I don't typically write reviews but, I made a door dash order, they got 2 things wrong AND only gave me 1 of the two things I had ordered. I wanted some popcorn, chips, 2 strawberry milks, a cookies n cream Twix bar(I wanted to try it) and a plain milk chocolate dairy milk bar, I was given 1 strawberry milk, the chips and popcorn, regular Twix bar and the wrong dairy milk bar, I'm not upset about it, just hoping they can double or triple check Doordash orders to make sure everything is correct or maybe even call the customer if they're out of something

The seem to have great day staff but the night staff is "less than unfriendly" and is there a reason they put a sign up at night that they're closed?? Sounds like an unscheduled nap time and false advertising to me if they advertise being open 24/7! Please notice that all the good reviews are about the day staff... other than lack or froster and icecream selection., that seems to be a 24/7 problem!!

Lots of variety in products and good customer support. Great people to help you behind the counter. Every time i go in its a great experience inside and get almost everything i need.This location has a great set of people and they have new management now which has me coming back every time. I've come here twice and both times i have received great response. Would definitely come back again.

This is the second time I have been charged twice for cigarettes using tap. I was there on April 29th & June 1st at about 2pm. When I called to complain I was told to contact my bank and one charge would be returned. It was not returned. This was the same employee both times. You have something funky going on & you’ve lost a regular customer. I will go out of my way to avoid your store now.

The hours say 24/7 that is clearly wrong, I came at exactly 12pm and they were closed no staff in site, it wouldn't be so infuriating if it weren't the only convince store in the area that is open past 10pm. Or at least the false advertising they're putting out says they're open past 10pm but they're rarely ever open past that time . I wish I could give 0 stars.

I uo0e they sell this place and bring back the sev. At least their hours of operation were what they said they were and at least they had stock.

I was denied service for not wearing a face mask, even after I told the employee I have medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. And the employee was not even wearing his mask properly, his nose was completely uncovered yet I am forced out. Unacceptable!

The store got so clean ,the new management know what they are doing and go extra mile in a friendly relaxed way.I went there with my mom and guy named nav was super nice and polite with great customer service. Will definitely go again …

I always have a wonderful experience! The store is always clean and staff is friendly! The cashier named Nav has helped me quite a few times now, he is always smiling and goes above and beyond to ensure best experience every time I visit.

Would give them a 0 if I could they advertise old deals then get upset when you tell them about it. Right in front of the chips they had 2 for 7.50 then got upset with me for pointing it out!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy koala cones (candy). Price was $3.99 or 2 for $7. The young clerk wouldn’t honour the listed price and tried charging $10.57 for the two. Awful experience and too bad they can’t get 0 stars

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because one of the employees Dishant went above and beyond to meet my needs as a high maintenance customer while everyone else pretty much just blows me off. Thanx Dishant you deserve a raise!!!

One of the male store clerks (without mask or gloves) here came within touching distance behind me and tried to bully me into picking a different brand of cigarettes he rolled his eyes and was incredibly condescending and rude.

I’m sick of walking over there for only to garb me and my little brother some skittles and getting told at the door to go home we’re closed when it’s only 8:00 that’s to early to close or your losing a good customer

You guys are supposed to be open 24 hours but you aren't I think you need to do better as a franchise and actually be open. I'm sick of going to pick something up only to find out the doors are locked

Was in the store at 12:00 pm on July 31st with my blind adult son and the attendant,was very kind and compassionate dont find many people like that ,nice to go into a store and be treated so kindly.

Poor customer service. I usually have to wait a couple of minutes for an employee to come out of the back to help me, and they are typically talking on their cell phones while helping customers.

They have set the bar high with their inviting atmosphere, cleanliness, vast selection of high quality products, and exceptional customer service. I will continue to be a regular customer!

I visit this store regularly. Not sure if the owners have changed but in the last 2 months or so the store is cleaner and staff is nicer.

Man’s is playing with himself in the cooler. There are 4 customers outside. What kind of mess makes customers wait 15 mins in the cold?
