Servio al cliente HORRIBLE!!! Llame para ordenar un pastel con dos semanas de anticipación, Gonzalo contestó para solamente decirme llama en 10 minutos!!! Osea que? Todavía marque porque me urgía un pastel tú cres que me contestó marque dos veces! Deje correo de voz y no llamada de regreso ahora ya e estado en esa panadera el pan es normal pan dulce nada fuera del otro mundo! Lo que me sorprendió es el servicio al cliente como es posible que estén en negocio todavía! claramente está panadería no crecerá ya que no saben el singnificado del servicio al cliente! No pierdan su tiempo!!!

I frequent this bakery (panadería) for their telera bread. It's clear they perfected their recipe, and it's freshly baked every time. Their sweet pastries always grab the attention of my kiddo so we indulge in them as well. Their dulce de leche is clearly homemade and top-notch. Everything they offer is delicious. Their price point is also cheaper than any donut shop you will visit across the valley. To top it off, their customer service is amazing. They're always so kind, and the place is SPOTLESS. Support this local business; I promise you won't regret it.

So I been avoiding doing this post as I absolutely loved the lady at the front helping she was so so sweet , anyways I decided to buy different type of breads and to give them all a good try let me tell you the whole box went straight to the trash . It tasted so nasty I just can’t believe how gross it tasted like soap so weird . I would love to give 5 stars to the person up front she was so good however major problem with their bread the conchas tasted just simply OK nothing to it you can get same bread at your local El Super store in my opinion.

No sabía que está panadería a estado abiertos por 3 años! Pero estoy feliz de aver encontrado este lugar ya que el pan mexicano es auténtico, fresco y delicioso! La panadería está limpia y el señor que me atendió fue muy amable. Definitivamente regresaré! This place is a must try for authentic, fresh Mexican bread. The bakery is clean, and the customer service was terrific! I’m happy to have found this place, and you know I will be coming back!

I moved into the Valley from living in Mexicali, Mexico and I thought I would never find a local place that had good pan dulce but was I wrong. The empanadas and conchitas are to die for and the birote/bolio is so good as well, perfect for tortas. I can say the bread has the authentic taste of pan dulce. Super recomendado!!! I know I will be going back for my weekly pan para el cafe ☕

Really good sweet bread, is always fresh, the owners are always very nice. Prices are really good. Visit them and find out for yourself you won't regret it. Everything is super clean. El pan esta siempre fresco, todo esta super limpio siempre, los precios buenísimos, los dueños atienden el negocio y siempre son super amables. Visitenlos no se van a arrepentir.

Strictly pan and pan dulce. The selection is small but includes all the popular favorites. I haven't tried everything but I've had my favorites which were all better than most Mexican bakeries and definitely better than your Food Cities and your Ranch Markets. Friendly and helpful proprietors know how to do customer service right! RECOMMEND

This is the best bakery in Arizona. Their breads are full of flavor and soft. Hidden little gem! I couldn't believe their prices because everything is so affordable. What a sweet little gem in the middle of "the ghetto". I happened to catch this place out the corner of my eye and went in and let me tell you FRESH...FRESH...FRESH! Every single pastry there is made from scratch. I fell in love with the cookies and have been back 3 times since then, in fact I'm going back today for 2 more dozen cookies.

Super friendly owner’s. The gentleman is very kind and humble. I’ve been there 4 times and also met the daughter one day and she was just as kind as her parents. I went to try their competition and I regret it. I rather have GREAT customer service and tasting pan dulce than a bigger selection. It’s a must to visit. You won’t regret it!

Best conchas I have tried! I go early in the morning as soon as they open and they are fresh, soft and warm! The flavor of them is great! The owner is very friendly and polite. Even makes sure the conchas would not get smushed. I come from the west side for these so you know they good! Worth the travel

Hands down the best concha in the valley, fresh every morning, i just found this place and i cannot believe how good the bread is, and i was shocked when i was ready to pay and found out how cheap it is. You get a great quality bread at a great price. I keep and will keep recomending this place

I was referred to Carmen's by a co worker. He had been there and shared his chocolate concha. I was Delicious! I then went today bought him some bollillos and a pumpkin empanadas. It reminded me of when I was a kid and my babysitter made them. This place is gonna be my new spot.

El corico solo sabe a pan me despciono fue basura la mayoría de los panes saben a jabón,tal vez deban gastar un poco más de agua al lavar su panadería e utensilios le espolvorean demasiada azúcar ya que sin ella el pan no sería muy bueno pero se les aprecia el intento.
