They need to start cleaning up all the trash their store generates from around the boulevard, the bus stop and in their yard. The exterior grounds are always a mess. It would take 5 minutes a day so I can't understand why they don't bother. Other than that it is a nice clean store, inside. I am blown away that they emty their trash bin in the morning and put that big unsightly bag out in the parking lot to sit all day until the next shift comes in. Always multiple garbage bags stacked up at the side for customers to look at also. A couple of the nearby residents come over to pick up their garbage because they can't stand to look at it. They should not have to do this.

If you go there at night or early morning, ensure you get a receipt and you double-check it. The night/morning clerk secretly adds small charges (50 cents here.. a dollar there) to people's checkouts, cause most people don't ask for receipts when making a purchase. I have 3 receipts showing he's intentionally tried to add additional charges (2 times a donation to Ukraine which I didn't agree to.. 1 time a lottery purchase which I didn't purchase). When I caught him, and called him out.. he makes claims that the machine is having issues and that its being paid for out of the till.

It's a great store but some of the staff not all the staff, are so stereotypical and stare at u while u walk thru the store picking your things out, It's cause I'm native I think. Lol cause there were two people up in the store but he decided to watch me the whole effin time. Pfftt. And to think me and my family are loyal customers but still looking down on a native.

I've been a long time customer and it's the same old guy at night ripping people off... 2.40 for a coffee 5.50 for two monsters 5.70 with recycling... Okay where did my maths go wrong how did I lose 2$.... I was charged 10.64. Never going there again it's always like that, my maths never maths when I'm in that store and I keep catching them add dollars on

The store is always clean, well-merchandised, and has been newly renovated. In addition, I find that the clerks working are almost always very friendly and welcoming. I don't mind coming here when I need things now and again, since the staff and owners obviously put a lot of effort into maintaining their store and customer service standards:)

Guy who is older (barely speaks English) is always exceedingly rude. I have frequented this store more than 100 times (at least), and I’m not impressed. Great layout, though! All other employees are mostly polite/pleasant.

The sales person, Ali, was terrible at respecting customers in any aspect. Shouting on customers, disrespecting them by throwing receipt, money or items on counter for people and looking awkward at customers.

"24 hour convenience store" - they aren't open 24 hours and that sure ain't convenient. I don't care that they're super rude WHEN THEY'RE OPEN but come on...

Great Customer Service every time I go there. The new staff members from last couple months have been awesome! Keep it up!
