UPDATE: After I have posted the review, the company management reached out and apologised for their employee's behaviour. They have also offered a small compensation which I accept with gratitude. While I still think this situation should have not happened in the first place, and I will unlikely try to rent from them again, it is clear that the management cares about their reputation, so I add 2 stars for their efforts to make things right. INITIAL REVIEW: Really not sure what all these reviews are raving about. I chose this company based on the reviews to rent a car for a weekend trip and I deeply regret it. After making a reservation online I haven’t heard from them for 5 days. Eventually, 2 days before my trip I decided to call to make sure I’d be able to pick up the car and a very rude guy told me they don’t know yet if they’ll have a car for me. Then he proceeded angrily lecturing me about the insurance. I told him several times that I understand their policy, it’s not a problem and asked not to raise his voice. That didn’t help, he kept going on and on repeating the same things on high tones, calling me ‘Ma’aaam’ even though I told him my name three times and he had it written in front of him on my reservation. He then started asking me where I was going and when I said it’s really my business and the trip will be within BC, he yelled that he needs to know where his car will be taken. What?? Never ever in any country in any of car rentals they ask you where you are taking the car if it’s within the state. I’m paying for the rental, for the km driven, no one needs to know my itinerary. Shockingly disrespectful customer service and unreliable company. If you are having a bad enough day to yell at your customers, maybe you should take a day off. Eventually I got an email later that day saying they don’t have the car I booked for when I needed it. Only wasted my time and nerves… Cannot recommend to anyone. Went with a different small company - simple online booking, kind stuff and no inappropriate questions asked.

WoW just wow! A first class service! I was so impressed by the dedication and the professionalism of mr Hussain ( beyond professionalism I will say!) He personally came to give us the car at the airport at 1AM and even took it back at the airport at the moment of our departure even though it was 5 in the morning. He kindly offers my kids some snacks because when we arrived there were no stores open. The whole time he accompanied us, he was cheerful and very friendly. He even gave us interesting spots to visit in Vancouver. If I could, I would give him 100 stars. We’re really glad we got to meet him after a really disappointing experience with another renting car company. And to add to everything he already did, the car he got us was in perfect state, large enough for the whole family, and he was able to find it for us in a short delay! Like many others, I was worried about the budget and quality of the car since I am a student and have less experience in driving in Vancouver. After the first call with Mr. Hussain, I felt like I was going to borrow a car from a friend. He was very helpful and gave me travel advice and tips to reduce the cost of my journey. The car was well-maintained and had new tires. The driving experience was great as it was after a long time since I drove a car. Very impressed, They had a car last minute for us to go get groceries for the day in Bellingham, WA. Graciously, they extended our 24 hour rental by a few hours at no extra cost which was so nice. The car was the perfect size and came very clean. The only thing I was confused by was why it was a lot more expensive to rent, compared to Los Angeles CA and Austin TX (even with the conversion rate), But then again Vancouver itself is a complete scam to live here. We were not able to plug our cell phone to play music, so I had a sing songs very loudly to my boyfriend, but I think he enjoyed it. :D Thank you again! Very impressed.

I reserved a car on line two months ago for an suv for two weeks and when I came to the office , I realized that I needed an suv with real winter tires to travel to Rockies. Affordable and easy to book car rental, grabbed a full size sedan(got a brand new Camry) for a day trip to Whistler, they were cheaper than any alternative and located right next to our hotel on Robson St. Both guys I interacted with were amazing and very willing to help with everything. We rented a honda civic, the car was new. We made a scratch on the front bumper, see the attached photo. We had to pay for a complete repair which cost us $850. Conclusion: At the slightest scratch you will have to repair like new.
