Absolute garbage. Been going here for years an since covid they are hugely unorganised failed to answer the phone after trying to call them over 100 times. Had to go there in person to discuss the details of the appointment I had already booked where I was told I should of tried to call first lol! Secretary is rude and condescending as other people in the reviews have mentioned and refused to book me in for any additional treatment and tried to claim they are not allowed because of covid despite showing her on the nhs dental website that that was not true. If you are too busy to book in additional treatments just tell people that instead of lying an saying you are not allowed. Long story short I called another local dentist an they answered first time an booked me in for a scale an polish within a month. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Cannot thank Chris and his nurse anymore if I tried today. After being botched up by a dentist that was clearly all about money, Chris understood the problem and removed what was the most painful tooth infection ive ever had in my life. You do not understand how grateful I was to get this 111 appointment at this amazing surgery. Such a nice calm atmosphere Chris nurse if your reading this, thankyou for getting me through with your hand holding. Chris I'm sorry I made you getca sweat on haha. Thanks again. Would a million per cent recommend

The three stars are due to the aggressive and very rude receptionist ( I still don't know her name but I will update the review soon with her name). I am extremely annoyed from her manner and I will never deal with her again. Hope her colleagues will be better. Dr Sharifa is really great, hard worker and passionate to her work. She explained to me all the treatment needed and also examined my kids. I will definitely complete my treatment course there.

Best dentist ever!! These guys really helped me out today with my broken wisdom tooth. I saw Chris and he was fantastic! He made me feel so at ease and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go back there. Thank you to Chris and the team for looking after me and helping with my emergency appointment ❤️

I don't recommend this practice at all,they are telling you to wait for appointment in over a month even if you have severe toothache,reception staff can be rude over the phone. It looks like they haven't got enough dentist as even for emergency they don't give you alternative dentist.. Not worth spending a penny on this practice.

After calling several practices I was very relieved to get an appointment with Church Road dentists. My son had fallen off his bike and broke a front tooth. Dr Barakat was very gentle with the anaesthetic especially as he was petrified. The tooth was repaired and now looks as good as new, I cannot tell the difference.

I have been coming here twice a year for almost 20 years, and my 3 children of 17,15 and 12 have followed since they were born... All the reception and dental practitioners are very accomodating and make you feel like an individual not just another patient. We all have denplan, but have never needed it.

Amazing service and lovely staff. Dr Hend made my treatment experience really enjoyable without any stress. Dr Hend explained all treatment options to me, she was very patient and reassuring. I had visited many dental surgeries in the past but this dental surgery is the best by far, highly recommended.

Amazing dentist. Dr Barakat explained all the treatment options and made me feel completely in control. The treatment itself was completely pain free and I am very happy with the results. She also recommended bringing in headphones to the treatment which really helps. Highly recommend.

The clinic is more than beautiful and all the staff are professionals and have years of experience. Dr. Barakat was very professional and explained the treatment after she did all the necessary tests and treated the tooth without any pain. Very happy with my new dental Practice.

I wasn’t registered at this practice, but gave them a call when part of my tooth broke. I came in for a check up and Dr Herman and the nurse fixed it so efficiently there and then. Very reasonable prices and excellent professionalism. Much better than my last practice.

What can I say-after being here twice i have register also my 5 years old and that was a very good choice. My daughter is already after a treatment and she is not afraid of dentist. Great thank you, to Mr.Richard Goldberg and his amazing assistant.

I cannot recommend this Dental practice and Dr Sharifa enough . I am disabled and they schedule my appointments arund when the ground floor surgery is going to free, Dr Sharifa is a superb dentist. all the staff are lovely

I first went to there when i had a bridge emergency ... Since then Stuart Lawson has cared for me and my family ... Looked after our dental hygiene over the last 2 decades. I would recommend him whole heartedly.

Have been using this practice for well over twenty years Gary Mendam was my dentist here until he retired and now I have Chris Herrmann they are excellent dentist and all the staff are always helpful

Was very nervous about having an x-ray done but Dr Hussain put me at ease and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Patient care was second to none. Would definitely recommend.

This dentist is very friendly and did a fantastic job on my teeth and charge a reasonable price that is very affordable and offer a payment plan so you can pay in instalments if you choose to.

This is a brilliant dentist. Dr Sharifa is really amazing. She is a very diligent, hardworking and genuinely caring. Also so is Debbie who works with her. I’m very lucky to have this dentist!!

Stuart was my dentist for over 20 years and has been absolutely superb. I travel from the other side of Bristol particularly to go there. Can't recommend the practice highly enough.
