From a location that at one point I would "Highly Recommend" to a location that I would ask you to "Please Avoid" If you can rent a car from somewhere else, please do unless they make changes. Over the last few months I have had to travel from Vancouver up to the Okanagan frequently. My father passed away in February and I have had to go up consistently to take care of his affairs. I mention this only to illustrate why I have been doing a lot of travelling during Covid restrictions. I have had 6 or more rentals now over the last couple months - lost count. Over this time I have picked up and returned rentals with a variety of staff. The manager Kai was the first. He was very nice and upon hearing my situation seemed very compassionate. I was actually impressed. Two members of the staff were an absolute joy to deal with. In fact, I actually feel guilty writing this review because of how nice these two are. They actually seem to care about customer service. There was one staff member however that seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. The one time I had him for my vehicle pick up he was extremely unfriendly, but not a big deal. I got on my way. After several rentals, the first issue popped up. I had a reservation but then received a call that there wasn't a car available for me. Thankfully I was able to make other arrangements, so not a big deal and at least they called me in advance. Then with the next rental, they did not have the type of vehicle I had reserved. They wanted to give me a car instead of an SUV. Kai the manager asked me to go down the street for a coffee while he had another vehicle brought in. It was an hour and a half delay which was inconvenient, but it didn't bother me too much. I will mention one other minor annoyance with all my rentals and that was the fuel was always a half or quarter tank. Not a big deal in itself but a little inconvenient for sure. Then we come to last weekend. I had a reservation for noon on Saturday. When I made the reservation I forgot this location actually closes at noon on Saturday - I was thinking it closed at 1pm. But strangely enough, I was able to book the car for noon on the website. My mistake, I arrived at 12:04pm. Door locked and no one in the window. I was kind of surprised that no one called me to check if I was coming. I went to the back to try and catch someone. And there he was.... the one guy that could care less about customers. Sitting in his car texting on his phone. Only because I don't want the two other great guys there to be mistaken for this guy I will mention his name - Wesley. Well as soon as I walked up to the passenger window of his car was he ever irritated. I explained that I had a rental and needed help to get on my way. His answer - I don't work at this location. A lie. He didn't want to call the manager or do anything. I explained I am a regular customer; not that that should make any difference, but I thought maybe it would help me somehow. His attitude alone would turn me off from coming here again. Well he finally called Kai. I asked why no one called me to check if I was coming given the noon rental time. Kai's answer - we don't do that. He said he would set a car up for me at the airport and he would pay for an Uber to get there. He took my number and said he would call me back when it was set up.... and then nothing. Wesley left and there I was, stranded. I couldn't even get ahold of the airport location. Luckily in the end I was able to get a rental from Budget up the street. I called Kai upon my return this week and asked why he didn't call back when he said he would. His response was that he wasn't working Saturday??? Why did you say you would call back??? He then said he was busy, had to go and would call me back... and then didn't. And I guess that's it. I treated all staff with respect and never got angry at any time. If I had been that angry customer, I could understand why Kai would not call back. So much for being a regular customer. I guess these days it doesn't really matter anymore. Oh well. Lesson learned...

We had a stressful time but the staff at this location, specifically VJ, fixed it all. We originally wanted to book at the 180 W Georgia location however the staff there lied to us saying they don't offer minivans there, which is funny as I rented two from that location the month prior. Anyway I booked at the Olympic Village location as I needed a minivan and we used a promo code from my employer as I work within the Insurance industry. So we got to the desk and met VJ who shocked us to tell us that the promo code was not valid as it was fraudulent?!?! Anyway we pulled out our work contracts to show proof of employment but VJ was very understanding and honored the booking. But then stated he had no minivan for us, I and our group lost it as there were 7 of us with bags and we needed a van to get up north, VJ showed us all the cars currently in stock but nothing worked and we were stressing out about not making the trip but VJ then went beyond what was required and brought a car up from there overflow, it wasn't valeted but we didn't care we got a free upgrade for our troubles and thankfully had the space and wheels to get us to our weekend away. However it wasn't finished, they sadly charged the incorrect credit card on file, however a quick call to VJ sorted the error. To summarize I would avoid the 180 W Georgia location at all costs, I've caught them out lying to customers more than once, and when they do have a car are crazy pushy with extras. VJ and his team at Olympic village are great and go the extra mile to make your experience with the company a good one!

