Chris, I met you at the Jacksonville Boat show. I have been working with Abi since then to see about changing from our current insurance company to State Farm. She has been persistent but not annoying. She has patiently answered all my questions and those of my wife. We are going through a home renovation and I put her off multiple times as I didn’t have time to research my Amica policy. Today we switched our policy to State Farm. We would have never done this had it not been for Abi’s professionalism and patience. She is an asset to your business.

I was with a different insurance company for years and never realized how much they weren't covering until I went to Chris's office. Chris and his staff took the time to explain all the different coverage I need in case I got into a car accident and even recommended I compare prices with other agencies. In the end they offered the most coverage for the lowest price. Thankful for them taking the time. I want to thank Lashay for all her help this morning in securing auto insurance for my daughters car. I flew down to help her purchase a car and ran into an insurance snag last night, Lashays friendly greeting and prompt service helped me to get the car at the dealership in enough time to catch my flight home.
