My first experience with Carolina Roof wasn’t great. This was last year. I called at some point to make an appointment. Great, that was easy. The day of the appointment, no one shows up, no one calls. I call them and they tell me that the technician was running behind and that they could come the next day. OK, I was annoyed as I had to work around my schedule to make sure that I was home that day. What really bothered me was that no one called me to tell me they were running behind and I’m pretty sure that no one would have it I hadn’t been the first one to call. I get that things happen, projects run behind. But to not even get a “Hey, sorry. We’ll have to reschedule for tomorrow”? I thought that was bad business. Anyway, Mike shows up the next day. He was super apologetic, something happened, etc etc. He was very kind and professional about the whole mishap. Fast forward to today. We are remodeling our kitchen and our plumbers found some moisture in the wall. I remembered Mike and how nice of a guy he was, so nice that it made me forgive them about their first offense of forgetting about us. I called Monday, they told me Mike could come out on Wednesday (today) between 10-2. Great. I worked around my schedule and stayed home, expecting them to show up in that 4 hour window. 2 o’clock rolls around. Nothing. I call. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone. She apologized, told me she couldn’t reach the technician, but that she would give me a call back in 5-10 minutes once she found someone that could come out. 5 minutes passed, 10, 30, an hour. Almost two hours. I call. I call and I call and I call. No one picks up the phone (mind you, someone ALWAYS picks up the phone). I left a message with my last phone call. I truly, 100% believe, that they were purposely ignoring my calls because they had no answer for me. Again, if I hadn’t had called to ask if someone was actually showing to today, was no one going to call me? In that 4 hour window, again, no one has the decency and the professionalism to pick up the phone, to text, to send me an email, that no one could come today but they can come tomorrow? This is the second time I was sitting around, waiting like an idiot, for someone that was never going to come. I was willing to give them my business, even after the first hiccup, because Mike was so nice last year, but wow. A person’s time is valuable and I have lost 8 hours of my life waiting on these people. Absolutely do not recommend working with them. You’ll be lucky if they even show up when your appointment is scheduled.

After months of listening to sales pitches and rumbling from local companies, I was speaking with a neighbor about his new roof. He had mentioned that his ex wife had hired a local company to repair a leaky roof. When he took possession of the house the roof was still leaking. He told me he tried to contact the local company and to no avail. They would not answer his call. He gave me the number to Carolina Roof Consultants who actually came out and repaired the problem the "other" made free of charge. Who does anything for free anymore? After checking the 5 Star reviews for Carolina Roof Consultants along with the more than 200 reviews, I called Mr. McCoy and he was professional on the telephone and we scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and came prepared for the estimate. He was able to answer our concerns and told us exactly what we needed to do to start a claim with our insurance company. My husband has been in the commercial roofing business for more than 35 years and he was pleased the way Mr. McCoy explained the procedures and how CRC would handle the job. Once the adjuster was assigned, I reached out to Mr. McCoy and he consulted with the adjuster and they met on my property. The job was approved within a day and we scheduled the repair of the roof immediately. Carolina Roof Consultants were punctual, clean and professional. The grounds were free of debris and you wouldn’t have known that they replaced my roof, if it weren’t for the sign in front. I've heard of homeowners and the headaches that come along with contractors but honestly, Mr. McCoy and his team were a complete joy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about or needing to have a roof replaced. Quality work and professionalism from Carolina Roof Consultants. You won't hear any rumbling from us.

We experienced a significant hail storm in Southpark, May 4, 2022. Following the storm, I researched various roofing companies in Charlotte because we had visible damage. There was one name that kept surfacing as the best company for a roofing repairs and replacement, which we ultimately chose to do the work. Carolina Roof Consultants replaced our roof with extreme professionalism and craftsmanship. They worked closely with our insurance company to ensure an efficient exchange of needed information. Josh Dalli and his colleague Phil Mascolo kept me well-informed every step of the way. Our roof was installed within one day by a fantastic and hard-working crew. Lea Porcelli was at our job site throughout the day to oversee operations and answer any questions I had related to the install. When the crew left my job site that afternoon, there was absolutely no sign that they had been there. Meticulous care was taken to ensure all nails were located and picked up. Our experience with Carolina Roof Consultants has been, fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.

