This review is not for this location specifically. But I believe Structube as a whole provides the worst customer service ever. I placed two orders online with you guys last week. Total amount was $1300. One of my order was supposed to deliver on Dec 30th. I did receive a call from carrier a day before the delivery to confirm the delivery for the next day between 10 am to 2 pm. But no one showed up and when I called your customer service an agent named Anass told me the delivery guys were at my place, they knocked the door, rang the door bell and stayed outside my house for 15 minutes and then left. I told your customer service representative that it’s a huge lie from the carrier. No one showed up at our place. Me and my husband were sitting in the living room and kept waiting for the delivery. When I asked your agent to reschedule the delivery, he said because I missed the delivery now I’ve to pay delivery charges which are $67. I told him why do I’ve to pay these charges when I did not miss the delivery and when no one showed up to deliver. He said “you’ve to pay”. It’s unbelievable how you treat your customers and are unapologetic for the inconvenience caused. I called him again after an hour or so and requested him to cancel both my orders. Anaas said I’m sending request to carrier to bring the items back to our distribution centre and when we receive the items that’s when I’ll start the refund process. And for the second order it’s not generated yet as our system takes 24 hours to generate an order, so call again. No empathy , no apology. My $1300 are stuck with them now. This was my first time placing an order with Structube and the experience was really unpleasant and pathetic. You don’t show any empathy to your customers. How hard was it for you to waive off the delivery fee? You lost $1300 sale for $67. Tells what kind of chain is this. I’ll never ever shop at Structube and will definitely tell all my friends how you treat your customers and believe your carriers but not the customer. STRUCTUBE CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY SERVICES ARE THE WORST. Shame!!

I truly despise this location. We went in to the store mid October to purchase a standing desk due to the fact we will be working from home for the long term. Was told that delivery date will be early December 2020. Fine..I could wait a month and a half. Then it became mid December...then end of December..and now..Mid January to early February. I wish the store (or Corporate Structube) would have the decency to let us know rather than no conversation. I could have purchased a desk from elsewhere but I've had good relationships with Structube in the past. However, this time, I cant say I'm happy with their service. With someone with a bad back and working all day from home, a standing desk is needed for my health and sanity, but Structube wants to hide behind bureaucracy and continue to deliver bad service. I would avoid Structube like the plague tbh. Its nothing but deflections, "Its not our fault..its our distributors fault", etc. I feel like the store just wants to hold onto my money and not offer the service I paid for. I understand COVID is here, but that shouldn't impact the way you treat your clients. A bit of customer service goes a long way. Don't lie to me and tell me it'll come early December and then continually lie to me and not communicate when the date changes. Why do I have to constantly call in and complain for anyone to give me a straight answer (another lie) to my face? If your stuff come3s from overseas, factor that into your delivery date. Or build a damn Canadian warehouse to house this material so customers like myself aren't waiting 3+ months for their product to arrive. My money could have been spent better elsewhere tbh. If you are looking for a standing desk, go look at Autonomous.ai or any other Canadian company offering desks. You will be glad you did.

