I used them to replace my existing roof and the first word that comes to mind when thinking about my experience with them is HORRIBLE!! The only time it seemed to go well was in the beginning when they were trying to upsell every roofing product they have. Once I signed the agreement, it went downhill quickly. - installation date was changed without warning, I had to call to see what was going on twice and was given different answers by 2 different people - quality of the roof was poor, I was sent only 3 photos of the roof that I had to request since it wasn't automatically sent. In the photos, I was able to see several shingles that were bent, cracked, or not secured which they had to go back out and fix. I was supposed to get a quality report, that was never sent to me - the rotted wood that was supposed to be replaced which was also listed on the contract was not done. I had to get them to go back out and finish the job on another day. - all of the debris, nails, trash was left on my property for almost a week where I had to escalate yet again to get them to clean up their mess. - They also left my satellite hanging off the edge on my roof where it could have fallen and hurt someone. I had to escalate to get that resolved. - I had to speak to no less than 4 people to get photos of my entire roof so that I can check for other quality issues - when I pay my balance, I have to call 3 times to find out why I haven't received my receipt only to hear that it was sent to wrong email address because they had a typo. - weeks after the balance was paid in full, I still get texts saying: "This is a reminder that your balance...is now 30 days past due and is now considered delinquent. We will begin legal action to collect this balance within 15 days. If you have mailed your payment, it may be that we have not received it yet... " When I reached out to billing, who is the same person who took my payments, she says oh that is just an automated text, you can ignore that. Two days later I get a letter in the mail saying the same thing about having a balance that is due. I had to call them more than 10 times over the span of 2 weeks for various issues and lack of quality. I would never use then again for any reason and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. They are truly the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

I will start out saying that Guy roofing was able to replace our roof in a weeks time after our initial meeting with them. The crew came out and did a great job and explained to us what was going on, however, the rest of this entire process has be a nightmare to say the LEAST. When the representative first came out to look at the roof we were informed that they knew insurance takes 30-40 days to get the second check to us and that it would be fine. We signed over the first check to them the first day they came out and we decided they seemed professional enough to go with this company. They then said they needed us to send it to our mortgage company after we signed it and apparently it got lost and we were never informed of that. Meanwhile, we are calling our insurance company repeatedly and inquiring about the second check. The insurance company asked me on the phone if they were aware that they are dealing with an INSURANCE company and they have had a plethora of other claims to get through. Literally every 2-3 days I am get harassed about our balance with Guy roofing! I call in and they tell me "oh those are just automated text messages." However, they are responding back to my answers and ASKING QUESTIONS in these "automated text messages." I will never again use this company. I will tell everyone I know to go with someone else. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The second check came on a Friday and I literally paid my balance IN FULL on Saturday morning with them only to be harassed again saying i still owe the first check amount we gave them! We JUST found out there was a problem with the first check and now we are jumping through more hoops to get that figured out. Last but not least, we got a threatening letter in the mail saying we will be turned over to collections even after all this! Do yourself a favor and find another company.

I want to share a story about my experience. My mother who is 86 years had a small leak around a vent boot on her roof. The roof was done about 9 years ago and not by Guy. I had several company's look at it and 80% says she had hail damage and needed a new roof (Not Guy). We knew that was not the truth so we ask everyone to quote doing a small repair. Everyone quoted and came in around $1000--$1500 except Guy. They quoted the job at $3700 and claim they use better materials. I had a neighbor in the construction business to look at it and said the repair was small and the roofers are over estimating it. The next day the workers ( Not Guy) came out pulled the area shingles and boots and had the repair done in about 2 hours. The damage to the wood was small about 3ft square. They got the shingles so close to a match you can barely see it. Basically be careful and do your research you can buy a Cadillac when you only need a bicycle. The main issue I have with Guy Roofing is the commercial they run on the local TV is "Call us for a free estimate". They charged me $150 to come out only refundable with the work. This is total false advertising( lesson learned).

Made an appointment online, planned and arranged to be home for the appointment…they didn’t show up. Found an email I didn’t see from them asking for me to call them because they needed more information. It stated if I didn’t respond they would cancel the appointment. Really?? You emailed me asking me to call you!?!? Why didn’t you call me? Why didn’t you text me? One email attempt and that’s it?? I made an appointment, that appointment was not pending, it said scheduled! That means you better show up! After I scheduled the appointment I received an email thanking me for scheduling and talking about how much customer service is important to you and how you give priority to your customers. Emailing me once (not bothering to call me or text) and saying if you don’t hear from me you will cancel the appointment is NOT good customer service and is NOT giving priority to your customers. I gave you my contact information and the reason for the appointment. If there was more information you needed, that is not a reasonable excuse to cancel my appointment without actually talking to me.