We had major roof and gutter damage from a hail storm. Mike and Jeremy couldn’t have been more professional in the way they inspected the damage and followed through with the needed repairs and new roof and gutters. They were timely and delivered when they said they would. The only delays were due to weather conditions. The entire crew was diligent, hard working and everything was cleaned up once the work was finished. Furthermore, they said that if we were not completely satisfied with the work after the final walk around, they would address whatever outstanding issues remained- and they did! Jeremy Liszewski was awesome from the start! We noticed a small leak in an upstairs bedroom. After calling around to several local roofers, only to find many charged outrageous minimums or were not even interested due to how minor of a job it was. We got an immediate call back from CRC. They worked to schedule a convenient time for my schedule. Jeremy showed up and inspected our roof. Determined what the issue was (faulty sealant around a HVAC vent) and scheduled his crew to show up the very same day only 2 hours later. Silver was the main gentleman, along with his helper. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, fun and pleasant to work with and were quick to resolve the issue. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. It’s no surprise they have so many positive reviews!

We had a leak develop in our roof that was causing staining on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. I contacted them over the Labor Day weekend, not thinking I would get an answer until Tuesday. Within minutes I received a response from Jeremy who said he would be out on Monday - Labor Day! Jeremy quickly identified the issue, plus an additional problem he discovered while on the roof, and gave me an awesome price to fix both. I agreed and he said his crew would be out later in the week to get it done. His crew came out on time, quickly fixed our problems, plus fixed another issue they saw while on the roof. Had a brand new roof put on my home by Carolina Roof Consultants in late April from the March hail storm that hit our neighborhood. Mike McCoy came out and made everything so easy in working with my insurance company and going through the process of getting a new roof on my home. His fine staff was very friendly and installed my roof in one full day. His staff kept me involved on day of installation periodically what they were doing as I felt like I was a part of the project. I am very pleased with the outcome and have received numerous positive comments from my neighbors. These guys fought for me to get a new roof for months. March- July.....that's how long it took to get the approval for a total roof replacement. The entire time Carolina Roof Consultants was there to help, push progress with the claims dept (and boy did they have to push), and answer any questions I had. This was a 5 month process and they were on it the entire time. For that alone These guys get 5/5. My roof was damaged enough that multiple sheets of plywood needed to be replaced from how bad the shingles were damaged and the insurance company stalled and spewed their nonsense for 5 months. These guys were with me on my side the entire time. Great company.

I’m the PTO president for Waxhaw Elementary and just prior to school starting we had a partial roof collapse on our main storage shed. We were given Mike’s contact information to get things fixed up. Mike and his team are seriously the nicest people you will ever meet. They installed a new roof which was in pretty rough shape. We had several leaks and a lot of rotten wood and it looks like a whole new house now. They also added gutters and they are so heavy duty and a great quality. They also were very careful with all of my plants that I have around the house and on the porch. Everything stayed protected and they were very thorough in their clean up. We are so happy with their work and definitely recommend them!

Phil and Josh are two young men that really know what they are doing. Our experience with them from start to finish was absolutely stellar. They not only did a great job with our new roof but helped us when our insurance company first denied our claim. They had to come out a second time to meet with a different inspector and helped us get our claim approved. We appreciate them and highly recommend them as well. It's not very often these days that you get great customer service as well as a wonderful finished product.

