I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cocoon Furnishings for many years now, and have enjoyed transforming the visions of my home into reality. Joey is a such an absolute pleasure to deal with, always exceeds my expectations in every decorating element that I may require; while Jen, Bridgette, Glyn, David and Heather are always willing to assist, if the need arises with their excellent creativity and design ideas. Custom ordered pieces engineered by Taylor were done exceptionally well, and arrived on schedule, and are beautifully suited to each room. I also have to mention the delivery team, which includes Darryl, Spencer and Marc, who are very careful, respectful as well as a pleasure to have in my home for every delivery. I can not say enough positive things about this amazing store which encompasses beautiful vignettes, selections of amazing fabrics, lighting options, wallpaper options, carpet selections, (ask for Ed who is excellent), and beautiful decor options. I would highly recommend Cocoon for the selective and discerning client, or for anyone who wants to simply accent any room they may already love.

It was such a pleasure working with designer Joey Perrin at Cocoon Furnishings in Oakville. Joey made my experience from start to finish effortless. Joey came out to my home and was able to narrow down the selection of furniture, wallpaper, lighting, fabrics and accessories that would work with my existing furniture. Joey really took the time to understand my style and helped me express myself in my home. The attention to detail was phenomenal. She did an amazing job blending my old and new furniture and decor. Beautiful furniture. Definitely high end stuff. More expensive than anywhere else. Had bad experience with sales representatives. They post a price but when you say your interested in purchasing they say the price has gone up. Thought that was rude service as no where else where you can buy the same furniture do they do that and for the same pieces. The two stars is for the service and high prices not the furniture.

We have purchased many items from Cocoon including four kitchen stools. The stools were sent back once to be repaired due to paint chipping. This has happened again and Cocoon WILL NOT stand behind their products. Incredibly poor customer service in general and especially with the prices they charge. So many other furniture places out there that will stand behind what they sell. Would never recommend this place.

I was so pleased with the service provided by Aynsley. She handled a large order very quickly and efficiently so that I could get a sale price and handled the delivery to my full satisfaction. She has been very helpful in suggesting additional pieces for my room and always followed up. Such a joy to find a sales person who's not just trying to sell but to provide great room solutions.

Very snobby and pretentious customer service attitudes. If your not dressed in a certain way or from a "privileged" class, you won't be served. I happily walked out and took my $80k in business elsewhere.
