I came for the $10 MVP wash deal that they have on Tuesdays. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice lady in the booth, and we discussed the monthly membership options, before she sent me through. There were three crew members with pre-soak and water wands, and I believe they were supposed to get the bug guts off the front bumper, windshield, and wash the fender wells, but they were just kind of all over the place (not sure what they were doing, honestly, they seemed distracted and were just spraying all over the place). I was waived through and place on the line. The scrubbers are very powerful, and plenty of soap and chemicals were applied throughout. The blowers at the end were also quite powerful, and get pretty much all the water off the vehicle. I pulled over to the vacuum area, and one thing I did notice immediately, was a white film covering nearly the entire car (my car is black, so this was very noticeable). It looked like a wax of some sort, but I'm still not sure what that was; it was milky looking, and didn't get washed off for whatever reason. I went back to the booth, and explained the issue, then a gentleman conducted a walk around the vehicle and confirmed there was indeed an issue with this residue. He had no idea what the residue was, but said it does happen to some vehicles. They put me through another wash to get it off, but it only improved slightly. Furstrated, I left, and ultimately had to get a full wax job on the vehicle to get the white hazy film off the paint. I am willing to give the wash another shot, but I do admit I'm afraid the white film will be an issue again. Notheless, would recommend.

2/27/2023: If you want to wait in a line for 5-10 mins for a 2-3 min wash, come here. They have only one lane for customers without a Fast Lane Pass (2 lanes total), which is highly inadvisable. Only 2-3 vehicles passed through the Fast Lane while I waited. They have an attendant at the window, to assist in your wash selection which is a nice touch but only adds onto the amount of time other customers who have their mind made up must wait in line. The wash is quality, I'll admit, but I don't think I will be coming here all that often due to the amount of time I waited in line. ::: This place is still not open, so don't bother driving out here. The pictures that have been previously uploaded are of a different location. This location looks like it'll probably open in March. Irrigation still needs to be buried and sod/seed still needs to be laid. Temporary power is also still on site and the car wash still has building materials here and there. This is the 2nd time I've been out here and found the location under construction even though it was shown to be open. Once I ACTUALLY get to use the car wash, I'll update my review.

Upon arrival I noticed it was quite busy but I don't pay $40 a month to not use the service so there I was waiting patiently...usually the staff perform their job adequately but the flow of traffic built up, the person directing to move forward waved his hand and the female that was in position after him motioned to move forward while spraying on my windshield blocking the visual of her hand motions. I then proceed to move forward after seeing a wave from the next staff member but it took him several minutes to realize the vehicle was not aligned with the motion bars. He quickly became agitated and when I rolled down my window to advise him he was not paying attention when he motioned for me to move forward, so sorry but I literally can't see the floor when I'm driving over it. He muttered his upset words right in my face, while making that harrumph sound like a teenager. While in the wash, I canceled my service with this business. If brand loyalty doesn't matter it will soon reflect a concern for this location when members decide to terminate services based on customer service.

This place has awesome water pressure cleans my truck nicely it's at the Military Dr location at South San Antonio it's new and the cars run by fast as the have a drive by lane if you sign up for a 3 months special which I did and they have a booth with an attendant so you get 2 great options also the vacuums have great suction and hand towels to wipe your vehicle clean and dry and I'm gonna tell you as I stated before my truck is clean and the tire shine on them stay shining it's a great experience plus they had a dollar wash when it opened I don't know if it's still going on but WOW that's AWESOME. So just a great overall experience better that the Blue wave and the other one down by Walmart which has no pressure so I would suggest this location or any Club Car Wash you won't be disappointed.

Zero Customer Satisfaction.. Fraud.. This company failed to refund me for three months of unexpected withdrawals from my account. This specific location said per management that they could not give me a GM and or Owner Operator contact info. I would have to dispute it with a corporate customer service.. Only so that they can tell me that cooperate can not reimburse me for their mistake and they can only cancel my account. I have was a loyal customer for two vehicles since their grand opening. They have lost two accounts for life. I will just take my money to one of the three other national competitors. Bad Business PS Just got off the phone with corporate and they are a mom and pop business. I don't understand why they would not want to retain ROI

I will start by saying I hand wash my car 95% of the time. My midsize SUV had quite a bit of pecan sap on it, which is why I decided to run it through the wash. The wash itself was better than I expected but I did pay for the MVP. I was mostly excited because car wash places don't mess around when it comes to vacuums. I tried two different vacuums and they we SO weak. The vacuum could hardly suck up dirt off an all weather mat. Wanted to leave this review for other people like me that like to wash their cars by hand. If my car had not had pecan sap the wash would have been superior. Also the car wash has spinners and such that physical touch your car.

Recently purchased the MVP subscription at Club Carwash on SW Military Dr and sorry to say, I had the worst wash. Went through and did not get any soap applied to my truck. Told a service technician this and he says the que must have not ran right so they let me go through again and still no soap came out. There is an obvious issue with their system. The worst thing about this is that they didnt stop the customers from going in when they should've stopped the line and troubleshoot the problem. I will probably cancel this soon.

Sooo glad they put one closer to home. The set up is perfect since they let you get rags before you enter the wash to clean while it’s being washed! The vacuums are awesome! Great suction! Let’s hope they last! Only annoying part is that people still try and go the wrong way to get in EVEN WITH THE ARROWS ON THE GROUND DIRECTING YOU! The guys do a great job or spraying a driving prior to getting into the wash which is appreciated! So if you see the effort make sure to give them a little tip.