My husband and I had a great experience with Guy roofing. The entire process, from begging to end was such a smooth and enjoyable experience. The sales rep came out to our property and spent a considerable amount of time educating us on the roofing process(which was awesome to understand) and was great at explaining how they stand out from the competition. From the time we committed, they were at our house within a week and got the entire roof done within 1day(large crew!). They did put a color on the flashing that I did not like and was unaware of but when I found out,David the lead crew man was so responsive(diaily) and made sure to take care of that within a week! Then he made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect excellent quality in roofing and customer service. Guy Roofing surpassed them both. Although more expensive than other quotes we got, we wouldn’t have done it any other way. Completely worth every penny and remember the old adage “you get what you pay for”……Truly pleased-Lisette

Complete crooks replaced a few shingles and charged me 3 times the actual cost. The invoice was heavily padded with over $500 in labor for a 30-minute job. They split the job into 2 appointments so they could charge double for labor even though it was a tiny repair. They changed me labor for 4 guys with one doing the work and the other 3 standing there. I was also charged $168 to toss about 8 feet of gutter. They also failed to show up on 2 different appointments without notice which ended up costing me two full days' pay. I called to discuss the issues and Sylvia was incredibly rude and threatened legal action if I didn't pay immediately. Do yourself a favor and find another roofer. I'll is contacting my insurance to let them know not to recommend or deal with this company again. Update: Disregard Guy Roofing's reply below as I tried to resolve this a few times before leaving my review. If you cared you would have made it right.

I called Guy Roofing after my roof was hit with a rough hailstorm, to assess any potential damage or problems. Austin, was my inspector for Guy Roofing and he couldn’t have been kinder and more professional. Guy Roofing, FYI Austin is a keeper make sure you take care of him. After the analysis Austin helped me present our findings to my insurance company and following my insurance company’s inspection they agreed that the roof needed to be replaced. Within a week the roofing crew arrived to install the new roof. The job site supervisor was fantastic I wish I could remember his name, but he made sure everything was done professionally and properly. Post installation of the roof and cleanup, shingles, nails etc..the supervisor and I did a complete walk around and they had done a great job. Thank you Team Guy Roofing! Awesome Job!

From start to finish, professional and responsible. We called, made an appointment for a rep to come to our home to evaluate and give an estimate. The rep came when expected, made his inspection, and gave an estimate at that time. Workers arrived on time on the date scheduled. They worked efficiently and completed the entire job within the estimated time. Ours is a very old house and care was given to replace any rotten wood. We were told that all debris would be cleared and our property would be clean before they left. Although it was dusk when they finished, our property was clean when we inspected the following morning…including clear gutters! We considered each to work as a team and although we do not know individual names, all did their part. Their warranty is sound and we have every reason to expect the best longevity.

I noticed some missing shingles on my roof. Called Guy Roofing, Dakota completed my initial inspection, he was very professional and responsive. I also worked with Manda from the office, she kept the process flowing with ease and promptly scheduled my appointment. The materials were delivered on the Friday before my scheduled appointment for Monday. The delivery person was friendly and delivered the materials with care. The last step was the replacement of my roof, Darryl, the QC Specialist, kept me informed and was very professional. The team was on time and the work was completed in less than a day. They cleaned up and there's was nothing for me to do, but enjoy my new roof. Thanks to the Guy Roofing team for their exceptional service. I will definitely recommend.

Like our neighbors, we suffered hail damage in May and needed to have our roof replaced. The shingles were delivered the day prior and the crew started at 9:45 am with placing tarps to protect plants, removing the existing shingles and then installing the new ones. It was a messy job but all was left spotless when they left at 8:45 pm. They ran a magnet around the house to pick up any stray nails, particularly in the road and alley. The crew encountered an issue with installing the ridge vents and promptly called to discuss (could not install ridge vents due to our extra blown-in foam insulation; to install would void the insulation protection). We would use Guy Roofing, heaven forbid, we need another roof. Thank you.

I reached out to Guy roofing for a roof replacement job I needed done. They sent a salesman out quickly and the gentleman was very professional and gave us the options for the repairs. However he said he was going to email us the quote and never did. I have reached out to their local offices several times to request the quote and to move forward with our roofing job but have gotten no response. Even after repeated promises from their office to have someone, even a supervisor contact us. I'm very disappointed with their customer service thus far and do not think I'm going to be using them to replace our roof. I'm not sure if this is an issue of discrimination or just poor customer service.

