was out of there control. I respect the banks and financial companies have rules to follow. However I walked away with nothing. Which sucks, you would just feel based upon all the hype they have better relationships with these banks. Oh well I guess we will wait to better opportunity presents itself.

called them about a car they had advertised, too which they replied that it was on the lot, jumped in my car with in the hour of calling them. drove 2 hours too go look at it and find out it was sold the day before, thank you for wasting the better part of my Saturday. oh yes and when I got home and checked there site, it is still listed as available for sale.

This was a great buying experience for me and my wife, we purchased a ford flex from them a few years ago and felt we got a great car for a very good price, the car was like new. I had such a good feeling about these guys that I bought another vehicle from them a year later. I am writing this review now as I was looking them up to find a car for my niece.

The guys here were awesome. Just came here to see if we qualified and within a few short hours we drove away in a 2013 ford focus. I was really impressed with how they got us into a new car. The recall has nothing to do with this dealer and as for refinancing, you have to trade in your vehicle to get a lower payment and interest rate, however, whatever you owe on you current vehicle, gets rolled into the newer one. Do some research before you give negative reviews on a dealership when you clearly don't know how this works.

Bought a used vechile. The next day wouldn't start due to a fuel pump issue that wasn't stated on the invoice provided. Do not go to car corner in Edmonton.
