My dog ate a grape and I was advised after calling emergency Vet that I should bring him in for induced vomiting. I arrived there quite quickly and checked in and waited for 10 minutes while watching 3 other dogs be seen to. I called and prompted them that it was a time sensitive issue and an emergency to which the staff responded that the vets were busy with routine appointments, when I reiterated this was an emergency they sent a vet out after another 5 minutes (so total of 15 minute wait after promoting) the procedure (nearly £300) went fine and the staff were actually nice however when I returned home I found my dog had a tick attached. I wrote in to leave some feedback about my experience and query the hygiene process due to the tick to which I received a somewhat dismissive reply from the complaints manager and my concerns were not acknowledged instead they made excuses due to corona. Not happy with the response I wrote back with same concerns which was again dismissed and I was asked if I wanted to transfer my dogs notes to another vet. Really terrible customer care for a vet that has excellence and care in their tag line. Hopefully won't have to use them again.

Every vist is an adventure for my golden retriever she loves visiting and the team there are exceptionally friendly my dog knows where the treats are hidden and the receptionist absolutely loves her, we have been with them for 4 years and have now introduced the kitten to them. We have had to use the emergency hospital during covid and even there they were friendly and extremely helpful. I can't recommend these guys enough we have both pets on their health plan, they send reminders to let you know when they need their next flea and worm treatments so it's just a case of ordering and collecting. They treat our pets as if they are family.

I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.

We’ve been taking our two cats to this vet since moving to the area and also had an opportunity to visit their pet hospital. The receptionist is always lovely and helpful and the vet herself has a great approach to each of my two very different cats. There is definite attention and compassion in every interaction she’s had with my cats. As for costs, we pay out of pocket and found the prices to be comparable with everywhere else.

I have a very nervous whippet who was recently diagnosed with cancer. She's endured a lot of treatment and yet she walks into Parkvets in Chislehurst with her tail wagging. Vet Flo is so gentle with her that she doesn't even flinch when she's having needles put Into her to take more samples. I've been taking all my pets to Parkvets for years, right back to when they were originally based in Park Road.

Flo took care of our labrador Theo when he was extremely ill and had to be admitted to the hospital at Sidcup. The care shown by Flo, Clare and the rest of the team was absolutely excellent and we knew at all times that he was in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice, having been to several locations where the standard of customer care has always been extremely high. Thank you!

Great local vets and support team who are caring and careful, and take the time with nervous animals. Part of a local chain with a fantastic 24hr hospital that's also handy and has excellent vets, so our cat has better access to after hours health care than we do. They'll also process pet insurance claims directly, which saves mucking around with paperwork.

Parkvets in Chislehurst are fantastic. We have a female English Bulldog and the staff are so lovely and caring and really take the time to check her over and interact. Our dog was spayed recently at the Parkvets hospital in Footscray and they were also great and telephoned the next day to see how she was. I would 100% recommend Parkvets.

Offered me an emergency appointment straight away, was very kind to my dog and understood how scared he is of the vets and was patient with him. Felt like he was looked after and assessed properly even though he didn’t want them near him. Happy with the service and feel safe in their hands

I took my little Loaf to Parkvets in Chislehurst and the ladies were absolutely lovely. It was the first time that I've ever had to take a pet of mine to the vet and I will definitely continue to take my Loaf here. I would recommend this vets (especially this branch) to everyone!!!!

Always kind, caring and professional. Very clean in all premises. They make a fuss of every pet and put them at ease. The price may seem a little expensive at times, but well worth it. Consultations are never rushed and they check that you are happy with the outcome.

Without exception everyone I have dealt with at both Chislehurst and Sidcup is excellent. A special mention for Flo who has treated my dog Theo with the highest level of care and professionalism. I have used Park Vets for my cats and dog and would highly recommend.

Great vet practice. The staff at reception are always welcoming and warm and make a fuss of my dog. The Vets I've seen so far have always been knowledgeable and provided me with good advice on how to best look after my dog. Really happy with Park Vets so far.

Amazing vets couldn't recommend them enough. Very kind people, patience is amazing and they don't judge either. Lots of treats always available for the dogs too. Rachel and Flo have been outstanding and the ladies at the desk are always wonderful to talk to.