Scenario: Dispute with Guy Roofinfg Inc Recent storm damaged our roof. Upon suggestion from our insurance company we used Guy Roofing Inc. They came out quickly and replaced our roof. We communicated with them and got the insurance check plus gave them $1000 deductible Check . They even came out to pick the checks up. So roof finished and they have been paid. What happened next is a shock! Guy Roofing Inc sent us an additional bill for $2,500! What happen!? Was not the business transaction completed? My sister , and two neighbors used different companies and everything was within insurance quote! I will be calling their office on Monday and hopefully this was in error!!!!!

The crew arrived before daylight and was up there tearing off my old roof. They were very efficient and professional. I'm not sure they work for Guy and think they were subbed out because we had communication problems and no one spoke English. That was not a problem but they had problems with their machine that hauls and shingles up to the roof because they could not get it started and had to hand carry most of them. That's a rough job. I am not certain that they removed my gutter guards and replaced them but I do know they installed drip guards. Overall I am very pleased they did a wonderful job in a very efficient manner and I would recommend them to anyone.

The team at Guy Roofing is great! When Ryan came out to do the inspection, he was very friendly and professional, and explained the entire process to me, from inspection to repair, as he worked. He worked fast but maintained a great level of attention to detail. After he was done, he again explained how the rest of the process would go and made sure to explain every detail of the paperwork to me before requesting a signature. The team that came out to do the repairs was great and got everything repaired and cleaned up without any issues. I'll definitely be recommending Guy Roofing to anyone I encounter who needs a roof repair or replacement.

This company was recommended by a friend. Their response time was quick and very professional. I was in direct contact with the company throughout the process, and all of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I was shown examples of the products that could be used and and given a choice based on price, function and aesthetics. The products that I chose were indeed used to complete my roofing repair. The repair technician arrived promptly, work steadily throughout the day and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion of the repair work each day. I would recommend this company.

They came out in a timely manner to replace my entire roof. Austin came by at the start of the job to introduce himself and make sure I had his contact information and informed me of what to expect, while coming back several times to check on the progress. Aldair who was here at my property the whole time kept me informed and answered any questions I had. They did a great job leaving everything nice and clean. The repair required for my roof was not one that was urgent and water was not coming into the house. However, Guy Roofing treated the repair with the greatest concern and attention. The area of concern was inspected on the same day the call to the company was made and repaired the next day before mid morning. They did a professional job within a very short time span and I cannot be more pleased. The fast, dependable and detailed service has made me a Guy Roofing supporter for any and all roofing questions and concerns. I can give no higher recommendation!

Excellent customer service from everyone at GUY roofing. Started the project with a consultation with Johnathan who was very helpful with having an inspector work with my insurance company. The crew was on time and did an amazing job of tearing off the old roof and replacing in one day. The crew completed the work and cleaned up with no damage to any landscaping, gutters, etc. The day of the installation GUY roofing had their QC guy Zach come and meet with me and the crew as work commenced. The people at GUY roofing did a fantastic job, start to finish.

Ryan Wilkins the inspector for Guy Roofing was very helpful. He answered all the questions had I had and talked me through what was to be expected during the process. David and his crew did an Awesome job! They were very Professional and cleaned up their mess as they went along. David gave me updates throughout the day while I was away and that was really helpful also. The crew did not speak English. No one stayed to supervise them. They put the wrong shingles on the back side of the house. Owens Corning reviewed the roof and stated the roof shingles were bowing and bending due to NOT installed correctly and verified the shingles were not Williamsburg Gray. Guy Roofing has falsely stated to the BBB that they have tried to work with me. The day after the roof was put on a supervisor came over and told me that they will not work with me because I notified the BBB. Thank God for Ring camera video!!!!!!!!!

Guy Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. They were very professional and arrived at my home on time (6:20am). They took apart my old roof and completed the installation of the new roof by 6pm. They also haulled the trash and old roof to the dump. I was very impressed with Zach and his team. They answered all my questions leading up to installation. I really appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. I wil used Guy Roofing again for my roofing repair needs.

We experienced one of the best professional jobs that we were promised beforehand. Everything that we were told would happen before we signed our contract was exactly what they came in and done. They arrived at 6:00 a.m. and were finished by 2:00 p.m. They placed tarps all around the house to prevent any debris from falling on the ground and left everything spotless when they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Loved the work they did!

