After going the distance (McD, king, cotts e.t.c) and hog, much like a struggling captain at a rugby club, I found myself battered and bruised, so decided to keep my next uber call and del, very short. I ordered from my local CHICKEN World, a veggie burger, chips, and onion rings. It gave I a moral boast, to stop my girly like sulking. Unpretentious, warm, real food, with just enough taste and comfort factor, but nothing to get addicted, rings and chips fried cleanly saved a bag of preservatives from asda. I should have kept it local from the start, but when I first got here, the local baldy trooper who does the rounds, along with the monster under bed, kinda scared I along with the flashy red cars to return. Learn to defend the meal to keep moral high and goals in focus. Avoid gummy ketchup tho. I rarely do this but after a second order, substituting a corn-cob in place of veggie burger, I am rewarding it a five out of five. Not only did they accommodate my request, in cute-size ketchup pots, the in house sauce was much better than Harrison satchet and allowed I to enjoy the meal more with greater satisfaction. Normally, one would be upset for getting greasy hair, or oily skin, and worse vision, but less so here, as the yellow/orange perfect colour chips arrived hot and crunchier with perfect fry, texture, I believe they fry rings and chips in same oil but unlike other places the chips weren't harmed in taste or saturated golden. The corn also was perfectly steamed and on a stick in a separate food bag. The quantity is also perfect, unlike a lustful French fry or a unsatisfying take away burger that simply opens the doors to more addicted orders, this place satisfies hunger without craves and the onion rings are flavoursome, keeping I firmly meat free and on track allowing to build greater resolve. Also oil used not highly saturated, seen worse in a bag of crisps I walk to buy from cornershop. In order to get the same pleasure as I did, and make an entire Asda Superstore food unappetising, you must ensure of a few things: 1. Ensure the fries are fried to crisp, orange, not yellow. 2. Ask they be put in grease proof bags. If they are putting them in cardboard boxes ask they at least put a grease sheet. Unfortunately idiots exist in every place. The chips will get soggy in cardboard quicker and affect taste, so up to you if you decide to accept the lower pleasure. 3. Ask for in-house ketchup in small pots, not harrison. If you do that and food is piping hot, and crunchy then you will get the same pleasure from the order, yes onions are smelly in the long run, but for building intolerance to Palm oil rubbish, or ending Mcd addiction to never ending appetite and unfulfilled hunger to fries, this place is the one! Don't let my five stars award over heighten expectations, compared to my other five stars, these chips and onion rings are nothing above your match day vendor at any stadium, however, in Hounslow, a perfect chip/fries is as rare as a John losing his slow cook fryer. For my crimes to John, I was made to order a chicken bucket, I am happy for several reasons. The order confirmed my non-meat eating stance which sugary kid size cleaner McD meals kept breaking as I looked for alternatives to this meal when hunger struck. Like meeting your nemesis in the eyes, wings, breasts, I threw 3/4 of the bucket away and couldn't eat beyond fillet. There was nothing wrong with the food (besides some snapped bones in wings) the best strip and fillet chicken in fact, just I am turning meat free. Unfortunately, cravings for their strips and fillet burger got the better of I, and my rugby trophy winning ways were delayed, but last order confirms, this place is worth the five stars. All their flavours including chips and sauces work well, and the chicken is premium quality, even just a plain steak/stack burger is really tasty. Shame been eating rubbish chicken all my life, and now when turning meat free I discover Chicken world.

If you think you want to order on just eat with this place I suggest you don’t! They have said they would deliver my order and it’s now been 35 minutes after said time and the order is still not here! They have subsequently gone offline on just eat. I’m just getting more and more time added to my delivery, which is very frustrating as it has been well over an hour since I ordered from here. Extremely disappointed with this service. Oh and what is the point of having a phone number if you don’t answer? I have called the restaurant for a direct follow up of said order and no answer, so I assumed they were busy. Well I called again and no answer. Surely they aren’t busy, all 7 times I have called? They are the worst with timings, if the food was of a higher quality I’d expect it, but for this quality of food I don’t. And not to mention that the order was 2 items and 2 drinks. Not going to order here again, I suggest you don’t either!

If there was an option for no star at all, I would have selected that. This place is the worst place singlehandedly! Never recieved my take away order that I paid for in advance. They knew my order when I rang and were nor helpful at all. They reported to uber eats lies. They said they were outside my door 8 minutes, and rang me of which they did neither! I did get a refund from uber eats but will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM CHICKEN WORLD AGAIN! I must say KFC as a replacement for what we ordered and not recieved from chicken world was much better and arrived promptly! AVOID CHICKEN WORLD!

Great food , although the cheeseburger has burger sauce and it was worse with it than without. They could just put mayo in there or just a cheesy kind of sauce . Bbq wings were nice and drink selection is good ... oh also the menu is very interesting and different, from bbq burgers and strips to garlic fries . They did forget my chips though since I ordered a bbq wings meal , they even asked me if I wanted "spicy" chips before giving me my order but I guess the new guy forgot to put it in the bag ‍♂️‍♂️.

On deliveroo their name is down as "Watta Burger". Honestly the worst experience you could ask for. They have a dud location on so it appears closer to people than it actually is, because of this the person delivering had to cycle for god knows how long. The burgers are miserable, and reel you in on the app by showing you misleading discounts. Chips are soggy, and if you ask for peri peri fries expect curried fries instead. Finding a better chicken shop is as easy as clicking any other restaurant on the app.

Ordered food from here then we ordered 6 spicy wings they forgot to include that and then called up and was rude and arrogant and said from our and we had bagged it I told them you crowned everything into one bag so they must have fallen out I threaten to come into store and sort this out they then sent out 15 wings instead of 6 and a complimentary bottle of drink but I will never go here again because the customer service is downright rude

I did the payment the cashier said payment not done , I showed him money deducted from my barclays bank. He could have charged me twice. He forgot to change the paper roll in pdq machine. Make sure u take receipt next time you go to this place. I am a regular customer Here but was not happy the way he said payment not done and he was asking for the receipt but he never gave me in the first place.

Proper liars, ordered through Uber eats. Called this place the guy said the driver took the order and already on the way, even that the app was saying that the order is still preparing. Changed to pick up, come to the restaurant and he said that the driver cancelled and come back with the order. That was obviously a lie. Order here if you wanna waste your time.

Best fast food shop in Hounslow. Been coming here frequently for the past 3 years and I'm still loving it. Pretty much everything on the menu tastes great and the spicy chips are the best I've had. They also have a healthier grill menu which is my personal favourite as the grilled burger and grilled peri chicken is perfect. Would highly recommend.

I've been coming here for 15 years almost. They've always had the best spicy wings. 9/10 they'll be hot and juicy. Sometimes, rarely, they'll be stale. They're more consistent than most chicken shops I've seen.

Visited on my way to work with plenty of time to spare, no que, waited 20 minutes for food chicken burger and poppers, even people who came in after me got served, far far from happy with this useless service considering I wanted fast food !!!!!!!!

was visiting from Canada and while in Hounslow had a few chicken spots and honestly this was by far the best place i had in my two week stay; cant wait to come back to London just to have this chicken again and meet my family !!!
