So coachman Insurance took money out I have my bank account January 12 for 520.20. Again on January 28 they went into my bank account and took another $522.20. I have supplied them with my banking statements that shows that they’ve taken it out they’re still saying that this is not enough now they want my bank statements from the beginning of Of January until March 2022 this is absolutely ridiculous that they take money out of peoples account and then deny that they do it I want my money back I just sent my broker copies of my bank statements I did Black out stuff on my bank statements that they don’t need to pertain any information on such as shopping groceries paying bills E transfers. So I would strongly Recommend anyone from dealing with this company I will add photos as well thank you very much for your time

If I could rate 0, I would. Randomly tried to charge me more than what I was quoted and signed for. Never answered phones - I had to file with their ombudsman (online form) to cancel the insurance they still forced me to pay the months they ‘insured me’ with their inflated rate (again that I didn’t sign for) and then they charged me 100$ to cancel with no contact what’s so ever, just sent it to a collection agency. Absolute joke of a company

Yea they ight. Will review later and change to a 5 star if they actually help me if i get into an accident. If theyre like every other insurance company and try to find 100 loop holes to get outta helping then ill change review then. Until then theyre alright high prices though for a guy with only one ticket 10km over...almost 500 a month

I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of individuals. Not only did I have to call multiple times in a row for almost 2 weeks to get ahold of anyone but the agent on the phone when I asked her questions kept saying I don’t know that’s not my problem I don’t know. Disgusting treatment of clientele

They have some of the most lethargic staff when it comes to do the work on time and communication. and of course, sky high insurance premium. Stay away from this company as early and as fast as you can.

Got my policy through Mitch and Whales insurance brokers. Coachman seems like a great choice for high risk insurance so far. Set up a policy the same day with no BS. Currently pleased

Great price for high risk driver. However looking at the reviews doesn’t seem like it’s a decent company to deal with.. will update if anything happens.

Worst insurance company you can ever deal with got in a car accident called them everyday for 7 days straight still haven’t got a call back
