Great, friendly customer service and food is always fresh, ready and hot. Lots of amazing choices of baguettes, salads, sandwiches and wraps, plus tons of hot breaky and lunch options. Drive thru is always flowing and totally beats Macca's for breaky!!! I'll definitely be bringing my family and friends for regular visits. Great coffee, great toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be coming back here. Update: I came back and was totally in awe. Had the scotch Philly cheese toasty. If you only have one toasty in your life make it this one. Magnificent. Coffee still spectacular. Update 2: have been back a couple of times now. I have had the double chin burger and the bacon and chicken burger (can not remember it's name). Out of this world. Coffee still spectacular.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, the women there are so rude. Food prices change every time I go in there. And the quality of the food is always hit or miss. Where would I be without my Big Daddy Mocha, honestly all coffee places should have coffee that size. Food is always delicious and good quality. Staff are always really nice. Oh and the drive thru is amazing, especially for people with social anxiety issues such as myself.

We placed a work lunch order online last week from Coffee Cat and the whole process was easy from order to pick up. Food was hot and packaged really well in burger boxes so nothing gets squashed. I had the Mother Clucker, it was delicious and t tried a co-workers onion rings, best I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

This customer service is outstanding and the food is just as great. I drive out of my way to get my breakfast from here. The lady who served me today actually suggested alternatives when the item I wanted wasn't available. She was so kind for 6am & extremely helpful.

It's very unusual for a cafe that serves coffee this good to be located smack in the middle of the industrial zone. If you're across the princess highway and want a hangout with lots of natural light and devoid of the crowd, come here. I'm not too sure about any dine in menu. I suspect there is one. +1 for drive through coffee. Bye bye Maccas.

Simply the Best! Hidden gem. Imaginative food, lovely ladies. Such a fun, positive environment. Love it. I go out of my way, past other cafes, to get to this one on my way to work. I recommend the spicy bacon and egg for breakfast or the "Hit me with your best shallot" burger for lunch.

Just had the Coffee Cat Deluxe Burger with a side of Lemon Myrtle fries and WOW, bloody amazing! The cafe interiors were really trendy and I was impressed by their friendly and helpful staff. Great place for great food if you are in Pakenham.

Pretty odd location but that doesn't stop these guys, good food, great coffee and lovely staff. The trifecta!
