UPDATE: Chicago Flowers provided a partial refund of 61.00. I probably will not use their services again, yet, I can appreciate the accountability and attempt to rectify the issue. I ordered my aunt flowers for her birthday. My aunt has been hospitalized since November 13th. I wanted something beautiful. I found an arrangement and ordered the deluxe with a balloon. I placed the order at 6:48 am online. Around mid-afternoon or early evening, I contacted the floral company because I hadn't received any notification on the process. I was greeted, or lacked thereof, by a man with a heavy accent and hostile tone. I inquired about my order and if I'd receive a notification when it was out for delivery. I was assurnegativetile manner and all). I would! It never happened—the heartwarming call from my aunt thanking me for the flowers. That is how I know they'd been delivered. My instincts told me the arrangement wasn't what I ordered. I was right. My daughter visited my aunt. She took a photo of the arrangement received, and it's not what I ordered. What they sent appears to be a smaller version minus several flowers, including the roses. I tried calling the establishment, but no one picked up. My aunt love flowers, she asked that I not take them. As she knows, I would return them and request what I paid for. Out of love and respect for my aunt, I didn't have my daughter remove them. Chicago Flowers, you FAILED horribly in both customer service and delivery of the actual product. I will never order from you ever again. YOU DESERVE MINUS ZERO STARS!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately, on 2 separate occasions (one in Nov 2020 and one in Feb 2021), I was sent flowers from Chicago Flower arriving at 7:45 and 8:15 PM - which is just horrible, it makes it seem as if the sender recalled last minute to send something. One bouquet was in an extremely hot vase with hot water, and both flowers were wilted within 2 days after receipt. The online images also make it seem as if the largest size bouquets are going to be really big, but they really arent. I think it is true robbery to charge the prices they do for such a poor quality experience. Delivery notification of arrival was good, but there was no time estimate given prior to arrival. You can see in the pics how much smaller the arrangements are vs the online pictures, and how they are already wilting after 36 hours and the red roses are very opened up upon arrival due to the hot vase/water. Disappointing for sure.

Got a call from them this morning wanting to know how to make it right. He explained the vase (can’t get the yellow from China) and flowers (fresh and not opened up yet) and is going to send a balloon arrangement with the correct balloons. I am very satisfied with their response and my daughter loved it and that’s what is important. Thank you for the quick response. It shows you care and I will use them again. Such a disappointment. I paid $100 for a flower arrangement with 2 birthday balloons and got a grocery store bunch of flowers in a cheap clear vase, an “I love you” red heart balloon and a yellow smiley face balloon. I called at 4:50 pm because they hadn’t been delivered and it sounded like they couldn’t find the online order, then told me it was out for delivery and she received it at 7:30. This place is literally blocks from her apartment. I wish I could post pictures.

I decided to send my sister flowers for Easter, to let her know I’m thinking of her and also to support flower growers and sellers. I know this is a tough time for lots of businesses and florists are no exception. Online ordering was easy and the bouquet was absolutely beautiful!! And the flowers really brightened my sister’s day! I am very disappointed. I ordered and paid for a delivery of flowers and a toy to my daughter who had just given birth. THE GIFT WAS NEVERY DELIVERED. I sent an email two days later when my daughter was discharged from the. hospital asking that either the delivery be redirected to my daughters home address or I get a full refund for failure to deliver. That was over a week ago. Chicago Flower has not even bothered to acknowledge receipt of my email, let alone reply. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. To Chicago Flower - to give you the benefit of the doubt, the Order number was 65620. I will continue to try to resolve this and would appreciate a response without any further delay.

I had ordered a bouquet for a friend admitted to a local hospital and was very impressed by the ease of online ordering and the prompt same day delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers for the bouquet I had ordered were not all available, but the shop called me immediately to inform me and confirmed an appropriate substitution. The bouquet arrived a bit different from what we had discussed, and again my concerns were immediately addressed and promptly resolved. I have no trouble giving this company my full recommendation due to their exceptional customer service. I will be glad to use them again for any future floral needs.

The recipient liked the flowers, but the floral arrangement did not look as full as how it was depicted on the Chicago Flower web site. This is the deluxe version of the Fabulous Fall Roses bouquet ($59.95 without tax/delivery). The flowers were delivered on time. I attached the photo of the arrangement that was delivered vs the photo of the arrangement that was posted on the web site (for the deluxe arrangement). I had contacted the store the day after the arrangement was delivered and was told that the arrangement was made correctly per some recipe.

Beautiful Roses , my mother loved it but I’m kinda disappointed. I paid the premium option thinking the bouquet will be big and full. That would be the spotlight of her table for her birthday, But it wasn’t the case. I felt like the amount I paid for the premium bouquet was not right. I can just imagine the standard option. I attached the flowers I received today vs the flowers it showed in the website. Again nice flowers but what a rip off. I’ll rather now go to local florist and get bigger a set of the amount I paid here.

If only the experience was a nice as the flowers. Delivery expectations were not met - I ordered the flowers about a week early and was told it shouldn't be a problem for the flowers would arrive by Noon. On a follow-up call, around Noon on the day they were to be delivered, was told that they deliver to business morning and residents in the afternoon - should arrive later that afternoon...3:00PM to 5:00PM. Flowers arrived at 8:04PM. The flowers are incredible. Just don't count on a timely delivery.

I asked that Chicago Flower send a fresh bouquet...they did not. Will never use this florist again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife. She never got them unfortunately. I called Chicago Flower the next morning to get an understanding of what exactly happened. Andrea was so professional and very helpful in rectifying the matter. She let it be known that the problem would be taken care of and she delivered. The flowers were beautiful and delivery was very timely. However, I’m only giving 3 stars because I paid for the deluxe size in the bouquet I ordered and it was much smaller than expected. The website says the deluxe size should’ve been 12.75” in height by 12” in width. The bouquet was about 9” x 7” maybe. Again the flowers themselves were beautiful but I’m disappointed that I spent over $100 on flowers for my boyfriend that looked like I bought flowers for a child.

The website was very easy to use and place an order. The bouquet was delivered with no issue and was gorgeous. My fiancé loved it! The flowers closely matched what the website showed. Communication of its delivery was also very good- nice, because I live outside the city, so it was nice to have such a good ordering and delivery experience. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will use them again. I would recommend Chicago Flower very much.

Chicago Flower has truly lovely floral creations, and great customer service! I had an issue with a same-day delivery order not being delivered on time for my first order, and when I called, the man I talked to was really apologetic and had it delivered the next day, free of charge. I did another order of sunflowers recently for next-day delivery, and that one arrived at my home in the evening as a lovely arrangement. I definitely recommend.

I found Chicago Flower through Google, put in a same-day order (website was very easy to use), and LESS THAN TWO HOURS LATER a beautiful arrangement was delivered; my friend was delighted! The arrangement was even more vibrant than the website picture, and I felt the price - while expensive (as you might expect for same-day) - was justified by the rapid service and positive outcome.