All of the positive things you could say about a roofing contractor apply to CRC and Andy Caldwell. Timely, on budget and quick to respond. I hope I don't have to use them again because that means there's an issue with my roof. But since I know its a matter of "when", not "if"... I know I'll be giving them a call. Our roof had some damage from a hail storm in June. I called CCR and Mike came to our house and inspected the roof. Since the damage was due to the storm he informed us we were entitled to replace the entire roof. Mike walked us through the entire claim process with our insurance company. A new roof was installed in one day and our insurance claim was paid in full. Our out of pocket expense was our small deductible. The entire CCR staff did an outstanding job. I highly recommend CCR for all your roofing needs.

Josh Dalli was the contractor from Carolina Roof Consultants that worked with me. He went above & beyond and worked tirelessly to help me get a new roof from my insurance company. He communicated well and always followed through immediately on whatever he promised. His company did an excellent roof installation & finished in one day. They were efficient & neat. They also installed my friend's roof & he had the same experience. I would absolutely without hesitation use this company & I would ask for Josh.

We had five different roofing companies look and estimate approximate roof damage at our home over the course of six months. We went with Mike. Very fast, exceptional prices and quality work. I was concerned with cleanup before hand but afterwards we never new they were here. No nails, scrap wood, shingles or any debris was left anywhere around the house. The insurance man wanted us to re-use the pipe boots on my house and did not pay for them and Carolina Roof Consultants pointed it out to me. Excellent to work with! We had a lot of questions and Phil was patient with us every step of the way. Very knowledgeable team! The installation crew was fast, organized, and took great care around landscaping and the pool and cleanup was on point. CRC also helped with coordinating other trades to complete some work resulting from the roof damage (paint and gutters) - both were fair and did outstanding work. Cannot reccomend them highly enough!

Josh and his crews inspected, repaired and replaced wind and hail damaged roof, repaired hail and water damaged window and leak as well as set up internal ceiling repair and repaint and copper bay window ornamental roof caps. They also found a gap between roof and guttering that had to be sealed and brought to code. All done quickly, cleanly, on cost point and worked with insurance company and me all the way. Super job and super efficient!!

CRC just wrapped up a multi-month project re-roofing all of the townhomes in our neighborhood. The reviews from our neighbors are spectacular. They did a great job, and responded quickly and effectively to any issue raised by our homeowners. As a single family homeowner in the same community, I have asked them to re-roof our home. We watched them over a period of 2 months, and their work is their best advertising.

After having some difficulty with our initial claim (using a different roofer) Jeremy w/ CRC stepped in and was able to save the day. He was able to show the adjuster just how extensive the wind and hail damage was resulting in a while roof replacement. Including gutters. The team was done with the roof in slight over 26 hours, and did an extensive job cleaning up. Very important as we have young kids and a dog.

This company is first rate. From the moment they start talking to you about roof replacement to the time they are finished. This well oiled machine is accurate, efficient, provides great quality and does what they say they will do. I wish all my experiences with contractors went this well. I can't say enough about what they do and their commitment to quality. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Tremendous service - from the first meeting, Mike was extremely professional and great at keeping me updated with orders and progress. It took one day to complete a fairly large roof. My concern was finding old nails in my yard, but I was assured they would all be picked up and they were. I was extremely impressed. Great experience. Mike and his company did a great job with replacing our roof. We were notified prior to the installation and the communication far exceeded our expectations. We put a new roof on Dec 2020 and had some issues with another company. CRC came out quickly and provided a bid. We awarded the bid to them and they showed up on time, fixed the issues and discovered a few additional items and addressed those as well. The crew was very professional and communicated well and completed the job quickly. I would use them again and highly recommend.

We noticed a small bubble in our master ceiling during recent storms in September. I immediately called Mike and he was able to come out in two business days after Labor Day weekend. He gave me many options on a couple of gutter fixes. I recently hired the Carolina Roof Consultants. I am very pleased with their professionalism. Dylan McCoy came home and gave samples and detailed quote with very clear explanation. I also noticed how they treated their employees (see pic). Haven't seen any roofing company providing shade for the employees during their work on top of the roof.