I would first like to thank Structube for their continuesly positive support through the transition of becoming a new business owner, not only have they took the time to help organize and pick out the latest moder furniture for my salon, but also made the hole process fast and easy. Opening a new business has its moments that can be streessful, ups and downs but shopping at Structube made furnishing my salon a breeze. As soon as i walked into their store i was greated my friendly staff and immediately fell in love with the massive collection of furniture, they have a large array of different styles of furniture which was perfect for me as each one of the rooms in my salon has a different theme, making structube a one stop shop for all my salons needs. They have a state of the art modern facility, with fully competent staff which made my shopping experience one to never forget. All the staff were super friendly and as mentioned above very knowlegable in all areas of the company, I never write reviews but I did today just so I can share my experience with other business owners or even simply sharing my experience I had to anyone that is thinking about purchasing furniture. I would highly recommend this structube to absolutly anyone thinking of purchasing furniture or even simply planning to in the future, take the time to pop in or even simply browse their online store yiu will be really suprised to see so many different styles of furniture at incredably low prices. Horrible experience. I had placed an order online in plenty of time and made sure to choose items in stock to receive them by my moving date to our cottage. 4 chairs were out of stock so without informing me they held the entire order. I emailed and called customer service numerous times and finally received that answer. I explained the rest of the order had to be shipped right away as we rented a truck plus a barge to transport this to the cottage on a certain day which is a huge cost. Their policy is to cancel your outstanding items and re-order them which of course puts you at the bottom of the line again. I follow the instructions of the customer service person and do just that. Had to call two more times to ensure I would receive my refund for the first set of chairs. Second issue, items are received and leather chair has scratches all over it. I send photos and a detailed description of my timeline of receiving a new one or compensated for this one. Going on two weeks and it is still not resolved which means I have no way of getting this leather chair over to the cottage. 5th email was sent to day asking for a manager to call me. Lastly, checked online and my chairs are back in stock so I proceeded to the store where I had scheduled to PICK THEM UP now (even though delivery was paid for on the first order) and they are not there and no way of receiving them in time because it takes up to ONE - TWO WEEKS to get them in? Nothing but frustration.

Went on Mar. 28. Amazing staff and manager. Excellent service. I happen to visit three different Structube within the same week. Heartland Oakville and Etobicoke. By far Oakville location in terms of display of product is the winner. The person/designer behind the scene organizing this store is genius and super talented. They had most of the beautiful art that I saw online unlike the other two stores. It’s also super clean so everything looks prettier. the layout of the products makes it so easy for the customer to buy and that’s what I did, I bought more. Of course I need it :). But my point is that the way the store is designed makes a big difference. Heartland wasn’t bad but the location is smaller and furniture is cramped together. Etobicoke store is really really sad. The staff are incredible but the store designer is not setting it right to attract clients. Structube overall experience is incredible, I ordered stuff between Sunday and Wednesday (I was able to make changes easily before my delivery at any store by the way) and I am getting them delivered Saturday. How awesome is that!!! I ordered a living room from Mobilia and it took 9 months to deliver. Structube keep up the good work.

I’m not saying this location specifically (because what can you even buy in store). The online “customer support” at Structube is quite literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. The customer support at some locations is honestly not much better as they clearly have no direction when customers have any complaints/ concerns. An employee said to me “I have no other numbers for you to call”. I ordered a table and it came weeks after it said its estimated shipping date was (after I purchased of course). When it arrived it had a huge dent on the side of it (was a table). I immediately contacted customer support and their solution was 15% off the table as is or they could pick it up in 2-4 weeks… and process the return then and also I would have to pay $50 for the pick up. I was told I could not return to a store myself, “because they had no space”. I’m not sure what they have inventory wise as nothing is ever available anyways. After contacting multiple people and waiting 3-5 business days for them to contact me back there is still no resolution. I will never shop here again, I will tell everyone I now to never shop here. Structube is THE WORST QUALITY AND PLACE ON EARTH.

Very frustrating experience! If I could give it no stars I would. We ordered a bed frame in store in early March, paid for it and was told it would be delivered around April 12th. We called today March 31st just to verify dates etc. We were notified that it now would be June before it was delivered. We are okay with a delay - BUT WE HAD TO CONTACT THEM. We did not want to wait three months (have read other reviews with longer waits). We cancelled our order and bought at Urban Barn instead. The manager was not able to sell us the floor model and could not find another store that could. (Not that he called and asked) A slight gesture of waving the shipping, a discount would have went along way. It seemed normal for them just to accept that were returning the order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The fact that they have products on display, and tell you that they can be delivered in a few weeks - when in reality is not even close to the truth is frustrating. Structube should either remove the product from the display or at the VERY LEAST contact you and let you know there is a back order. I personally would not order anything in and definitely will not go back to the store.

