The older Asian lady at the front was extremely rude.. I bought a charger for my phone, plugged it in my car and it didn't work.. Brought it back inside and the lady demanded that I put it back in the bin and she return my money instead of grabbing another one. I politely told her that if something doesn't work she should probably DOA it or deal with it so someone else doesn't pick it back up. She refused and said word for word *fcuk you. I took a bit of offence and called her rude and she started calling the cops. She then proceeded to finger me out the window as I got into my car.. The worst experience I have ever had just trying to buy a phone charger.

The clerk accused me of stealing when I didn't. He got mad at me and forcefully reached into my pocket, stealing my phone. He held it ransom for the chocolate he thought I stole until I started yelling for peoe to call the cops on him. Then he gave it back and kicked me out of the store. I thought it was bad enough being harrassed by the addicts they allow to hang out in front of the store. Apparently you will get harrassed and stolen from by the store itself to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is like 5 other convenience stores within 3 blocks of this. I recommend you go somewhere else.

I find it idiotic some people have left reviews for this store strictly based on loitering that happens. This is DT and go to any convenient store at any time of day and you will see this. I had an AMAZING to experience being new to Dt and few days post op of surgery on my foot, it was dark and early morning and there were some questionable lingering that made me uncomfortable. All I had to do was call from my cat and the clerk came to the door and helped me out! Thank you so much to the 2 young men :)

Old asian lady Lisa (?) is too proud to be working for the same store for decades. The store manager Gamal is a thief, and rude son of bch. I would never give them $0.01 of my business. Worst Mac's in Calgary, then next one is forest lawn - run by Gamal's brother in law, who is same piece of sht as Gamal. This whole Egyptian christian family has very poor manners and social skills.

Update: I talked to the manager, and he was able to resolve the issue. I really hope the cashier doesn't make a habit of selling incomplete booklets of transit tickets. :/ Original: I bought a 10-booklet of transit tickets at this Mac's an hour ago, and then when I boarded a bus, found there were 3 tickets missing! And they didn't even offer me a receipt. You owe me $9.90!

Calgary needs to burn this entire store complex down, it's so overrun by drug addicts. This Circle K also has nothing, just pop and candy. Its the worst one ever, went 2 times and they didn't have what I needed both times. Just moved to the area and this is a very problematic spot -- I would suggest avoiding all of the stores in this entire complex.

Went to buy a Froster after a long night of work decided to look around for any decent deals before grabbing my drink. Then when I went to pay the cashier talked to my in a really accusatory way say "be careful I can see everything in the store from here" never stopping by this location again!

Have gone to this store numerous times. Feb 26 2023 @ 1830, the clerk told me 'only cash from white guys'.......very rude and as I left without my purchase, he said 'f'en white men'........will never go back and I will be telling everyone I know. A shame for sure.

It was the third place I went for a coffee and hot chocolate. They were out of hot chocolate, their coffee was cold, out of baked goods, out of bags. I'm not going again, there's another location 4 or 5 blocks from there.

It is a convenience store. They have a section for basic house hold stuff and pops and snacks and all of that. The frozen drink machine has never been broken when I have gone there.

Pretty gross. Could’ve sworn one of the 5 passed out people sitting literally in front of the door was dead, not sure why it’s a camp ground here.

Fine for snacks, but don't buy the White Castle reheatable burgers. Seriously. Never. Not even as a joke.

It is a great convenient store and it has a bank machine.