:Where to begin: Whoever built this set up doesn't know how packed military gets so the opening of the spot it was packed, and there's only 1 lane bottle neck to 2booths ones a fast pass but not fast enuff since I'm waiting behind 4 cars just to get to the right‍. The gate only let's 1 person at a time. The top price is 40$ that's alot but oh well prices are going sky rocket. Sad to say once my 3 months are up for $10 a month I will be canceling my membership.

What a terrible experience. I came with intention of getting a monthly membership. But the clerk at the window looked like my questions bothered her. At that point I just got a single wash. Now, was my first time here, the kid at the entrance of the wash was clearly frustrated by the look he gave me. I paid for the most expensive wash, my car still had dust spots, and the car was not that dirty. Never again. Find another car wash or do it yourself.

This car wash is fantastic! The prices are a little higher than your regular carwash, but they make it up with the amenities at your disposal. The wash left my truck looking spotless and the vacuums are fantastic. My favorite thing about the car wash is the floor matt cleaner. It works like a giant brush and really cleaned then up. I would rec9mmend this car wash to anyone that wants a great car wash experience.

The associates are amazing, for how busy it can get man they will get you in and out!! They're out in the Texas heat and humid wash tunnels all day, I hope they're getting paid well!! All the people who complain about prices, associates, etc...should grab their own soap, towels, and water to wash their own car at home instead of ranting on google about a drive thru wash haha # i love my club car wash

Have a membership super happy with it, good car wash, good gooooood vacuums love them, and have all the necessities you’ll need to keep your interior clean as well. Sadly, popped off the back cover of my side mirror didn’t even notice till i got home lol and i have a scratch on my window but not sure from what or where but hopefully not the car wash :( still love it though one wash does it all :)

Very impressed with this latest car wash establishment. Prefer it over my usual near McCreeless. So much I got the deal offering 1st 3 months at $10 w/ unlimited washes and plan on keeping it when the deal expires. The vacuums are superb in every way. The air hose and floor mat dust shaker are a nice added touch. Oh and free towels! Thank you Club Car wash, my wheels have never looked better.

I signed up for the MVP of 10 a month for 3 months. They told me that if I wanted to change my plan, I should come within 15 days so that the charge of 40 would not enter as soon as the promotion ended. I went the day they told me and at that moment the washes started in the new plan and it is assumed that I had already paid for the previous plan. I was missing 3 weeks with the MVP plan.

I really wanted to like this car wash but after I went through the car wash I noticed damages to my car , if you don’t care about your car by all means go with it but if you care about your car it’s not worth the damages to it . I noticed the sides of the door got really scratched up . It’s not worth it to me I rather hand wash . Will be canceling my membership

Idk if it is open yet but when it is I will be going. Trying to help the rating because the one star ratings impact this business for a long time and Its not fair if they are not from an accurate issue. Not being open yet is one thing, but the rating system is based on overall. One star is harsh. ❤️ ❤️

I paid for the MVP level car wash to try it out but it left my car dirty in places all around my car especially in the rear. It looked like it didn't even wash my car. It also left scratches all over my car! I'm only trusting HEB Wash tub on SE Military and Goliad from now on

I always get the VIP $12 it cleans just right. There is a wash priced lower ($7) and one higher ($17). The booth attendant is always respectful and helpful. Even though there was at least 7 cars ahead of me, I still got out of there in a timely fashion.

Very unprofessional. Car didn't come clean and they have a bunch of kids in front of my car as I'm being brought onto the track. The car wash down the street is way better imo... Don't waste your time or money no wonder the other car wash is packed.

Went to try out the wash for the first time and omg it was awesome. My truck came out so clean I could see myself on the paint lol. and also the vacuum is so powerful it was able to suck up all the kids snacks from behind the seat lol. …

Grand Opening was today and got the $25 wash for just $1. Very satisfied with how clean my vehicle is and those people from Missouri were helpful and friendly I didn’t get kicked off the location even though they closed at 7pm …

Great car wash!! Signed up for the monthly since these are popping up everywhere in San Antonio. Provides really strong vacuums, pre soaked rags and floor mat beater machines. My King Ranch Explorer is happy right now!

It was nice to be able to get in out of there. I loved how they offer towels and Windex to clean your windows. I also noticed that the parking spots are a bit wider so trucks can fit, which is perfect here in Texas!

I've been to most of the Club Car Wash locations, and so this is the nicest one. The wash is great and the blower dryers get almost all of the wash off. Plenty of vacuums available and towels for you to use.

i have the unlimited plan they had the 10 a month for 3 months then its 40 a month after. i think its worth it if you live close by. i go all the time i get my money worth lol .

Newest location on Military Dr $1 car wash specials and $10 MVP package a month for the first 3 months. Vacuums are insanely powerful and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to go they spray down your car before it goes in the Wash tub the vacuum is great the carpet matt cleaner works real good fast and friendly people.

Tuesdays are the best days to come and also happens to be my most free day when picking up my son for his autism appointment. $10 bucks gets you the $27 wash!

We like it. Price is reasonable, especially if you get the membership. Strong vacuums and plenty of towels for wiping down or cleaning your windows.