Terrible customer service. The worst store manager I have ever seen in my life. Why? One of the staff closely followed us all our stay of one hour to reorganize the materials while we try to see the best combinations of items for living room and dining tables. The manager of the store, Chris, had totally unacceptable behavior to us. Our kids were sitting a chair and a single sofa. Obviosuly, as parents were were closely watching them. However, manager had no logic to say that kids may break some items. Once we opposed to his unmeaningful comment, he immediately asked us to leave the store. This is totally unacceptable behavior of a store manager. If a person really wants to increase sales of his/her store, then he/she has to have a good customer relations. This guy had zero customer relations' skill. Our comment is specifically for this store manager and his store. Next step for us to file a complaint with consumer rights commission. Then, I will wait what action Structube will take for its manager.

Purchased the Versailles bed & waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered & then after spending hours assembling it we noticed we were missing 10 different pieces of hardware that was not included in our packaging. Unfortunately this bed also has a clear manufacturing defect in the headboard where the middle securing post is 2 inch in the wrong direction and therefore does not allow the securing slats to be secured. The store can not get me a new one for another 2 months and can not issue me a refund for another week until they can come pick it up. So I now need to block off another full day for their delivery company to come pick up to get my money back! To make matters worse I also now also have to spend more of my time taking it apart and packaging it back up. Overall, I am super disappointed with its structube’s quality & customer service & would advise not buying anything from this store. Be an informed consumer, don’t waste your time and read reviews before you buy from this company.

I purchased the Andrew sectional from this store approximately 5 years ago. The sales associate explained that the material of the couch was great quality and long lasting. After two years of light use I noticed that the material was bubbling on one of the cushions but not the others. I called customer service as I felt this was a defective cushion. They were absolutely no help and did not offer any return/exchange option. I just felt that writing this review was necessary to explain that you get what you pay for - it was a cheaper couch that came with a terrible warranty and is made of the absolute cheapest material ever. I would never purchase a couch from them again given the customer service I received. The pictures attached of what the couch currently looks like on the one cushion, while the other cushions look fine.

Used to be a big fan of Structube products but after a recent negative experience with one of their products (the Zofia chair), I realized that they are hiding/preventing negative reviews from being posted on their site. Customer support is saying that they get too many reviews to validate/post, yet I see 2 4-star reviews that were written well after mine that were published, while my 1-star review is not being published. Be careful what you are reviewing and using “feedback” from other customers to make your decisions. Some products have been great, others (like these chairs) have significant quality issues, but you would never see that online. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company until they change their review policies.

Horrible experienced! I honestly don’t know where to start my review, from the customer service, item replacement, shipping etc. we bought the “5pc dining Cheryl”, item was defective, asked for replacement, waited for almost a month only to get a more defective one. Customer service didn’t do anything as they say, feedbacks from customer is not their thing, they wont do anything for you BEWARE! Very bad return/exchange policy, better to spend a little bit more and buy at other companies but no headaches and surely you’ll get the extra customer care that you paid for. Currently still waiting for that “replacement” which has been 2 months now. Overall experienced was very frustrating and HORRIBLE!!!Never will shop at this store ever again.

This company simply take cash in advance to get as much orders as it can to pay their suppliers in China. They are well aware that promised delivery time is not possible but they take your cash to hook you and keep you waiting. I placed an order for a chair on Dec 13, 2020, with order expected to be available January 14, 2021. When I requested an update on Jan 14th, they said there is delay until March 2nd, 2021. If I knew it was coming in March I would not place the order. So as many customers, they try to trick customers to place orders and when the time comes they blame covid for the delay. Whomever devised this sales strategy is simply unprofessional and unethical.

