They were very accommodating as i had to call last minute for an appointment to be rescheduled/canceled because ride did not show! No bad energy! Honestly everyone was beyond immaculate and was sad to leave and not talk to them anymore! Definitely come they explain things where you understand and amazing energy here!!! Excellent experience with my first two visits. Dr. Dan and his staff were welcoming and clearly are invested in the specialized work they do. You're pleasantly greeted when you check in, your wait time is minimal. Dr. Dan ensures to keep you comfortable, informed and educated throughout the process. As to setting up future appointments it's very easy. They have text message reminders, appointment making and rescheduling if needed through text, email or phone. The staff took their time to address and answer all of my questions and concerns. It was an extremely clean and modern office with high-tech equipment. Lastly but by no means least, the "doctors " are top notch. They know their profession and are true artists at their craft. I WAS scared of going to the dentist my whole life & this was my first time in 21 years going to the dentist without my mom lol until I came here !!! The staff is amazing , talks throughout the process and explains everything !!!! I literally can’t think you all enough for being so nice and treating me kindly as I’ve never been treated nice at a dentist. JENNIFER OSEI- FOSU amazing and so kind !!! And her assistant I feel so bad for not remembering his name but he was so kind and talked with me and made me feel comfortable and it calmed my nerves down soo much! I went in with 4 broken teeth that needed extracted , I absolutely hate having dental work done. I’ve had some really bad experiences at other dental offices and I am a huge baby about tooth pain. First off my dental assistant was such a great girl and she definitely pays attention to detail. My dentist was absolutely amazing, wonderful bedside manner and very personable. He definitely cared about getting me the best care possible listening to my concerns. When it was time to do the extractions he did it so fast and with no complications. This has been the best dental care I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this location.

Dr.Dan must've been having a bad day along with the crew in the inside at the front. The guy with the dress was nice even though I was already irritated by the trash service at the front. Dr Dan Not polite , very loud to upon discussing your personal issues and could explain to me the level of pain the shot was gonna be and made it seem like I was the problem for asking if it was gonna hurt lol. What a joke Thankfully I was able to get in the next at my usual spot. Just take your money else where unless your okay with being treated as if they're paying you.

Comfort Dental was great! They got me in in just two days when some places can’t get you in for months and when I was running 15 mins late for the appointment I called and let them know in case I needed to reschedule but they understood and still took me in for the exam and still had time to fill my cavity that day so I didn’t have to make another appointment. The dentist (I forget her name unfortunately) and her assistant were also very pleasant and good about answering my questions and explaining to me the process. I highly recommend!

Dentist appointment was quick and straight to the point. Very thorough and well explained of options I have moving forward. Update: Went for three visits for extractions, fillings and cleaning. I am very impressed with the results. I thought my teeth were a lost cause but I see hope and I am not afraid to smile again. I can get most of my dental needs all in one sitting. Great work! Such a great experience here! Easy booking, not too far out (even for a new patient), always answer the phone and send text reminders. The whole staff is so friendly and obviously care about patient experience. Dr. Osei-Fosu was very patient and attentive with all my questions and concerns and I felt very confident in her treatment plan. Bianca showed so much attention to detail in my cleaning and making sure my bite was aligned after my fillings. Can't recommend highly enough!

The office is bright and sunny, clean, and the reception staff is friendly, and very efficient. Dr. Dan if incredibly friendly, and very personable. As he went from patient to patient in the open sunny exam area, he could be heard providing concise assessments, and treatment options. I was directed to a facial surgeon, and periodontist, and I feel very *comfortable* indeed saying Comfort Dental Midtown is a wonderful choice for a safe, friendly, and competent care provider.

This is the most professional dentist office I have ever been to. Highly competent, respectful, knowledgeable, and the wait wasn’t long at all which typically doesn’t happen at many dentist offices. Got me into an appointment as quickly as I needed, and were able to give me an assessment and referral to an oral surgeon, before coming back to them for follow up work and care. I've only been the one time, but they were professional and kind, and seemed to listen to what I wanted for the most part. They definitely made suggestions against what I want to do for my teeth, but I know that is their job. I think they are very helpful overall.

This is the best dentistry around. Dr. Osei is amazing and she goes above and beyond. She's honest and will work with you. The team here is wonderful. They are always smiling and treat you with great respect. They make going to the dentist a breeze. They are quick and good at what they do. My husband has been going to a different comfort dental for years and he even switched to this office after he saw how great this place did.

Once I walked into the office I was told that my insurance didn’t cover my crowns. I asked why no one called and was ignored. Once in the back with Dr Daniel I was told that he no longer feel comfortable doing any dental work on me because he didn’t like my attitude and I’m obviously going to another dentist for a cleaning “which my school provides free cleanings” I definitely feel as if I was discriminated against

I'm never coming back to this place again. My 1st appt, they first cleaned my teeth followed by filling 2 cavities. Prior to my visit, I had no sensitivity to cold beverages, food. Several hours after my appt when the swelling and numbness was gone, I drank cold water and suddenly am sensitive to cold!! A few weeks later I came back to have them fix it. I've been in the waiting room for over an hour.

New in this town and by far I highly recommend this private practice!! Dr. Osei is very professional and thorough with making my treatment pain free. She is hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. I also really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the comprehensive exams and cleaning. Looking forward to my next visit soon. My fears and worries with dental care have thus far been eased.

The first nurse bedside manner was horrible. I have really bad anxiety and freak out easily. I was upfront about the fear. None of that was considered. She was short and irritated. I dont even wanna go back to finish my treatment plan. Otherwise the work done was fine. My teeth looked better and pain went away by next morning. But the memory of now I was treated was not cool.

Great experience getting 2 teeth extracted. Receptionists are kind and polite. Wes was the best part of the experience, he made me feel comfortable by answering any questions and even offering recommendations of his own. Exceptionally kind and great service. Dr.Dan took generous time to go over my xrays and explain my options. The hygienist was always considerate and gentle. When I had to come back and have my temp crown re-adhered, I was in and out in under 30 minutes at no charge and treated just as considerately and promptly. Highly recommend them for a GREAT value!

I found Dr. Osei from searching through my insurances’ glossary with a filter for gentle care- I have horrible dental anxiety. Everyone in the office is kind, understanding, and seem to genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Dan is great! I had to have a tooth extracted because of a severe cavity and he was very good about educating me on the pros/cons of having it done beforehand. On the day of the procedure he was great too and it went much easier than expected. Made an uncomfortable situation as good as it could be. Thankful to no longer be in pain.
