This place is horrible, unorganized, slow, unprofessional and uncaring. They just tell you sign your name and go sit down, no matter what you've come in for. I thought you had to have some form of education as well being a cop, but they can't spell nor type. This is who we leave to lead our city... It's a joke

The police officer working the desk was very rude. When I was trying to report a accident she told me they where about to change shifts so I would have to wait 30min because they where ready to go home. “If I didn’t want to wait I go out to other police station”

The girl at the front deskwith the ponytail is very rude. I went in to request a copy of a police report and she smugly said they don't give them out. She highlighted the area of a piece of paper that she assumed I neglected to read and

Horrible service they don’t serve to protect they Hop out of their cars and search people without probable cause and drop them off in other neighborhoods i am extremely frustrated with their service.

I would give them 0 stars but that isn’t possible so it’ll just be one for now. I called 911 to send a squad car and it’s almost been an hour and these pigs in uniforms still haven’t showed up.

I am principal of one of the schools this department services. I have had nothing but support whenever I needed it. They are not just great officers, they are great people!

They serve and protect in the toughest area in chicago.yes might be a little backed up in the station ,but the duties are executed properly and accordingly.

They refuse to do there duties, when refusing to take statements from victims of robbery. Whatever happened to protect and serve. Unacceptable 3rd district

Walked in and out with very speady friendly service within 25 mn.Just left 006 district waiting with no help for 2 hours
