It was very disappointing experience. The staff doesn’t seem to be liking his job or was going with something else in his mind. No customer service at all. Didn’t wanted to talk and his expression was weird. Didn’t greet just scanned my stuff and left it close to his scanner. After payment not even responded and still left my item close to his machine, had to reach out by myself and leave. No interaction no eye contact and weird behaviour. The staffs at 4th ave and 5th st are more professional.

Be aware if you goes to this circle K In the night around 12 they will not let you use washroom because of there policy.! If customer is getting gas from circle K and buying stuff from your convenience store then he/she have to go to other stores to use washrooms.! Wow.! Salute to your policy.! Keep it up and here you lost another customer.!

Worst customer service, specially when there are punjabi guys , don’t get me wrong I’m punjabi too and respect everyone who are working hard but this location guys are not trained and they don’t know about cigars and how to talk with people. I don’t take any bullying from people so he got what he deserved.

worst or may be more than that customer service. My first bad experience in Canada after years. The guys are not in uniform and speaking in there native language and having a wosrt attitude while attending the customers. Will never suggest anyone to be there such a egoistic and bad environment.

We called ahead to see if they had banana slurpie and the person that answered the phone said they had the product. We drove far to go get one and and when we got there, there was no banana slurpie! They don’t even deserve 1 star. Pathetic! Terrible customer service!!!

If you’re in high school don’t come here! Every time I come here with friends they follow me around and rush me to go pay. Even when I’m alone there’s three guys watching my every move when I’m buying ONE POLAR POP! I haven’t gone in years without being bothered.

Very rude, had no sleeves for hot cup so used a double cup, the guy at the till rudely toled me that it cost him to much money, when I offered to day for the extra cups he said: just go now I don’t need you paying

I visited you store today to buy 2 king size cigarette packs and I forgot to take I’d with me I showed it on my phone he just too much harsh and like raising his voice dats not the way to talk to any customers

This Circle K has a wide variety of everything from gas to frosters to hot and ready food. Staff are always quick, friendly and polite and recommend deals/promotions for products you are buying.

Employees are very rude. I think the owner of this stores also works there and he doesn't care about customer service. I would rather drive 1-2kms to go to shoppers or coop than shopping here.

Probably the worst customer service in Alberta. You're better off driving to another Circle K a few minutes away, as the employees won't treat you in such a condescending manner.

Worst customer service. The Circle K logo is a customer first. But here logo is CUSTOMER KICK OUT. A dealer is a favorite person of management therefore complaining won't help.

The cashier Vicky one day said I was stealing. I let that go but today he was making fun of me and getting mad in Punjabi. He thought I couldn’t understand but I could.

The bathroom is disgusting. The cleaning log says the last time it was done was 2017. There’s toilet paper everywhere and pee on the floor. It’s absolutely disgusting