I was really, really pleasantly surprised by our experience. Typically I find furniture shopping to be a bit...slimy, I guess. I usually get a strange sales vibe. NOT HERE. We ordered a few pieces from Amy, the store manager, and holy crap she was helpful, yet conveyed absolutely zero pressure. She had such a "can-do" attitude even though we weren't making any special requests. It's hard to describe. She was just genuinely nice and offered us all sorts of options for things without ever using formulaic sales tactics. Like we literally left feeling like we made a friend and got some decent quality furniture without paying a zillion dollars. Worth the hour-long drive!

Ordered the king bed alongside their royal ultime mattress. Unboxed it and checked the mattress was not as expected as it turned out to be on the softer side whereas I had requested at the store for a firmer mattress, called to request if it could be replaced or anything else and they said they don't have a replacement policy for mattress which is quite insane seeing other companies have a 365 day return policy for their mattress. The only explanation of not returning is that they expect customers to be sure and test their mattress at their location.. have not even used the mattress after unboxing as it was the last box to open after setting up the bed.

My experience with Structube has been a disaster! I order furniture last July with the delivery promise of early September. September delivery was postponed to October and then November, then December which shortly changed to January 2024. It's evident that people at Structube have no clue how to take an order and fill the order in a timely manner. Constant charges in delivery times is suspicious and I have no idea why they just can't lock it down. Maybe they're trying to force me to cancel so that they can re-sell it at a higher price. In any case this has been the worst experience shopping for furniture in my life and I never recommended this chain.

We purchased the Horizon Sectional just over one year ago and the fabric has become extremely worn and pilled which is quite disappointing. I’ve had a competitors sofa for almost 10 years which is in much better shape than the Structube product. We reached out to the company with photos and an explanation and they did not help at all, said we were stuck. We travel a fair amount, don’t have kids or animals so the couch doesn’t see much use. Would not recommend the store or products. I tried to post a similar review for the actual Horizon Sectional on their website but they will not accept it. Only 5 Star reviews have been posted.

I had ordered a LIVIA velvet Ottoman on OCT 23,2020, they said my order should arrive by mid Jan 2021 I called today 02/01 to check on the status as to why I haven’t received my order and they advised that the delivery truck has been delayed till the end of the month. They didn’t even bother sending an email status update of my order if I hadn’t cAlled I wouldn’t have known about the delay, I unfortunately cancelled my order because they took my money for 4 months without receiving anything in return.I will not make purchases from Structube going forward because their business model doesn’t made sense to me in my opinion.

Bought a sofa from them, and broke one of its legs a little over a year later (after warranty expired). I reached out to them during COVID lock-down to get a replacement leg. I was told that the sofa is discontinued and that they don't have any spare parts. I had given up all hope. However, as soon as they were allowed to open shops, I got a pleasant surprise, when they called me confirming that they've been able to find a spare at another location and that they are going to get it shipped over for me, and that too - for free. Loved the focus on customer service!

Amazing experience at the Burloak Structube! We have never really received good service at other Structube locations but this location was amazing when it came to taking care of their customers. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted and acknowledged. They offered their assistance throughout, were cheerful and super helpful. This was consistent amongst the associates and the manager working. We ended up putting through an order for a number of items and looking forward to our delivery!

I had the pleasure of working with Danish and Olivia at the Oakville location. I can't say enough about the high level of customer service and professionalism I received from both of them. Danish is one of the managers and was able to help me with a sofa I was in desperate need of on a certain date. He jumped through hoops to help me. Olivia is a designer who patiently worked with me and brought my vision to life. Thank you!!! My fav Structube location hands down.

Bought a number of EIFFEL chairs in 2017 for dining and casual seating. This winter, a leg broke on an armchair EIFFEL. I emailed Structube service about how to purchase a replacement leg. They replied within 2 or 3 days and said they'd replace at no cost. I could pick up for free at the Oakville store or pay delivery to home. I chose delivery, it arrived on time and surprisingly as the whole undercarriage. This was a great customer service experience.