If only zero stars were available. Had a mechanical issue mid rental and the branch wouldn't help me because I rented from an airport location. They claim the airport locations use a "different system" then it was we don't have any cars available. I went online to see if the system would let me book their location, of course I could reserve a car for that day.Can I talk to the branch manager? No he's on vacation. How about the area manager? No he's not available. Place was a mess too. What a terrible experience. Thanks for nothing Wesley C "assistant branch rental manager" Update.. They asked me to reach out to their generic email address we had a quick back and forth. They told me a district manager would reach out to me. They never did. Recently they charged my credit card $240 8 weeks after the rental. It was because I pretended I lost the keys so they would tow the car. ( It had a punctured tire) they wouldn't do anything about it. Safety is not a priority for this company. Avoid Enterprise/National/Alamo like the plague. Terrible company.

Our experience at enterprise wasn’t the best. When it was time to pick up the car, the girl at the reception was very pushy about the car insurance. Even after I said no, she looked at my husband and said to him “are you sure? If something happens, it’s your drivers license that is on file” as if I didn’t have his best interest in mind. When checking in online they already asked if we wanted the insurance and we said we didn’t, so I don’t even know why she asked for it again in such a rude way. She specifically said $30 for 2 days, even said “well, just $60 for more peace of mind” but at the checkout time I realized we paid for $90 for 3 days since we had booked for a few more hours beyond 2 full days (which she knew, we made the reservation like that from the start). They got us a better car since they didn’t have any sedans at the time but it was very dirty, with coffee drops everywhere (just a simple wipe would fix that). The drop off with Shane was smooth and he was very nice.

I rented one car last year on December 2021. When I return the car, they charged me for the gasoline plus $500.00cad more! After SIX MONTHS their Canadian Damage Recovery Unit is contacting me asking for more than $3,000.00cad.!! Because I don’t believe that person, I called their Enterprise Customer Service, they told me I do not own anything. Aushana Stiva called me again, requesting money. Due I didn’t understood what was happening, I went to Enterprise Rent A Car at YVR Vancouver Airport, Maria Shiva couldn’t find any document about their claim and She told me: “go to the news”!! I sent a mail to Aushana Stiva asking for the car utilization list from January to July 2022 and they don’t have it!! Her answer is: “the renter has to pay”. I contacted their customer experience VP, He doesn’t answer! And Aushana Stiva got mad because in the emails I am copying other persons from Enterprise! I have been doing a research about this company and the people says that their are a mafia!

We had our absolutely the best enterprise rent a car experience in this location. we got upgraded to the BMW X5 Xdrive 40i for a just a small amount of extra fees, the process was really quick, I am so sorry I forgot the name of the agent that helped me handle the car agreement, but I am sure he is an Asian. He was extremely friendly the the process is smooth and fast. The car itself has a relatively long range, superior experience and comfortable spaces so the whole family can enjoy the trip to Banff, Yoho, Whistler and Victoria. I would like to thank Cole for inspection my car, he was really professional and friendly, he also asked Rajeev to offer a ride to send me back to my hotel. Here, especially in this Enterprise location, they treat you just like your family , they are so friendly and the car offering is way beyond those other companies or locations, just imagine when you can drive a nice fancy BMW X5, but instead you only get the RAV4?

