Earlier today, I had came to this Circle K to get a nice beverage with a group of people at around 2:30-3pm to be met by a VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL store clerk. As mentioning his disrespectful behavior his attire is not proper nor work manageable, seen wearing sandals (not permitted) furthermore his disrespectful and enforcing rules charged an Extra Dollar for a drink because we had taken out a second cup, which was not used and thrown away. I have never heard or seen anybody till today having to deal with this problem at ANY other Circle K stores/Convenience stores.( If this is a rule of Circle K I am not aware of please inform me) In conclusion this store clerk was very disrespectful to his customers, did not have proper attire for a presentable image, and If a rule or not charged for an extra cup.

Most wildly inaccurate delivery order I’ve ever gotten, like they didn’t even try. Literally missing a third of the items, another third were incorrect like they’d just been replaced with whatever kind of similar thing the employee felt like tossing in the bag, and the last third were taken off the order by the store due to being out of stock (but clearly those weren’t the only items they didn’t have, since there were so many wrong things in my completed order???) Even DoorDash support didn’t know what to say. Shouldn’t even be possible to mess up that bad, truly wondering what’s wrong with these workers

Store clerk was very rude to me and my struggling family of 8. Our youngest child accidentally pulled out two cups rather than one and he made us pay extra despite not even using it. He spoke down to us and treated us without respect throughout our visit. When providing change, he gave us an American quarter. The clerk was also wearing inappropriate attire for the working circumstances. Extremely disappointing. Will not be coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

On October 13th, 2021 I was fraudulently debit card scammed at this store and was not allowed to see the itemized receipt for a transaction that was over $100 for charges that appeared on my bank statement. A close friend of mine had exactly the same problem of a fraudulent debit card charge for over $100 at the same location 1 week previous. The cashier was dismissive and did not take these charges seriously. BEWARE of using Tap or credit cards at this store.

This place is a scam.. saw their advertisement for 3 cents off on Premium Thursday, so went to fuel up but they change their mid-grade prices up to the premium amount and claim that the premium is the same as the mid-grad and therefore it’s discounted. What a joke. I have added a photo from their Thursday prices and a different Esso just down the street (Symons valley Esso). Be aware, you’re paying the same amount on Thursdays.

Do not shop here. These stores are running a scam with the Ebay cards. They are selling bunk cards that only contain 9 digits. You won't know until you buy them and scratch the numbers. They told us to contact Ebay. Ebay told us to go back to the store. No one will take responsibility. I say it's a scam because we witnessed another costumer who had the exact same issue.

Gone to this Mac's like a hundred times. They always have everything I want ; So lots of snack food and drinks. Always clean never anything broken or dirty. Don't know if anybody would actually look at a review for a Macs convenience shop but i have time to kill I'm feeling a strong 9 to a light 10 not enough distorted shoe gaze guitar.

Filled up a froster cup with ice cream, the "Twister Froster", the exact name of my "Free Twister Froster" card. Guy comes over, makes me throw the entire thing out. He then is looking over my shoulder and monitoring what I am doing. When I'm leaving, he says "Thanks for the waste". Never goin back there again.

All agents who work at this location are very friendly and nice. Especially Nish, Nick and Maddy are the best!!! The staffs are welcoming customers with very welcoming smile and greetings all the time. The store is well organized and very clean. I think this Circle K store is the best one in Calgary.

Fantastic service from a younger East Asian gentleman with long hair. He was supportive and friendly as I picked up an order for Doordash, and even brought the order to my car, during a busy rush when he was the only employee there. Thank you! Best service I’ve had at a convenience store before.

One of the staff was really rude when I asked him a simple question. I just wanted to know how the pop machine works but he would reply in a vulgar manner and I even thought of leaving the store right there and then. I don’t think I will ever visit the store again thanx to the mean staff.

The employee followed me and stared me down as I got my drink then charge me 2 extra dollars for a small polar pop 3 dollars that’s crazy I said, that it said 80 cents then I payed but my white friend got it for 80 cents.

Probably the only Circle K in the city that always has their ice cream machine working. And in case you are wondering why that would even matter, then you obviously haven't ever had a Slurpee with ice cream in it.

The worst station ever. Staff on cashier us super rude and no costumer service at all. The Arabic men was swearing and dont understand English at all. I will repost this station to canada costumer registration.

People may rate differently due to gas or washrooms or this or that but they have great soft serve ice cream and at and incredibly low price, and it's self serve so you can stack it high …

Don't expect the Ice Cream machine to be working here, it never is. Don't except any hot food to be ready either, whoever the owners are they are very lazy, get your operations fixed.

Just walk in and ask if they had an item and they had it and GAVE IT to me the two best employees I've ever had the plassur of metting thank you both again much love to circle k

Just wanna give a big shoutout to Nick for all the help provided today with a SIM card purchase. Went above and beyond, was super patient, friendly. Give him a raise!!!!

I found this store in my community to be bright, well stocked and clean ... staff were friendly and as a shift worker I appreciate it is open when I need it.

Friendly staff that actually remember you if you go in a lot. Pop machine frequently have issues but can't beat 79cents for a huge lemonade !

I've visited a lot of Circle K locations in the area and this location is definitely the best one. It's clean and the staff are so friendly.
