I'm a regular and I can say that the food is good. It comes down to a 50/50 most of the time though since the chicken can either be hard making it difficult to bite down on and even swallow. If you happen to get the soft and tender chicken then you'll definitely enjoy it. The service is fast and simple. The staff in the establishment are understanding when it comes to ordering. There's nothing more to say about that other than they're doing a good job every time I enter or even walk past. In conclusion, the food is good and the staff there are friendly people. If you're looking for food that can fill you up for nearly a whole day then Chicken World is the place for you.

I go to Chicken World every Sunday and my Mum would allow me to buy lunch as a takeaway for the family, I extremely love that the time it takes to serve meals are quick and sometimes even more quicker, the food they srve is always hot and fresh meaning that we use our microwave less often at home, the staffs there are really friendly and reliable that every time you come in, you enter, you know that you'll be comfortable and that the staffs will give you the meals you normally get without errors and the atmosphere of the place is often calm which makes me really comfortable with the place since people are well behaved there.

great food. I got the family bucket and some grill wings. Taste is on point and by far one of the best spots in the area and they DELIVER too with great offers. Must try the grilled items although a phone order or collection via just eat for them is adviced so they have it prepared for when you collect as it takes some time. Friendly staff and great customer service. They always look after me with some extra wings with my order. Will visit again

Staff was incredibly nice! The services are speedy and good. The chips were perfectly crunchy even by the time we got home and the spicy wing awesome. The pieces were fine . Overall service was good. I would recommend this shop for chicken deals and they do peri peri chicken as well.

I buy chicken there everyday and every time there are something in the meat. I bite a chicken leg and has a chicken poo on it, another usual time chicken are rotten and smell so bad, they actually not clean or wash the chicken well. Anytime I speak with them they said sorry and sometime they said we will give you better chicken I suggest to extremely replacing new staff or shut the shop as it is poisoning people, because of their bad chicken I did put the camera into my stomach due to eating bad chicken.

Pay no attention to the ridiculously disparaging comments,this is a damn good delivery service. We have used Chicken World 3 times now ordering wraps,burgers,ribs,box meals & simple chicken & chips. The food is superb,always arrives on time & hot,and is excellent value for money. If I'm completely honest,if I was going to have just chicken & chips I'd most probably go to KFC.But Chicken World has such a varied menu,that its a must if there's a group of you. Give it a go,you will not be disappointed.

Been coming to this place for many years and I've not felt like I've been let down yet. I like their wide selection of grilled, fried and BBQ chicken. I personally would recommend the grilled box meals. They provide a nice portion size of everything and their chicken wings has plenty of meat on them. They do tend to stop making the grilled good late evening so it's worth going early for those. I hope you found this helpful

Payed for a 12 box of chicken. The guy asked me can he mix up the chicken as there wasn't enough for what I wanted. I agreed but asked him to please only put a couple of spicy wings as we don't really like them. Got home and a 12 piece bucket came with 5 pieces of chicken and the rest was spicy wings.... Very disappointed indeed. Hence not everyone had chicken that night. Not on par with favourite sadly

I'm regular one. Usually take chicken wrap its very good taste. The Customer service is well Done and Speedy. The Best place for chicken and chip chicken word. I would recommend this shop for food

I am very disappointed with the service & quality of food. My fried chicken was served burnt & so when I tried to give them feedback I was sworn at & disregarded. How can a chicken shop burn chicken & then swear at their customers? I will never purchase from this place again & advised friends & family in the area to avoid it too.

Soo much better than it used to be a few years back before owners. Staff not arrogant . Food is okay. And can tell its improved as there are always queues. Good deals for Tuesday and Sunday too. Chicken ain't the best, and they could cook more to accommodate rush periods. This is the reason for only 4 stars

Absolutely terrible service it took them over two hours to deliver two pieces of chicken and chips x3 and when it arrived it was cold, when I phoned to ask why it took so long they came across rude and very unconcerned with my complaint so definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be using them again.

Very poor customer service. The guys serving has now got my order wrong three times in a row! I am now yet again standing around waiting for 10 mins while my basic chicken fillet burger is being made. The guys serving is so rude and it's obvious he is cursing me in his language to his colleagues.

I been coming here for years and everything was fine until last week i ordered bbq chicken strips and a few hours later i felt very ill and i got food poisoning from bad chicken wont be coming back don’t recommend

Most disgusting food I ever eat, do not order from this shop. I recived a burnt food, which also tasted disgustuing nothing like peri peri. Never order from them. The service is also very bad. They will not pay you back if you complain. And will hang up on you.

Eaten here many times and the food is excellent. Nice coating on the fried chicken, good hot wings with a kick and great chicken fillet burgers (my wife approves). Chips always fresh cooked and generous when I've been and most importantly hot. Prices good too.

Worst chicken place in the world. So dry and chewy. Not even covid can get rid of that horrible taste left in your mouth. Instantly felt sick for a good hour. Chips smelt and tasted of fish. Can of rio was nice and fresh

Food is ok but how many times must you ask no drumsticks and still get some. They are either not listening, don't understand English or don't care. Doesn't bode well for allergy problems or hygiene. They don't care.

Ordered online, got confirmation that order is on the way, then got new estimate as it was not despatched and delayed, after an hour the restaurant just cancelled the order just like that. Avoid.

Honestly glad this place is not local to me, if it was it would have a messy relationship with my gym schedule. Had a box meal that came just about everything. Really good chicken and chips.