I have to be honest at the begging of my Rental car services things were ugly, few delays, miscommunication and dissatisfaction ( no hard feelings. ) until Shane took ownership and handled the best way possible to perform a great servicing. Definitely I can assure that Shane professionalism and character will take him higher and I wont be surprised that one day I will see him again on a management role at Enterprise and it will be my pleasure to shake hands. Rented from this location last month while we were in Vancouver. Excellent customer service, very streamlined process, and great price. Every staff member is so friendly. My first car had a concerning noise after the first 2 days. Called them, and they were more concerned about my family's safety, and scheduled to exchange the car at my earliest convenience - no questions asked. The exchange process was once again very quick and hassle-free. They upgraded the vehicle for the inconvenience. Returning the car was the same. Customer service was above par every interaction I had with them. I regret not getting the name of the first gentleman who checked out the first vehicle. Shivam assisted me with exchanging the car and returning it. The manager was also very friendly, and wanted to make sure our overall experience was nothing less than excellent. And, yes it was! Thank-you for the experience!

Horrible experience with dealing damage. The damage recovery team wont answer your question and just will send a final notice. I paid deductible for my hit and run case, but their team charged me around $220 under name of damage and admin fee. So I asked about the damage on the invoice because I already have paid deductible by using my insurance. They didnt give me any answers even I had sent few emails to get the reason to pay that amount under damage. And suddenly I got a mail from their damage recovery team that tells me they are going to toss my case to collectible team and the amount they asked will remain unpaid debt and it will affect on my credit record. I really feel it unfair and I cannot understand how they threat me by using my credit score. You guys haven’t answered me any single sentence about why should I have to pay for damage again.

I needed a rental car due to my car accident, ( 100% other guys fault). I picked up the car on Tuesday morning and dropped it off the following Tuesday, I put less then 100Km on the rental car, They were gong to charge me $21 to top it up, but said go top it off yourself it will be cheaper. So i went to nearest gas station. i topped it off with over $22 of gas. the gauge barely moved. This was a new Honda Civic. I kind of said wow that expensive for 100KM. I went back and told them . i ask was this car full when i got it. The gauge seemed to indicate it was full at the time and it did not move while i had it. To make a long store short they ended up reimbursing me $10. These electronic gauges may show full but they are not. good service from front desk. They need to check gas levels on returned cars. Or at the very lease do you own due diligence.

The Enterprise at this location was superb. They thoroughly checked our rental car and remedied any issues and offered solutions on the spot. The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. They walk you through all the steps and explain the process and answered any questions I had. I was here to help set up a wedding and renting a car from this location was pleasant and efficient. I ended up returning the car to Luke, right as they closed and I felt no rush during the return process and he was very attentive through the entire process. He even arranged us a ride to the hotel we were staying at after we dropped of the car. The driver of that car was also very courteous and helpful. If you are renting a car near this area, I would reccomend anyone to give them a try as they go above and beyond to help assist you.

Really disappointing experience! Don’t even think about this office of enterprise! Really headache! Time consuming of paper work compared to the airport!(she wasted around 30-40 minutes! Their cars are not in good condition!And have a lots of scratches over the car! And the woman there asked us to take a picture so in return we can proof that it was there!!!! We are tourists and we rent a car with promo code from our company( We rented a day befor from airport).when we reserve, it doesn’t mentioned anything to bring a proof ID! We don’t have our employees card(who has their employees id card in their journey!!)so the woman there calculate the price with regular price! And even by photo of our card in my cell phone she didn’t accept it!! Don’t even think about this location!

Both Samuel and Keith provided outstanding customer service during our interaction at the Fraser Street Enterprise location. Samuel was quick to resolve an issue originating at the US Head Office level, which occurred when I initially called to reserve a vehicle to be picked up at a Vancouver location, nearest to where I was staying. Samuel was empathetic regarding the mix up and dealt with it quickly, courteously and professionally. Keith provided an extensive inside and out go-over on my rental car, leaving no questions required. Both were a pleasure to deal with and ensured my rental experience would have me returning to Enterprise on my next visit from Ontario. It truly was a pleasure dealing with Samuel and Keith, and I look forward to seeing them next year! Chris.

After getting into a car accident, ICBC recommended I rent a car from this company. I have rented cars from many agencies across the world, but never had such a positive experience. After confirming my reservation, a rep picked me up at a body shop and took me to the rental agency on 2nd ave. I was given a chance to pick my desirable car, they provided me with a mini SUV that had just come from car wash and was sanitized. The car was awesome, service was great, they answered all my questions and even when I forgot my sunglasses in the car that I returned, they were kind enough to track it down and hold it for me to pickup. I had such a positive experience with this rental agency that will continue to rent form them in the future.

