For a long time since I’ve lived in Vancouver, I’ve always shyed away from most florist just due to the colour palate they use for their flowers. I’ve always had fresh flowers in my home just because of the way it brings me happiness. The flowers they use here at Choice Flowers are all very delicately handpicked and deliberate as to match the aesthetic of whatever colour scheme you decide. They also use flowers that aren’t very commonly used by most florists in the area and are extremely beautiful. I highly recommend Choice Flowers just because of the flowers and price point they have as its always very reasonable pricing and I will definitely be back again soon. Just say what colour you would like to Anna, she will deliver you a beautifully arranged bouquet of flowers!

First time ordering from a Florist in Vancouver for my daughter’s 19th birthday. False advertisement on their website. Picture shows flowers will come with a vase however flowers showed up with no vase. Although the customer service representative states that the description says tied up flowers which contradicts the picture. When placing an order online they should clearly state that the flowers DO NOT come with a vase. For $104 dollars this was a waste of money and very disappointing. This place didn’t even offer a discount or anything when I complained. Not the best customer service. I recommend not purchasing from them online whatsoever. Big disappointment!!!

Choice flowers were incredibly helpful in helping me place an order for a friend in Vancouver from across the country. Not only was getting emails updating me on my order and delivery status was a big worry reducer but they designed a beautiful bouquet. I ordered a bouquet from their website options but made a request for a few particular flowers//colours to be used *if* they were available. Having worked in flower shops in the past, I know special requests are not always possible or attended to. I was thrilled to hear they'd managed to accommodate me. One of the employees accidentally made my boutique with less than a dozen peonies, and when I called back distraught because I needed them for my engagement shoot, the owner immediately offered to come directly to my hotel, pick up the flowers, fix it, and drop it back off, without charge. She was so kind, and truly just wanted to fix the situation and put me at ease. Hours later, she sent me flowers just to say sorry at the Fairmont we were staying at. Everyone asked where I got my flowers from because they were put together and wrapped so perfectly. 10/10 recommend. Never have seen a place with such amazing customer service. Thank you for the flowers!

Knowing that my first anniversary was on holiday Monday August 1, I still left buying flowers to the last minute. But thankfully Anna at Choice Flowers was still opened when I called in the afternoon, and she saved my anniversary! She was very patient with me, asked what colour preference and my budget. Anna was even able to accommodate delivery to the restaurant a few blocks away before our reservation. My wife was surprised and she loved the beautiful bouquet that was arranged. THE BEST FLORISTS I EVER BEEN TOO!!! They're so kind and so determined to make you the best flowers! It was my friends birthday and we asked if we could do a $15-20 small bouquet and she went over and beyond our expectations (I think she could pick out that we were broke students). It could easily have been a $50 bouquet but only charged us $18 after tax! I wish I had pictures of the bouquet but it was had elegant white and pink flowers with greenery and prettiest wrap around it. I HIGHLY recommend them. The store is so cute as well!!

Very accommodating and lovely ladies! Took my request to set up a gift basket last minute and created this beautiful arrangement with some items I picked up myself. Even went the extra mile to individually wrap the items inside the basket and informed me of the care instructions for the flowers. Their ability to pick out the right flowers (I didn't know what kind I wanted to get) and their attention to detail is definitely commendable.

Bought flower arrangement here for my mother-in-law's birthday. Since we were travelling from Victoria, we had to pick it up just before lunch and everything was packed nicely when we got here. Color choice was exactly what I wanted. Wished I could use website to place an order rather than filling out a paper form and emailing it back, providing credit card info over the phone. Such awesome service. Owner opened especially for me to get my flowers done for my daughter’s birthday. She has the most incredible presentation and she hydrated the flowers to last the whole day. I was a little irritated at first because of the$15 delivery fee I am charged instead of $6.99 fee mentioned on the website and the delay on shipping by 1.5 hrs. However, after my girlfriend was so happy with the presentation and service, she showed me how they look. I was impressed to see how great the bouquet turned out with the minimal directions I gave and the creative freedom they took advantage of.

I've never seen such a beautiful flower. The combination of colors and the freshness are all perfect. In addition, water bags and tubes were included to maintain the beauty of the flowers for a long time. It is close to the Sky Train, so it has good accessibility. The gentleman was extremely kind, accommodating and patient whilst delivering and meeting us at our location. He was also extremely accommodating with our specific setup and therefore would recommend as a solid service. I am so turned off with the use of the weave basket for the flowers arrangement. Looks so bad (to me) that I didn’t even take a photo before re-arranging them on my own with the two white vases. I received the basket on Friday evening and there are dead flowers on Sunday morning.
