NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Company should be called “Careless Movers”. We moved house and the removalists were damaging our walls, we told them to be careful, they kept on being careless and damaged the walls further. We called the boss, he accused us of lying and said his workers did not hit the walls. They were 3/4 done loading the truck and the boss tells them to stop the job and take all of our items out of the truck. They unloaded all of our stuff onto the side of the road and sped off leaving us to find a removalist then and there. The owner then ignored our phone calls and we haven’t heard from them. Do not use this company, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and the owner and his workers are relentless, rude and not interested.

I hired Careful Movers to move furniture from my garage back into the apartment, after having the floors sanded and polished. They were efficient, happy to do any of the small and big tasks, happy to take their shoes off in the apartment, and moved everything carefully, protecting the floor too. Even better, when I had to twice change the time & day I'd booked them, because my floors took longer than expected, they were very happy to do that. I found Careful Movers to be friendly, accommodating and quick. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Super happy with the service provided. Peter was a pleasure to liaise with and the communication when organising the move was fantastic from his end. Our movers, Atana and Felipe, arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were both super efficient and careful with all our goods. Both guys were lovely and nothing was too much hassle. After not having any bites for a free piano on Facebook Marketplace, Anthony reached out saying he and his team could move or dispose of the piano as needed. Jumped on the message and Anthony got the team out the next day. He and Damon did a quick smart job of getting the piano out and I really appreciated the thick rubber wheeled dolly they used as the last piano we had moved wrecked out church’s wooden flooring. These guys were quick, efficient and very personable. Highly recommended.

Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews, these guys are the absolute worst people you could hire for your move. The company name changed on Google to evade their bad reviews where they damaged furniture and walls and then proceeded to dump all furniture on the street to evade responsibility for the damage done to our walls. Save yourself a headache on move day and just get a reliable company. Use at your own risk.

Careful Movers are fantastic! All items were moved from our bedroom and office carefully, and quickly to our garage & storage unit for a reasonable price of $510 under the 3hrs. We were even provided a drop sheet for our king size mattress to protect from the storage unit concrete floor. If we need a removalist again, I will definitely be calling Anthony, Careful Movers.

Had Tony and Damon from careful movers move me from Rushcutters Bay to Elizabeth Bay. I’ve had bad experiences with movers in the past but these guys were fast, professional and took care not to damage any of our furniture or the appartments. The job was completed within 3 hours for a 2 bedroom unit. Thanks guys!

I was a bit sceptical using movers for the first time and not through an agency which you can hold accountable. But honestly, the guys were professional and it was way easier to book. Both showed up on time- Damon and Anthony. Finished the job smoothly and no call out fees like a big businesses. Would recommend

I made a last minute booking for removal of an old, heavy commercial fridge on a Saturday. The guys arrived on time, and were great in removing the bulky unit without damage to any surrounding areas. Highly recommend for those one off difficult jobs. (invoice 396)

Anthony was kind and patient throughout the day. I forgot to pack and he kindly assisted. He carefully disassembled my ikea furniture and reassembled it. He stayed until 10pm helping me unpack and came back the next day to remove an old piano.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Careful Movers. They were punctual, very professional & friendly. Plus No call out fees or hidden costs. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for your service.

These guys showed up at really short notice after others let us down. We had them move all of our (many) pot plants - some of which were very heavy! They were super efficient and got the job done in no time at all.
