Usb reciever for keyboard not in box I've been in contact with support was basically told the store couldn't find it so it must have been in box had to buy one from a third party horrible experience problem ongoing add said A quality in box all accessories.upon receiving the package no wireless usb reciever in box hence why all the drama received item 3 days ago still no closer to sorting something out basically being treated like a moron and made out to be a liar so far $145 dollars wasted after the incompetent staff keep saying it's in the box or in a storage spot on keyboard the logitech g915 doesn't have a spot on it for usb storage only the g915 tkl has a spot for the reciever I've sent photographs of the package the box the contents the confirmed purchase of a reciever from a private seller now they are trying to make me look like an idiot and a liar because of there false advertising I havnt asked for a refund or compensation just an apology now for wasting my time I even messaged them within 20 minutes of opening the package the usb reciever was not in the package so now if I was to say return it the refund would be void as the package is incomplete by there so called standards and I would recieve the reciever from 3rd party and have no keyboard absolute joke not one apology do not recommend this company at all staff have no clue at all Date of experience: 10 October 2023

Customer service mediocre could be much better given the nature of the store. They don't even approach to assist, and even when you ask them for assistance (too much for them, they'd rather just point to where to go and even when you can't find the game your after, they still ignore). If you don't wont to sell games or do your job correctly why stay in operation and hold a spot? On top of that, they sell games (that don't even work) what a joke, what a waste of time having to go back in to return ONLY to be given a replacement game that (doesn't work). Trading in games they're a 'complete rip off'. Better of going to EB Games & JBHifi pay around the same if not slightly more and you'll get quality game that actually works. Never again. Steer as fast as you can and save yourself both the time and $. If I could have given a 'zero star' I would have.

I ordered a Logitech g703 gaming mouse online, when the package arrived I received an AirPod charging case. I came to the store requesting a refund or the product I ordered. The staff were absolutely useless! they said there was a mix up with the order and another person recived my order and I received his. I kindly requested a refund and they said the person that received my order would have to send back my item to a cex store so then I would be refunded. This is stupid why do I have to wait for a refund due to a mistake they made, and another problem that arises is that if the person that revived my item doesn’t send Back the product. Will I never get a refund? I am very unhappy with the service and will never shop here after I get my refund.

Despite the reveiws I have seen, I would say it is a very lovely store all things considered. I mainly buy DVDs so I dont do much selling so I cannot judge too well. I come in for the nostalgia of being able to buy in store rather than on streaming services, let alone the staff which I would say are very chill and pleasent to be around. All in all i love going there before my shift starts inside the centre. Quick tip: If your ever wanting a recommendation for a good horror/thriller movie (in store or not) the person with the snake bite piercing seems to have quite the experience in that area, if u happen to see this dude- thank you, I enjoyed Mandy (2018) very much :)

Awesome. Such a great medium for those keen for a trip down memory lane for video games / movies that is also easily accessible. Despite being second hand all items purchased worked perfectly. Had some classic wii games, playstation games, and movies. Love the variety here. They also sell second hand phones and other accessories.

Brought some games online, received them from this cex and one is completely covered in scratches and doesn't work at all. Scammed me of my money. I usually have no issue with cex but this one is one to avoid unless you want your money stolen from you.

My first time here today. I traded in an old console and some games here for a couple of newer games. Maria helped me through the whole process. It was a breeze and I'm super happy with the trade. Thanks so much.

It was decent, the prices are reasonable. However just make sure if there is any damage on the product your buying. If you're looking to buy a device this shop has a great variety of stuff.

I accidentally grabbed the wrong game (drawn to life 2, not 1) but you guys put the 1st on in there so worked out hahaha Thankyou for the great service :)

Love this place for exchanging media and electronics. Highly recommended.
