I moved away from Vancouver a year ago and found out last minute that it was my girlfriend's mom's birthday. As I moved to Toronto I needed to send flowers last minute to this amazing woman. Please note this was at 11:00 pm EST on a Tuesday. I called and chose my arrangement, asked for specific colour and trusted the florist to make the arrangement beautiful. Since I am ordering from out of Province I asked for a photo of the arrangement just so I could also see it as a customized completion and this florist shop did provide me with a photo later on when they completed the bouquet. A photo of the arrangement is attached to this review. The flowers looked amazing and customized to how I wanted. Azadeh took my order over the phone and sent an invoice for payment. As it was hard to find a delivery driver last minute, Azadeh went above and beyond to deliver the flowers. I order flowers often but this whole experience was over the top. I am super happy and shocked. If I have to ever order flowers again for someone in Vancouver, it will be from this location. It was professional, personal and the way a floral order should be like with attention, care and exchange of ideas when customizing.

On a visit to Vancouver at Christmas time, I was elated to discover Floba Flower Boutique on the walk in Gastown. The owners are lovely people, courteous and kind, and amazing in their craft. Their flower and greens selection, unique and original, is truly spectacular. An original bouquet was created for a congratulatory occasion, and the recipient was delighted. From a different city today, I was wanting to send another bouquet to a Vancouver recipient, without having to go through an expensive international flower ordering service. A simple call to Floba made the job easy and super pleasant: they were willing to receive my e-transfer, and deliver the stunning bouquet, all within a few hours of my request. The recipient was once again, extremely happy. Isn't the whole point of the flower business about expressing our feelings? Thank you so very much....I look forward to using your services again.

Amazing customer service and beautiful job with the bouquet that was sent to my dear friend who recently is going through some hard times. Azi was so communicative and efficient! Got really lucky and found this flower shop last minute today. I’ve never written a Google review on a place before but this place deserves a praise. Simply amazing! I’ve shopped here a few times and both of the owners are always so lovely and helpful :) They have impeccable taste and put together really beautiful bouquets. I especially like the flower baskets. I exclusively come here for flowers now if I can! The plant selection is great too considering it is not a big store. They also have an interesting selection of home decor and accessories. My favourite part is they’ve created a cozy corner where you can sit, sip tea and wait for your flowers to be ready! As you can see, the two flower bouquets I ordered for my brother and her friend's graduation ceremony turned out to be the cutest bouquets ever. I cannot recommend this place enough! I had my wedding bouquet done here and had such an amazing experience. I only showed them a picture with a rough idea of what I wanted and the end result really exceeded my expectations! They made sure that the arrangement was ready in time despite my tight timescales and it turned out really pretty while also lasting for a long time.
