Classique Rent a car is the way to go. Excellent service, outstanding cleaned cars. If you are exploring the backcountry of the beautiful British Columbia, you won’t be disappointed. Overall the customer service level that classique rent a car has, it can not be compare to others. I rented a car to go to explore Squamish and with the assistance of Junior from Classique rent a car, I knew I was in the right place. I was impressed with his level of customer service experience. If you are thinking where to go rent a car for your next adventure, please make sure to drop by that Classique rent a car, and make sure you can ask for Junior he will take care of you. Overpriced e-bikes. Rented e-bikes from them twice for two full days. The total cost was $75 per bike per day. Please look around the city for cheaper options which are abundantly available. Rental car experience was awful. Overcharged me to "fill up the tank" after I left them the car with an already full tank. The gas station that they referred me to would not let me fill the tank to full without me pre-authorizing an amount, I did the best I could in guessing but was off by maybe $5. Told me it would cost $16 to fill the tank which was "no where near full", and Gregorie was not willing to hear me out that I did my best. He then charged me double $32 to fill up the tank. Do not recommend.

If we could give this company a more than 5 star review we would! We rented a SUV from Michael at Classique Rent a Car, it was a last minute request and we needed a SUV with winter tires, we called countless rental companies and none of them could guarantee a car with winter tires. Thanks to Michael, we were able to get one! He was very accommodating and polite, patiently answered all our questions and even worked after hours to support and coordinate our request. This will definitely be our go-to place for future car rentals in Vancouver! Pick up and drop off service was also very smooth and easy. Thank you Michael for such outstanding customer service!

If you are staying at the Pinnacle harbour front or the marriot pinnacle, its a no brainer to rent from classique. At first glance, they appear more expensive than other car rental companies, but when you factor that Parking and 24 hour roadside assistance is already added in the car rental agreement. They actually work out to be cheaper. Sure, they aren't part of the big brand names, but what you get is a honest and reliable car company and really that's what you want when you rent from a car company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mary and Grigor (our airport limo transfer ) and if I came back to Vancouver, I would rent with them again.

Their 5 star rating is well earned. I rented a car and everything was as promised. Michael rocks! He told me to watch out for other renters, they say you don't need snow tires to go to Whistler, but he said it's the law. Sure enough there were signs on the way to Whistler saying snow tires is the law from Oct to March, sure enough other competitors lied and said all season is legal. It's not. Michael was the only one to tell the truth. Super convenient pick up and drop off. Don't be afraid that they are a small independent. The vehicle was great, the service was great and no "extra costs". I paid what i was quoted.

We rented a car to go to Kelowna from this company. We needed a big car preferably an SUV but the city was sold out and they only had a regular car. The car was new and we had no problems with it but we would have preferred a bigger car. The employee at the car rental was friendly and got all the paperwork ready fast. It was very convenient that they were located in the lobby of the hotel. The best part it was that we didn't have to pay for parking since we rented the car from them. This saved us a lot of money. Would be giving them 5 stars if they had a bigger car for us.

We had a few days before our cruise ship and decided to take a trip to Victoria. It was a last minute decision so we decided to rent a car. The guys at the car rental gave us some good tips for the trip so we avoided the traffic and maximized our time in Victoria. Vancouver is an easy city to drive and thanks to the GPS in the car we had no problems finding our way. If you take a trip to Victoria we definitely recommend getting a car. The car rental was located in the lobby of our hotel so it was very convenient for us. Good costumer service and a hassle free experience.

We rented e-bikes today and had so much fun!! We have never tried them before but they were awesome. We were able to explore so many different areas in a short period of time. I was a little worried because the smallest bike was still a bit large for me (being only 5 feet tall) but it worked out. Staff were very accommodating and said I could try it out first and if I wasn’t comfortable they would return our money. Thankfully it worked out just fine! We also rented an SUV for tomorrow! Friendly and quick service.

I have rented a car a few times this year for various reasons from Classique Car rental and each time it was a great experience! Grigore was helpful and friendly and overall the customer service was excellent. I was able to rent cars with Snow tires with no issues (whereas other car rental companies will not guarantee this), the cars were in great condition and there were no hidden or added charges on any occasion. I would certainly rent from Classique Car rental in future!

We rented a new SUV with winter tires (3 peak, not M+S) as it was important for a long drive to interior BC in winter. Classique was the only car rental company in Vancouver that would guarantee supplying this, and they did! The pricing was competitive and email communications were prompt in the lead-up to our visit. I had an amazing experience driving a new Dodge Grand Caravan from Vancouver to Whistler to Jasper and back to Vancouver. The car was verry clean as if i was one of the first to drive it. The service you get with choosing you vehicle is wonderfull. The best prices are made for you while recomandations are made. Vancouver was our first stop on our family vacation Sept.17th, Ivan met us at the airport on time & dropped us off at the Pinnacle Hotel.We rented a van from Classique that we drove to Victoria,then Kelowna & back to Vancouver Sept.26. Ivan was our driver back to the airport. His customer service was exceptional. Will definitely use their services on our next trip to Vancouver.

I was told that Whistler is a must see place while in Vancouver so we rented a car to go there for the day. The car rental was located in the lobby and the car was in the hotel parking lot, very convenient. We rented a brand new Nissan with all the options you can think of. We loved the car and the drive and would definitely consider this car rental again.

This was our first time renting a car and Classique made the entire process easy with great customer service. The rental cost was fair and the Kia Forte sedan was a newer model, clean inside & out, fuel efficient and a great riding car for our needs. We had no issues the entire trip. I will without a doubt rent from them again for future vacations in BC.

Very good service. We had a SUV since other cars were sold out. The car was perfect; it was very clean and well equipped, almost as new and the price was incredibly competitive ! Also, the free parking is super convenient. The employee was very friendly and even took time to show us some places to visit in google maps. I definitely recommend !!

Great service, hassle free!! So convenient if you are staying at the Pinnacle Hotel or nearby. No need to worry about parking expenses as it is included, and the renting price is amongst the other “big” renting companies. These guys go out of their way to provide a superior service. When the larger car rental places were unwilling to assist with my slightly unusual request, Classique management and staff went beyond the call of duty to look after us, and in many ways saved our Canadian holiday. I will go back there on my return to Vancouver.

The man who helped us was very accommodating, and every aspect of the rental was well taken care of. The car was well maintained, and exactly as I requested. I was even able to park my own vehicle in their lot free of charge. Very simple application process, and very competitive pricing.
