Purchased a Vuze kit that wasn't even sealed like they should be bran new. I went to return it because I didn't realize they charge 14.99 for something that costs 7 tops anywhere else. They said I had already opened it but it wasn't even sealed and I hadn't opened it. The staff does not speak hardly any English and cursing are some of the few words they know apparently, which I did not curse or even make a scene just simply asked for a refund and the dude started cursing under his breath like I couldn't hear him 2 feet away. I strongly recommend you don't buy vape or vape cartridges from this establishment. Not sure if the tobacco products are over priced, but I can only assume so. Horrible customer service, come here atleast twice a week, now they lost my business forever.

As a store they have good customer service and a great variety of smoking accessories as well as having the lowest cigarette prices I have found in town thus far. They are also one of the few places that will order your brand of cigarettes if they don't already carry them. However with the good also comes the bad the amount of riff raff that hang around behind the store in their parking lot is mind blowing, the number of people who are openly using drugs of all kinds as well as the violence and vulgar language amounts to this being the type of store that d would definately never bring children to, and I would be very cautious going there alone at night

Honestly considering the area and the countless theft/ tweakers/homeless people, youd expect the customer service at this Chevron to be really uptight and rude. But these guys put up with a lot and still treat everyone with an equal open mind and heart. They don't need to do that level of customer service for the level of mistreatment they receive from rude customers/the rude community surrounding. 10/10 *ive only encountered one rude employee through out my time coming here but that day the guy seemed like he had just dealt with an awful situation so I let it slide. They don't get paid enough to deal with some of the things that happen around here*

Stopped by there today to get gas which I usually do about twice a week to fill up sat there for almost 10 minutes and the pumper walked up to my window and then walked away, so I got out of my car and asked if I was going to be helped or if I should go somewhere else? And he just stared at me so I left to go somewhere else. I’ll never be going to this location again, highly recommend you go to the Jantzen Beach location its much cleaner and the pumpers come to you much faster. Don’t know why I ever wasted my time at this location. Shady trash people and trash service, they charge you fees without informing you when you swipe your card.

Well the gas is competitively priced. But what many people dont know is they now sell crispy chicken, corn bread biscuits, popcorn chicken, etc. And take my word for it, the dipping sauce is the best sauce I have ever tasted. Not just 1 or 2 of the sauces but every darn dipping sauce is deliciously packed with flavor. Honestly when I recieved my order I said this is better than KFC, and just as good as Popeye's. Maybe alittle better.

Awful, waited for someone to come pump our gas, never did. Got out and pumped it ourselves, which I don’t mind but seriously, it is your job. Employees walking around not bothering to acknowledge we were there or doing their job for them. Couple days later they were extremely rude, I called twice to see if my fiancé’s wallet was turned in. Once they didn’t bother to answer the phone, the second time I was abruptly hung up on.

I was refused service and publicly humiliated by an employee because I asked if the pump was self serve. Most notably the attendant said— after yelling at me to “get out of there”— “I love you.” I felt incredibly unsafe and I speculate it was either because I was visibly queer or simply female presenting. It was a bizarre experience and I recommend you avoid this gas station at all costs especially at night on Tuesdays.

Called asking a simple question, the person that answered couldn't be bothered to stop their other conversation long enough to listen. He finally understood what I was asking, gave me a nonchalant no (or maybe a "yeah", they didn't really seem to care if I understood, then hung up on me. Will never stop here. You shouldn't either if you need even an ounce of helpful customer service.

The employee of this place only let and people customers for employee use the bathroom or buy cigarettes and alcohol without ID. I went to to use the bathroom and to make a purchase, right after someone came out of the bathroom I was told that I could not use the restroom. Also denied buying cigarettes with my temporary ID, but yet they will sell to other people without IDs.

An employee here, twice now, has basically stolen my $. My fault I suppose. They are normally very expensive so I have stopped for a gallon of gas and after getting a couple blocks away... still at 0 miles until empty. Confronted the attendant both times and he made lame excuses. One time "oh because you paid with cash" and next time "oh its because you paid with a card".

I went there to get gas after work, it was around 2am. But the one thing I loved is it had a sign on the door saying "face mask required" which I didn't have a problem with. But it also had a sign outside the door saying "If you don't have a mask, you can call in your order for curbside pickup" that's amazing with the extra mile they will go for their customers!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I know just about every one of the ladies and gentlemen that work here just thru being a customer. They'll remember you. And that really is important to me. Customer report and knowing regular faces.... it's the best Chevron I've ever been to.. and I've driven across the country and been to a great many. This place rocks.

Do not come here if you can avoid it. We had an event at Delta park so I decided to walk over for some snacks. There were 7 to 8 guys out back definitely doing drugs and cta calling at me. Even the cashier told me to be extremely careful when I was leaving. I will bring all my own snacks from now on.

The family that operates this store are absolutely amazing people.. by far my favorite store and appreciate all that they do for the community surrounding. Grateful for these guys, the world could use more like them..much appreciation!

Bought a phone charger couldn't get it to work. Went to return it they wouldn't return it cuz they said it was working. By state law. They have to accept the return. Silly to have to go to the better business bureau over a $10 charger

I really like going in here, the people are nice and the prices are fair. I actually enjoy going here on days I don't feel so good they greet me with a smile and change a bad attitude to a good one quickly.

I always liked Chevron. I like the automated gas pumps for some reason. I think that they are just as good if not better than any gas station if you ask me. The gas prices are very affordable.

The owner and all the workers are so kind and Honest! Very receptive when I bought product that was defective. I recommend coming here for discounts on cigs and vapes or whatever you need!

The Mexican man who works the cash register is extremely friendly and hella funny! He obviously really loves his job and that's really nice to see!! Thanks guy at register!! Lol

Had to reapet what i wanted like 10 times and the cashier let somone else cut me in line after i had walked up. Sent me to the other side n walked back to help the other person

Been going to this gas station for a few years now and know all the people that have worked there which I believe are all within a family and they have always been good to me

The people who work here have all been here a while which always is a good sign of a good company. The attendents are really friendly and are committed to speedy service.

Rough neighborhood. Gas attendant told me if I go into the store to roll up my windows and lock the door. I usually get really good service at this Chevron.

Just a gas station but I keep forgetting you put gas in your cars here in Oregon. Funny Cali use to do that back in the early 80's.

At night the gas station is locked up and you have to order through a window the night guy is pretty nice its an ok place
