From my very first phone call with Casey’s Movers, I knew that these were my people, they were very down to earth and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my stressful short notice move. They were able to accommodate my needs and work me into their schedule. They communicate very well before, during and after the move. They arrived on time with great vibes, and they took all the COVID-19 precautions necessary. The guys that moved me were amazing!!! They were all very nice, professional, friendly and made my transition so smooth. The process was on time and very speedy with care! I couldn't believe how efficient they were, they protected my floors and doors and wrapped up the furniture to protect it, handled everything with the utmost care and NOTHING was damaged during the move. I was so worried about how they were going to move my HUGE sofa, and couldn’t believe how easy they were able to get it wrapped up, out and into the new place, along with a few other large, heavy pieces. They worked SO fast and were so easy to work with, these guys know what they are doing! They went above and beyond and I am so happy I hired them. I could go on and on about how awesome they are, 100% recommended.

Casey’s Movers provided exceptional service to me and my husband during our moving experience. They were on time, polite and worked efficiently. They treated our belongings as if they were there own. They also took the time extra time to put our furniture together once they asked us where the items went. They also followed direction very well as we had sticky notes on the doors to assure them hat went where so they didn’t always have to ask. If they didn’t know where something went or had questions they were polite in asking and you could tell they were listening and valued what you said. Casey’s Movers not only exceeded our expectation in the time they moved us from one house to another, but also the price. The price was fair, reasonable and competitive to the market but cheaper than others. If you are a potential customer debating whether or not to use a moving service, don’t question Casey’s Movers. Firstly, They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began the moving process immediately. Both movers Mario & Jamal were very careful with all of our belongings and secured properly before transporting it to the moving truck. They also made sure to use the appropriate equipment and tools to move our furniture and appliances, which prevented any damage to them or our apartment. Things I didn't like: The $135 Deposit that I paid to secure the booking was surprisingly converted fully into service fee in the invoice after the move. I'd like to argue with Mr. Casey for sometime (which we both didn't like ) & got it fixed as there was a major confusion because no where the move contract mentioned any such service fee nor did they provide any written estimate despite multiple reminders/emails while booking. ODOT recommends to get a written estimate while booking. They've taken my feedback and hope they will improve on the same, I wish Caseys movers the very best luck for the future.

I needed to move my 99 year-old mother from her independent apartment to Assisted Living. A very difficult move for her both emotionally and physically. I called Casey Movers after receiving a bid from another company that I considered too high. The minute I spoke with Casey I felt reassured I’d found the right company...and I was right! I’m so grateful to Casey and his team for their outstanding service. Giovani and Mario were very efficient, competent, and courteous and were busy from the moment they arrived until the minute they moved the last piece of furniture. It was clear they knew what they were doing and I was amazed that the final tally was so reasonable. I will DEFINITELY recommend Casey Movers to anyone searching for a reputable company. We’ll also be calling them again when we’re ready to move from our own home. Moving is seldom something anyone looks forward to but Casey made it much easier. Overall, a platinum experience!

I could not thank Casey Mover enough and I highly recommend them for local moves. My previously arranged mover canceled one week prior to my moving date. Casey was able to accommodate my last minute request. They were highly recommended by move-in coordinator. Casey crew were courteous, responsive, and dedicated. Casey’s Movers did an amazing job on our longer distance move from Portland to central Oregon. They wrapped everything so carefully, laid down runners in both houses during the move, and added pads to main house corners/doorways, and were so helpful and respectful of all our needs. They even helped us unload our cargo trailer that we had stuffed with outdoor stuff like firewood, lawnmower, potted plants, etc. The whole team was happy and so kind. I would use them again in a heart beat. …but hopefully we’re settled for a long time now!

My family and I had the great pleasure of having Michael, Sebastian, and Rafael as movers from Casey’s movers. They called to let us know they were on the way and were very polite and professional. Each step of they way they confirmed with us if there were special instructions on the handling of our belongings. Communication was awesome. They were also efficient with respectful of time. These guys are super quick and professional! What I thought was going to be a two maybe three day job they knocked out in 8 hours and were super accommodating regarding difficult to move furniture. They took my bed and table apart and put them back together in my new place carefully. They even unhooked my washer and dryer to move to storage for me. Casey’s Movers did a great job moving my houseful of stuff to storage in the garage of my new house. The house isn’t ready for move-in and it was amazing how they made it all fit in the garage.