Received a quote on 6/9, sales rep said he would email the quote so I could decide which option I wanted. I still haven't recieved that email. I called 3 times while on vacation to tell them which option I wanted and each time was told someone would call me right back. The last time I called I was told they would notify the sales rep and his supervisor and I would definitely get a call from someone. I still haven't received a call.

They were there promptly at 7am and didn’t leave until 9:30pm. The roof looks great! They were very attentive to me in making sure me and my dog was safe to get in and out of the house while they were working. Everyone was very friendly. We had a new roof, gutters, soffits, & siding installed with Guy Roofing. Although it didn’t happen as fast as we’d have liked, we had to accept the long delays while waiting on supplies to be delivered so the jobs could get done. Overall we’re pleased with the finished work & the crews that did it. They were very professional & left the site clean when all was done. We’ll use Guy again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Guy Roofing for repairs. The first time was in 2021 for repairs related to shoddy construction around my chimney which caused leaks. This time was for a partial roof replacement related to wind/hail damage. Brandon and Zach have gone above and beyond with their communication, work and time spent on the job. I wouldn't use any other company for future needs.

Your guys arrived on time and despite the weather (rain) after the weather cleared out they started and Finished in the same day. The Quality assurance guy stayed behind an additional 1 1/2 hours to make sure there were no nails or residual trash was left. They took time in the beginning to cover shrubs and protect my pool equipment. I’m very happy and would highly recommend Guy Roofing !

I've had several roofs replaced, but none as well as this last one by Guy Roofing. They were here on time, setup, moved things out of the way, protected my property, and we have yet to find a single nail in our yard. That has never happened before. I'm impressed. Guy roofing understood the difficult places on my roof and went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly.

We called them, the sales rep came three days later, did a full thorough inspection gave us the scope of work with pricing and a very competent roofer came the same week (!) on Thursday fixed the damage and provided a detailed photo and video documentation of the damage and his repair work. At the end a QC guy showed up for inspection. Don't know of anything they could have done better.

John was very professional during our roof inspection appointment. He quickly determined the issue and filmed a video of my roof so I didn't have to go up there. He was honest with me that I don't need a new roof or any majors repairs at this time. I appreciate their commitment to loyalty vs a quick sale. I will definitely be calling them back next time I have a roof issue.

Never had a replacement roof installed on my house, so I was somewhat leery of the reroof project. Couldn’t be more appreciative and surprised at the process. From the initial inspection to the finished project, Guy Roofing Representatives walked me through each step of the process. A+ on the quality customer service and final product.

The Guy Roofing crew began stripping the old shingles off my roof at about 6:30 AM and worked all morning to replace them with new Corning shingles. By 1:30 PM they had completed my roof! It looks great and they did a good job of cleaning up all the debris. I would recommend Guy Roofing for anyone wanting a professional roofing job.

Seriously I cannot say enough good things about them. They installed the roof in one day. I went to a wedding and came back afterwards and honestly, besides the new roof, I wouldn’t have even known they were there. They cleaned up the area so well! Amazing job! Shasta white is so beautiful! The picture doesn’t even do it justice!

They were able to get us scheduled quickly, and we're right on time for the quote and the repair. We paid a fair price. The crew that came were also prompt, friendly,professional, and left no trace that they were ever here when they were done. Guy roofing came out and explained everything they would do step by step. A couple of days later the installers showed up at 7:30 and started the process. They finished the same day. They cleaned up everything no nails on the ground or trash. Now I have a beautiful roof. It just makes the house look great

Was very surprised how early the crew showed up and began work. Roofers we’re cautious and very hard working, they took the time to cover a immobile car I had nearby, drop cloths all the way around the perimeter. So far have only found one nail.Very professional and would definitely use guy roofing again

I think the team that installed our new roof was the hardest working five individuals I’ve ever watched. They were courteous and respectful, and when they finished, they did an exceptional job at cleaning up the area around the house. Highly recommend using Guy roofing; and will again to do our garage.

Crew showed up 7 am and worked until dark. Guy roofing cleaned up every bit of debris and installed a first class roof. The guys worked until the roof was finished. Project manager answered all questions promptly and answered calls promptly.

Good job, cleaned up the nails and trash perfectly. Very impressed. The workers did push on my custom aluminum chimney cap which bowed the metal in, but the foreman said he’d try to repair it. Other than that, it was a job well done.
