This car wash although convenient has the most DISGUSTING customer service. Unlike Camel or any other car wash we have been members of, if you add a car and no longer use for another car registered, they charge you still and refuse a refund (we understand it’s our duty to report but when we caught the error they were like “too bad ) We switched from Camel because we moved and this OLD HICKORY, TN location was closer but I would like to say when we had a similar incident at Camel, they went back through our history, noticed our truck hadn’t been scanned and REFUNDED US for EVERY MONTH UNUSED! We have been members at the OLD HICKORY, TN location for almost 2 years and THIS HAPPENED TODAY because hubby has a new card they couldn’t charge it IN JUNE (it’s now July 5th), which he was unaware of until today when he went to wash my car. Rather than look and realized his CUSTOMER LOYALTY and offer ONE complimentary wash until he had a chance to handle his card issue, INSTEAD they offered for him and everyone behind him to back out so he could go home and get his new card. I’ve seen them give many complementary car washes for a number of reasons but I guess hubby didn’t fit the look or criteria TODAY. We will definitely drive the distance for better customer service. They have a lot of issues at this location it’s just CONVENIENT. Back to Camel we go or maybe the newer one further down Myatt Dr but this location THATS ALWAYS HIRING AND YOU NEVER SEE THE SAME PEOPLE won’t get another dime of our money.

Used to come to this car wash often. However, after last night's visit , I'll no longer be a Champions member! Ive been a member since the first champions I know of in Wilson Co. But this Old Hickory location.. the blonde woman manager ( Rude, unprofessional) and the guy last night.. ( high schooler) ? Lazy lazy . You can tell this location is under new management and might I add it definitely needs another change! Poorly managed, curb appeal is lacking, vaccum 3 different ones completely clogged up, 2 completely disconnected, trash everywhere , soaking wet clothes to dry with nothing replinshed, drug deals with employees, reeked of marijuana, the wash scratched my hood all up that has never happened before. Get a new team or you will continue to lose customers.

I went through the auto car wash and it ripped off the bumper to my car. I allowed employee to take pictures of the bumper and informed them I would contact my insurance company to get the bumper fixed. As soon as I brought up my insurance company one of the employees called the cops and stated I was a threat to him that he was worried for his life. Then came back to my car and told me to leave the premises. It was a horrible experience I have never had the police called on me before and didn't even have a way to get my bumper in my car to leave. After damaging my car they wouldn't even let me wait for someone to come fix the damage they caused. So now I am sitting in the middle of the road unable to drive away due to no tag and no bumper on my car.

**WARNING** The automatic car wash breaks mirrors on the driver side. There are multiple reviews since the 'new' automatic wash was opened. In all instances they blame the consumer and offer no reoslution. Owners are aware but will blame you the consumer or your car for being older. Be warned that the automatic car wash will damage your car. In fact it broke the mirror off our car's mirror. The management and team that runs this place blames the customer if they have an car than five(5) years old, they will claim no responsibility per Jesse. Clearly there is a problem with the wash as multiple people continue to complain about the same on going issue.

Does a mediocre job and scratches your car as an added bonus. I filed an incident report but I doubt if they'll do anything besides a free car wash. No thanks, I can do my own scratches. UPDATED REVIEW They did contact me, looked at the scratches and like the other reviews, just denied that it was their equipment and had no explanation for why I had scratches after the car wash and not before. Use at your own risk. I won't go back.

Fired no reason famke allegations against me even asked for a drug test refused never given a separation notice straight In professional and the owner not Jesse the owner son but Tim or Jim something like that the man didn't have the audacity to fre me himself. He wouldn't even come out to speak with me. I pray nobody has to work with him now I have had bad anxiety while life and now it's flaring horrible please pray for me.

If you are looking for a car wash that doesn’t service their machines and scratches and damages your car with zero liability then take your car or truck here. My Camaro was damaged, driver mirror broken and chipped paint on top of front fender driver side. They showed me their sign and said it’s not their problem. Great Customer Service and ZERO accountability for their damaged carwash being off track.