This is my 2nd time having to get a rental with Enterprise (at this location) due to vehicle incidents in the past year and a half. So it's always been stressful having to deal with insurance and everything else. But every time it's been a smooth, warm and stress-free experience with this Enterprise team here on 22 E. 2nd. This second time around especially, we had a car for almost 2 weeks and the team personally took on convos with ICBC and made sure details were covered by them. They also gave my partner a ride back to the mechanics so she can pick up our family car. Grateful for the support and thanks!

Called in at 3pm to request a car on a Friday. Reached at 5:00pm to pick up the ride realizing I forgot my credit card. Vijay was extremely calm and told me he’ll wait. Asked a friend to pick up the car on my behalf who reached at 5:50pm, moments before Enterprise closes at 6pm. Vijay stayed past the closing time to make sure he got us a car for the long weekend. Extremely professional and humble dude. Told him how we got the Dodge Charger last time and enjoyed it. Guess what, he matched us with a charger once again. Highly suggest looking for Mr. Veejay next time you want to rent a car.

We rented a full size vehicle here on 5th of April 2023. The reason I chooses this station, although was not the nearest to where I stayed, were the positive google reviews. I can confirm that the personal is kind and willing to help. Even though, they had no vehicles with winter tires in their fleet, it was possible to find one within 2 days prior to my reservation ( plus AWD on top of that). It was nice meeting Shane Donoghue and the team. Today, 15th of April, I returned the car back to Calgary, Alberta.

Amazing friendly staff. Good fast service with getting car ready. The reservation was under my wife’s name. Giving two stars because the parking is too tight and the back space looks like an abandoned place. Parking is full of health hazards, I will call the head office and let them know as well. Enterprise is just being another big shot company who doesn't care about their franchise (locations) We have been loyal to enterprise since beginning and this is not how one take care of their customers.

I've been here the past 3 weeks in a row. I think I know all their names by now- Paul, Ethan and Abbie- The customer service here is always amazing, they are all extremely nice, helpful and professional. After every rental, they call to make sure I was happy with the rental, they always remember me whenever I come back, and always have a smile on their face. Lovely polite person on the reservation line, and prompt email confirming the reservation. Call from the actual branch five minutes later to advise that regretfully they had no vehicles. Apparently the reservation system and the location inventory system do not talk to each other, and the reservation system is a few hours behind. So this poor review is not for the store and staff, nor the call center, but rather the IT system connecting the two. Please resolve this!

Wife and i are first time car renter and we were shopping around with a few companies and we took risk with enterprise. We were annoyed at first due to communication details over the phone but man when we arrived the expectation were exceeded Luke took his to time out of office drove us to where the car we are renting and went through with all the process and at the end it went smoothly. I felt they were completely honest, and didn't try to oversell me on a bunch of bs as most in autoservice try with a young female without knowing my auto background. I think these people are doing a great job building long term clients as I'll rent from here again. I had no problem with dropping my car off on location too, you just need to know how to drive

Best customer service I have ever experienced!! Wesley was super helpful during our trip to BC and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our time. Although Enterprise was experiencing a shortage of available cars, Wesley worked with us (group of 6) to find alternative solutions so we could continue our travels uninterrupted. My best friend is visiting from Toronto and we booked a car for a few days to drive around the city. Enterprise was suuuuuper busy the morning I picked up the car but Sam was really friendly and helpful. He was super personable as well. The staff were really nice when we called them after someone rear ended us!!! When we returned the car it was hassle free (we had insurance) and not stressful at all. Would rent from them again for sure!!!