Structube has awful customer service and abysmal shipping policies. My order was missing multiple items and one cabinet had a 4 inch hole punched in the back of it. Instead of re-delivering my actual order, Structube put in a "request" to ship my order sometime in the next 6-8 weeks. Fortunately Visa has excellent consumer protection or I would be out hundreds of dollars. Their prices may be enticing but they will take advantage of you at every turn.

I like Structube in general. Good prices, good quality stuff. This store is laid out very well. The staff is very helpful. I would give it 5 stars if there was more variety when you go in to the store. I find it hard to find new pieces after going back two months later. They aren't prominently featuring new pieces that I see, so it kind of feels like the same stuff every time I go in. The stuff is nice though, would just like to see more.

I have bought several pieces of furniture at Structube and they all look great. For the most part, they have all been quite easy to assemble with the exception of the Houston dinning room chairs. After having several issues trying to do it on my own, I reached out to the staff and they were amazing with helping me out. They would have replaced the chairs but with their help it wasn't needed. So happy with the customer service!

You can find stylish furniture with a reasonable price here. But the real issue is most of them are always on backorder; sometime until 4-5 months later. And they always get pushed back. The associates in this location are very helpful and they help you find what you're looking for. They offer help and if you ask them to locate what you're looking for, they help you with it.

So frustrated and disappointed with my recent purchase of the Melina teak sideboard. From step 1 the pieces either didn't fit properly or weren't aligned - leaving my husband and I fiddling for hours trying to set this thing up only to have it look shotty with misaligned front doors. A problem we've never had from Ikea. This product was a waste of time and money.

I love shopping at structube but had a miserable customer service experience at their Oakville store. I had to pick up a painting at this location. Christopher was the staff member with a pathetic attitude and zero customer service etiquettes. I will never go back to this store again. Store management should evaluate their staff training and customer mannerism.

Store is nice. Was looking to get a feel for the quality of their items, which seem very good for the prices. Good sale items too. Would have been better if ANY of the staff had acknowledged I was in the store!! Need more friendly people. Not like the place was busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Will likely order online but at least I know what I'd be getting.

Christie at this store is very helpful and she is the only reason I ordered something from this store. The manager, Chris, is very rude and does not know how to speak with customers. Customer service training is definitely required here. I'm surprised that the Corporate office is allowing someone like this to train employees and manage a store.

A fantastic store! I had a great experience at the Burloak location, very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to find specific items for me without seeming annoyed. Loved the positive and friendly experience. Oh and the prices are amazing too. I got two area rugs for my bedroom and two large throw pillows for $98 with tax.

Jessica is an exceptional representative. She takes great care of her clients all the way. I had wanted the sarla dining table for a while with false promises being made by associates and not being fulfilled. It wasn’t the same with Jessica. She explained everything and also delivered on her promise. I am happy and will be back soon.

Staff was just ok, kind of made me not want to buy as they were reluctant to help and any answers felt made up on the spot and not as if they knew much about their product. I'm glad I went in because the furntirue looks much better online ... In person you get a better feel and see the quality isn't that great on many items.

I ordered chairs from Structube on December 7. The chairs were supposed to come in stock on Jan 8. When i didn’t hear from them, I wrote to customer care and they say they’ll now come end of March. When I asked why, they didn’t respond. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Please don’t but from this company.

Went to the showroom at 8:15pm on a Friday (today), the store closing time is 9pm. Four-five staff looked at us, no greetings, no glance, no one came to ask if we needed any help, we roamed around the store, we left, their internal chatting continued. Will I ever go back to this outlet? The answer is an easy guess.

It was a pleasure dealing with her. The store has a bigger variety that other smaller locations and is well displayed in harmony.

There's a good variety of designs in-store, but you can always find more going directly to their website. You can order online which is very convenient, and they will deliver the furniture to your home.

Julia from this shop is amazing. Helped us and educated us on what we need for our new house. The quality of the rugs is amazing for the prices! We bought a rug and an office chair as well as two cushions on this visit. Can see ourselves coming back more often in the future.