My car had a few spots of bird dropping & tree sap before I went in and still when I came out. The guy that prompted me in should have used a brush and scrubbed, instead he just barely sprayed it off and sent me in.I had to still go home and just Finish the job. Waste of $20 for a 7. Job

The vacuum for the self service wash, closest to the automatic wash, comes on, but there is literally no suction. The fragrance sprayer on the machine beside it, doesn't spray. Also, the first self service bay, the wheel Cleaner doesn't spray and the dryer isn't working right.

Although I was thrown off by the fact the family plan has a three month minimum that can only be canceled by telephone, you quickly realize that it pays for itself after only a few washes a month. People there are always helpful. They're equipment always works. Solid Car Wash

Been a regular customer for a long time. Lately the quality has not been up to par. I always wash my own instead the automatic. High pressure spray is terrible. My garden hose can do better. Sad part is you don’t know this until after you’ve paid money. Fair warning folks.

First time iv used. Don't use cards so got out the rolls of quarters. Did pretty good considering the car was terrible literally. Didn't seem to on the pressure soap wash to be very little soap coming out. I left with a cleaner car. I'll use it again for sure.

Everytime I go to wash my car, the touchless wash isn't open. The other one with the big brushes flips my driver side mirror the opposite way. The vacuum nozzles are always clogged and have to unclog them myself. These things need be addressed asap.

This place has evolved competitively to other similar services. Although, somewhat of a narrow exit once you are finished self servicing your vehicle. The colorful curb appeal and almost never crowded efficiently designed facility. …

Absolutely LOVE this car wash!! Super fast to go through & it gets my tires super shiny, better than any other car wash out there! And the vacuums are great, picks up the tiniest bit of dirt in my car and the finest of dog hair! Love it!

The hands free wash sucks. Took forever for me to get it to run. And when it finally started. It just stopped in the middle of the wash and I was left with suds on my car:( Just ended up going to my favorite car wash Sunshine:)

Never gets your vehicle clean, vacuums always clogged, air nozzles never work. Management wants to hear nothing about it. Your better off paying $10 less at another facility. By the way, a car wash here is $18. Good luck.

Been going here for 3 months now and they do a great job washing my truck. Very nice workers and they go above and beyond and will wash down your windshields, and side steps, etc. Vacuums are very strong as well.

Have been going to pretty much all of the champion car washes for years they are very engaging and always make sure that if they have the stuff that they're supposed to give out they make sure that you get it

Out of the carwash available this is by far the best value for your money! I've found not only is it wallet friendly it also cleans the vehicle better than any others I've visited

I went to the drive through. The attendant was very courteous and knowledgeable of the wash tiers offered. I would 10 out of 10 recommend. And the whole property was very clean.

The owner was helpful and friendly in providing free car washes towels and Windex for all the customers. I would definitely recommend this car wash for the customer service!

Went to wash my truck today and i can pee hard then what was coming out of the sprayer. It would work for about a min. Then nothing.. wont be back ... wasted my money.

Myself and 2 other Army reservist vehicles came here after our cars got broken into and they helped us vacuum our cars to get all the glass out and debri out.

Good workers, clean towels and full window cleaner bottles. Really like that they have the regular vacuum head and crevice tool along with air dusting gun.

Dont waste 30 dollars get out an wash it your self. That way you know you won't end up with scratches on your new car. I learned my lesson the hard way.

It’s a great place to get your car washed but the water pressure was sorry that’s the only downfall chemicals are nice but just no Water pressure

It has very strong water pressure. So if you have any damage to your I car as far as paint chipping it will make it worse. Otherwise it's great.

Decent clean for a drive thru. Very nice people! The blowers and vacuum were strong. Kudos for the glass cleaner and towels. Id return!

Their staff don't rush you through like your a number, they actually take care of your ride and treat it with respect.

The hands free car wash is not the best, but I do go there to self wash and vacuum my car without problems.
