The only reason this review gets 1 star is because I have to, we walked into their offices on Thursday afternoon and explained that we are cash buyers looking for a property, we met the receptionist and the agent Rita, gave our names and numbers which was jotted down on a yellow post it note, we were ushered out as Rita had an appointment she had to rush to, I still jokingly told my wife we are going to go missing as the post it note was very unprofessional, Friday came and went nothing from the company, Saturday morning my wife phoned Rita and jokingly said "HI its Angela and Harry did you forget about us, Rita's response was I don't even know what this is about, my wife explained we were in and met you on Thursday and you were going to contact us regarding properties, but don't worry we will use someone else ok bye was the reply, absolutely shocking and totally unpleasant and unprofessional, we have since called their competitors and have been sent various options and made appointments ro veiw within hours of contact, clearly their competitors who actually seem to want to do business are ghe way to go, So rating in zero no 1 star pathetic. Stay away stay away

I would like to thank Nikita from Chas Everitts for the absolutely amazing assistance she has provided for my family.
