An interesting mixture in a small space. Someone has obviously taken time to coordinate this place, and it shows. Grass is clean and relatively canine bowel movement free. Peri-track clearly marked and a measured distance for fitness people, and there are conveniently placed exercise devices for adults AND children. All in all a very gentle place in a small space.
Playground
Dog free, so should be quite safe for little folk.
Restrooms
Toilets (we're not yet another state of you know where yet) were clean and very 'efficient'.
Dog-friendliness
Very dog friendly, just keep on lead when the pitch area is in use by local schools. Plenty of bins for the inevitable. There's a well stocked cafe with plenty of outdoor seating. I'd love to sit outside for a coffee and a snack, but sign on door clearly states NO dogs allowed, so being generally on my own I cannot sample the delights within and I'm not about to leave my dog unattended. I can't be the only one, maybe if the owner sees this post they might like to comment? I'm not a dog owner fascist, and obviously hygiene is paramount in an establishment offering food, so there must be a compromise? Maybe a bell and a menu on display outside? In winter I'll just have to pass and go elsewhere. A real shame as the establishment offers really good light food at reasonable prices!
Picnic area
Not specific but adequate!

A lovely small park where you can walk at your leisure. Aside from having playground equipment for children , there is also a tennis / basketball court and some exercise equipment to use that is free to use. There is a lovely cafeteria if you fancy a quick coffee or a bite to eat. There is free parking in the road adjacent to one of the parks entrances.
Dog-friendliness
This is a dog friendly park as most dog owners living locally take their dogs there as well as professional dog walkers. The park is big enough to walk your dog or take it off the lead without encountering other dogs

Lovely playground! Good for almost all ages. There are two swings for toddlers/babies and two for older children. There is a zip line and lots of climbing equipment. The part that is outside the fence area is great for teens. It's surrounded by picnic benches and next to the cafe there are public toilets.
Playground
It has slides, climbing frames, swings, balancing equipment and even a musical instrument.
Restrooms
Next to the cafe.
Picnic area
Lots of benches with tables.

It really is time to update this lovely place! The playground is outdated, paint chipped, but pretty much the only one for under 5 in the area, unless you want to walk up to Golders Hill Park. The pavement is in a terrible condition. Equals to a funfair ride in the stroller The outdoor gym for adults is a great idea and a lovely addition. This park really deserves a bit of love from the council ( or whichever department should keep it in decent conditions.)

The playground has been updated which has had new equipment for both toddlers and older children installed. Three new picnic tables, benches and dustbins. Exercise machines split into two places so that you can do a circuit. Table tennis (bats and balls hired from cafe). Marsh garden created and a fruit orchard planted. Great little park even today (3/1/2022) a mild grey day the park had a number of people there. Some having a run others playing tennis parents out with their children. The cafe was open with a few people in. The park has a feeling of community spirit. I haven't lived in the area long but I will definitely come here on a regularly as I also enjoyed using the exercise machines

Love Childs Hill Park. It has some lovely sections: a children's play area, exercise machines, tennis courts, and to cap it all a café. Rea's place always seems popular. It serves the usual teas and coffees plus pastries and meaty meals. Very friendly staff and inside and outside areas to sit and enjoy your food and drink. Recommended highly.

Beautiful Church the Priest faced the altar, mass was in Latin which reminded me of the vast changes that have taken place now. Lighting could be improved, it's in a residential location, and the parking is for residents only. Has a Parish Hall, which is small and caters to about 50 or there about. The kitchen is small too but friendly user.

A lovely little park with an amazing cafe with a variety of menu choice. For those who like to excercise there are some excercise apparatus which are free to use. As well as a small tennis court. There is plenty toom to excetcise your dog, and the playground space for children as a number of apparatus for them to play on

Nice area, clean and relatively quiet. Not far from the bustling Golders Green high Road and the up market Finchley Road,, full of lovely restaurants and shops inclusive of the lovely 02 centre, which contains various restaurants with food from around the globe and a nice cinema. Worth visiting.

  • Mike Gillings

Small but pleasant park. Popular with mothers & children. Has a childrens play area. Also has a cafe. Two small areas containing outdoor fitness machines. Tennis courts (×2) and a little used bowling green. Square shaped and mainly to grass with trees and shrubs on the borders.

  • Aziz Agcabay

Pretty small park but pretty nice too. Has a full sized football pitch and 2 full sized football goals without nets. There is a small fenced section with swings etc. There are also some exercise stations scattered around the park so people can do calisthenics training.

Typical small London neighbourhood park with courts, outdoor gym, table-tennis, a playground and cafe. Mature trees, shrubs and lawns all maintained to a good standard but not exceptionally so. A contender for title of ‘Parky MacParkface’ of suburban London parks.

  • Andra Burdea

Peaceful and cosy place. Not far from my home is an ideal spot for running on a rush morning or late evening. Dog-friendly area, children playground and benches. And my favourite part is that the park different separate toilet for both male & female.