I was very pleased with the experience I had with Enterprise. We did a one way rental and were met with nothing but pleasant, efficient professionalism at both ends. We were signed up for a Kia Soul but got upgraded to an awesome Hyundai Tucson for free! Jozo in Saskatoon was awesome and the clerk in Vancouver even lent me a hotspot to help find my way back after dropping the car. Will definitely rent with Enterprise Canada again

Rented a car from this location near Central Pacific Station and were glad we did. All the staff, from our pick up driver Randy, to the guys in the office, Luis, JP and "John" were friendly, fun and very efficient. Prices were very competitive and much cheaper than Hertz in CP Station. A big thank you to Vijay the manager, he really did go above and beyond. The car was brand new and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

My dad got into a car accident in December, which led to a big dent on our left, rear door. Enterprise was able to give us a nice car with mud and snow tires for my dad to use in the unpredictable weather we may have had. The car given to us had two chips on the windshield. However, Enterprise assured my dad and I that there was nothing to worry about. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely come again!

Got a courtesy car from Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. Service was top notch from every single staff member! Especially Cole & Kayleigh! I couldn't have asked to be treated any better- they made me feel valued, heard & special. The car was fantastic (of course) and the entire rental/return process went incredibly smoothly. I travel a lot for work globally and always try to use Enterprise. I was driving my daughter up to Manning Park for her to start a new job at the resort. The weather was a nightmare and they upgraded me to a bigger SUV to ensure our safety. Through downed power lines, hail, snow and freezing rain we made it there and back. Great customer service! I recently rented a compact SUV from Enterprise in Olympic Village for a month. When I got the car, I wasn’t happy with the size of the car as it was too small. I spoke with Shane Donoghue, a Flagship Management Trainee at Enterprise, and within a day, he managed to upgrade our car to a bigger/better compact SUV. Very satisfied with their services.

I had my best ever car rental experience at this location. The agents were super nice and helpful. I was upgraded for free to a better category as the car I booked was not available. The car I got was clean and almost brand new , the trim level was higher than what you'd expect from a rental vehicle. Thanks for this, keep it up and looking forward to working with again!

Look for Boris Ho for excellent friendly service. He helped get a vehicle that has all wheel drive when no vehicles are available with snow tires. He also offered that I can drop off the vehicle after-hours at their location since they closed weekends. Unfortunately that resulted in parking tickets. He disappointingly ghosted when trying to fully resolve the matter.

Amazing experience on pick up and drop off. Manager and staff are all kind and accommodating. We had a long trip planned with kids, and another rental company bailed on us twice in less than 24 hours. Glad we were able to reserve and pick up 2 vehicles the same morning during busiest travel season of the year. Would definitely visit again for future rentals.

All good. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 - the fancy Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2021 with 58K kms had A/C malfunctioning. A/C stopped working when outside temp was above +33 Celcius. I had to pull over, shut down the engine and reboot the whole car:). Then A/C will work for another 40 minutes. Seems all that fancy electronics could not handle the heat.

I was rear ended. This car rental store was connected to the car repair shop that we went to. While there was some lumpy start/end times with the car repair shop, Enterprise's staff were super friendly and very helpful in figuring out the costs and helping us with the process. The staff they hire here have excellent people skills! I highly recommend!

Staff are super friendly and willing to help. I usually get offered a free upgrade when they have a better car available. They also offer after-hours drop off. The only issue I've ever had is that they don't offer cars with winter tires, but this is a problem with most rental car agencies, not just Enterprise or this location.

Initially rented a car from the YVR airport enterprise, car back window was severely damaged in a theft incident, this company was able to quickly coordinate a car switch out for us without a major delay in my trip. Staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding. Not hot on renting any mitsubishi again though.

Was a terrible experience that started off amazing. The driver that picked me up was miserable and made me aware of it. Then the check in service was long and drawn out. I ended up waiting for over an hour. Now I’m in a back and forth game with them over a windshield claim that will not stop. It’s maddening!

Poorly explained policies and rude, unhelpful service. I was told 2 wrong pieces of information. The employee who withheld important information from me didn’t take responsibility for it and instead tried to fault me for the issue. Being treated like that was pretty shocking and unacceptable.

What first class service! I would go back for the experience alone. Prices are steep but that was expected, but the food clearly compensates for it! If you want to pamper yourself in delicious food and great service go for it. Oh and do try the cheese bread in the sides it's fantastic.
