This bank is such a nice part of the community. I live nearby and have used them for several years. The service has been excellent. Today, Erikka helped me with an account issue. She could not have been more professional and pleasant. The tellers are always nice, cordial and accurate. The location is fantastic.
I love that they have two ATMs in the drive-thru and not one of them work and And here's a crazy suggestion if your lobby is closed you should lock the door. People might want to walk in and use a ATM that works? And here's another crazier suggestion as a bank maybe have a ATM that actually works
By far the worst Chase branch in Austin. If I have a problem making a deposit or dealing with an issue, it's due to this branch. High turnover and a general lack of knowledge in explaining things is a big problem. My advice is to drive to any other branch if you need to go to a Chase branch.
The parking situation is a bit of a mess here if you come during a busy time. Try to avoid the weekend. The place was a bit understaffed for how busy it was. However when I accidentally left my debit card in the machine, they were quick to call me and had it quickly available to pick up.
Really appreciated the Branch Manager VP George Hernandez. I showed up late with an issue I thought could be handled quickly. It needed more time and he stayed after hours to help me. He was such a blessing and really helped me with my issue, amazingly and willingly.
I went for a notary service request. An appointment was not required but it helps keep things "quick" if you have one. Staff greets you upon entering and addresses your needs. I didn't get an appointment through calling, instead I visited
Today I went to this bank and the teller name Gabi was rude and very unhelpful this is not the first time las time was the same I have never had any rudeness from the other tellers, they seen happy and smiling on the other hand Gabi even
Made an appointment with a business banker named Krista but she accepted a walk in right before we arrived, so we had to wait thirty minutes. She did not apologize and was just rude with attitude. Krista was also not able to help us and
This bank needs to fix the left side atm outside. I went yesterday to deposit some cash and it gave me an error message. Now my money isn’t available until who knows when. Mind you this is the 3RD Time that this has happened on the SAME
Chase is a good bank there are a lot of them where I live and atm's as well I like the online service and app as well although they are always doing "maintenance" on it. The bankers are a hit and miss sometimes they are friendly and
Rude tellers. No restroom for clients; I had to wait for my Uber 10 minutes after I made my commercial deposit and had to hold my urine because “they don’t have a restroom? Chase charges plenty of fees but their employees won’t let
Tried to deposit coins and exchange foreign currency - both were so restrictive and limited here that it was clear we should do it elsewhere. Hard to see the value of bank branches when this is the kind of service offered.

Personal banker here overdrawn my account without giving me any money and now I have to waste time being on hold and struggling to find anyone to help me because he's either incompetent or a theif.

Jose was fast, friendly and overall awesome. Place is a little difficult to get into, but has awesome service. Would recommend if your having issues over the phone.

Service extremely slow, waited 45 minutes to set up a new account. And was told i could not because there was not enough time with 30 minutes left till close.
This is the slowest branch l have the displeasure of going to. I hate having to go here because it takes forever for even the simplest of transactions.

This branch does not answer phones even after hours of calling. And also does not follow through on promises on returning money.
