Let me tell you about The Cooperators at Country Hills Town Center. This is an insurance provider that will take your money and run away with it! It is one, if not the worst Cooperators in Calgary when it comes to car insurance. Customer service is also below par. They have just increased their car insurance premium by a whopping 16% from September '20 to Oct '20. When I called them for an explanation, all I got was" the premium increase is general across the board." That tells you how this insurance provider operates and how much they like your money. They don't care about people, no matter the situation, they only care about $$$. This is happening when most people are working from home and are barely using their cars, with less risk of having an accident. This is also happening when tens of thousands of small businesses and individuals are struggling to survive in a pandemic. Most businesses have been trying to help the community by cutting their rates, prices and premiums. Thousands have been laid off. Not The Cooperators! If you do not want to have a cash-cow company take your money and run away with it, find yourself another insurance provider.

Customer service is a zero already for me in my own humble opinion , very high rates it almost just feels like they are taking your money away and they are always increasing their rates. Please stay away from this company especially the one in Country Hills very unprofessional and I will definitely get my services elsewhere

This place can be run so much better, unfortunately they did not provide us with any deferral during Covid on a car insurance. They use the excuse that the head office has not given any instructions how to proceed. This is certainly not the best way to treat clients. I have been a client for 10 years.

I read good reviews about this office and was trying to get car insurance quote for my friend (since she was not able to call at that time). IMPOSSIBLE to get online quote! Impossible to get quote via email! They made things so complicated! Will never recommend this office to anyone

Probably the best insurance company in town Susie the insurance advisor did everything over the phone didn't even have to go over to their office as I live in kananaskis,and I received the best quote for a new driver in Canada. Highly recommended this insurance company.
