Every aspect of service at this place is sensational. The front desk staff - Maddie & Romily - are friendly, efficient and courteous. They know my name, my kids names, and they’re familiar with my history. The Business manager, Rebekah, can answer every query without the need to consult files or other staff. You can’t help but be in awe of the professionalism. But it is the dental team that truly make this a wonderful place. Today I had two crowns done at once by Ian Brannaghan. I could not imagine better service. He explained every aspect of the process, told me what was happening and how it was going, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The dental assistant, Simon, worked with Ian in perfect harmony. Simon seemed to anticipate every request like a mind reader. I briefly considered getting another quote for my dental work but the old saying “you get what you pay for” holds true. This is Rolls Royce service at very competitive rates. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly recommend the people at Collins Dental Image for their professionalism, care and compassionate approach, from the reception desk through to the treatment rooms. The dentists who have looked after me combine excellent technical skills and people skills. They always explain what options I have for my dental care in general and, during procedures, make sure I know what is going on. I always feel that I am in very safe hands and that I will be well looked after. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though I am currently living in northern Victoria.

This dental team is just amazing! Reception staff are highly professional and remember you and your family after only one visit. Dr Lesley Brown is a highly skilled and gentle dentist and helped expedite an urgent specialist referral when I needed it. Peta and Brodie are wonderful therapists. My first line says they are a team and they are, in every sense of the word. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I’ve been going to Collins Dental Image for years and will never go anywhere else. There is a personal touch here that you just don’t get anywhere else. Whether it be dental, orthodontics, hygiene etc, they have all bases covered. Their knowledge is second to none and the staff are simply brilliant. Take the trip into the city and see for yourself. Went here for a check up and was an all round great experience. Welcoming front desk staff who are caring and courteous, especially Romily who was very helpful in booking me ongoing appointments. A great dentist practice with friendly, helpful staff at the front desk, skilled dentists who do a fabulous job of explaining what is needed and getting it done and finally, Carli, the very best hygienist I've been to.
