First visit was xrays and exam. I had a horrible experience a few years ago with a different dentist that landed me in the ER with a bruised and swollen face and permanent facial droop. Needless to say, I have very bad dental anxiety now. The dental hygienist at Dr. Sutton's office was amazing. I wasn't thrilled with the female dentist (forgot name). Seemed a bit curt. I came doen with COVID for my next crown appt. So cancelled. Then, I had a sinusitis secondary to COVID and needed to go to urgent care for treatment. Cancelled again. They had made me pay $300 up front prior to making the crown replacement appt. Fine, no problem. They charged me $298 cancelation fee and told me I would now have to pay the WHOLE crown fee before making another appt. Charge for work that isn't done? $298 cancelation? I don't have an extra $300 to pay for absolutely nothing! This way they get to keep the $300 and don't care if I go along my merry way. What a sham! So, yes, now I have even more dentist anxiety and am out $300! I cried for an hour over this because now I have to start over and am screwed out of $300! So basically a crown that should cost $600 will cost me $900! Nope, I will eat the $300. Shame on them! A healthcare worker whom has worked through the pandemic and this is the first time contracting COVID and punished for it with them. I am contacting the insurance company to see if this i deed legal. It is definitely not ethical!

Dr. Sutton is FANTASTIC!!! Everyone in the office is kind, friendly, and so accommodating! I requested an appointment change just for convenience purposes and they said they’d let me know if anything opened up...within an hour, I got a call and they had an opening which was such a relief! Every hygienist I’ve had in my two years there has been wonderful - very thorough, and gave me great feedback. Dr. Sutton is the best - I saw him outside of the office and had a question that he took time (during his personal time) to answer! What I thought would be a quick thing took a little longer than expected but he was happy to help. He genuinely cares about his patients, his bedside manor will put any patient at ease. Parking is easy, and the office itself is so well appointed, everything is clean and updated which makes for a wonderful atmosphere! I highly recommend Dr. Sutton!

I've been going to this Dentist office for about a year and a half now & I absolutely love it ! I used to drive past the office everyday on my way to work and school and decided to do my research because I was looking for a new Dentist Home. I'm so glad I made the decision to choose Dr. Sutton & the amazing team he has working in the office as well! They always take good care of me & their customer service is amazing ! I've never felt like I was treated any different than any other patient. Meaning, I get the same treatment and respect as everyone else whom walks through the door & I love it ! Definitely would recommend becoming a patient here ! I also love how the entire office is up to date with technology. I think it's really cool & sets the office apart from others!

I've gone here for years and have had nothing but stellar experiences. Friendly, personable and professional staff make the entire experience so positive - the opposite of the dread that I have felt in past regarding dentist offices. Dr. Sutton's staff really make the office just a welcoming place, and Dr. Sutton himself is great - doesn't waste time, but also spends as much time as necessary with the patients. I am moving out of country, and will really miss this office; they set the bar at a new high for me and will be hard to replace. I'll definitely be coming back if and when I move back to KC! I needed an urgent dental appointment and this office was able to see me immediately. I'm so glad I ended up here - everyone I encountered was so kind. Dr. Brancato and her assistant were incredibly helpful, supportive, and very understanding of my severe anxiety, which has unfortunately kept me from seeing a dentist for longer than I care to admit. They talked me through all of my options and really took the time to help me process all the possibilities even though I was an unexpected appointment and they had a lot going on. It meant so much to me. I will definitely be back for regular dental appointments!

This was such an awesome experience. It was my first time in, and I had completely got the date wrong. I felt awful about it, but they did everything to fit me in—all while being super nice and understanding. Haley is top-notch. It’s very clear she can do it all. She’s extremely smart, and you can just tell she’s passionate about her job. Dr. Amy is amazing. She was easy-going and found solutions that will help keep my teeth healthy for years to come. And she hummed while working! I loved that! I will be recommending this dentist to everyone. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

I had a great experience returning here as an adult. They’ve known me since I was a kid, so before my transition, and they have been very respectful about my name and pronoun changes. Ashton was amazing to talk to. She asked me my pronouns without prompt, and was very friendly throughout the session. I felt very welcomed and relaxed. We talked about pets and it was a great distraction. Her wonderful energy made me very calm. I will definitely be recommending this business to fellow LGBTQIA+ people, as I personally felt very safe and respected throughout my visits! Thank you!

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and honestly, they make getting your teeth cleaned quite a pleasant experience! They really make you feel cared for, it feels very personalized, they are upfront about preventative care, and everyone is really and truly lovely. I’ve recommended this place to all my coworkers and they have since become clients as well - they all agree that going to Dr Sutton’s office makes you smile … ok that was cheesy and no pun intended lol. But really - never had a bad experience here. Highly highly recommend.

Long story short, they were incredible. I was in so much tooth pain, and this office was the only dentist in the area that had an opening. Turns out, it was the best decision I've made all year. Dr. Amy and every single member of the staff, from the nurses to the clerks, made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and the whole process of my root canal and crown were done so professionally and swiftly that it felt like I was barely there. Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been too! They are so friendly and and put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. I usually have high anxiety going to the dentist and actual enjoy my six month check ups. Everyone there bends over backwards to be welcoming and kind! They want you to be apart of your dental care and work with you to make sure you teeth are healthy. I was recommended by a friend and now I tell everyone to go there if you are looking for a dentist!

I had my first visit at this office and I was so impressed and taken back by how wonderful all of the staff was! They were not only very professional, but so personable and made me feel at home! It had been a while since my last dental visit and I was nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and like I am not just a patient to them, I could tell they genuinely care about my dental care. Today was my first day into see a dentist in over six years! I'm not proud of that but it is what it is. The entire team at Dr. Sutton's office could not have been friendlier or more helpful and kind. They got me in almost a week early and took great care with me, making me feel like I've always been a patient there. Dr. Sutton is kind and direct, gives plenty of time for questions and has a warm, friendly demeanor. I am very happy to have him as my new dentist .

Great experience all around. As a new patient they still got me an appointment only 2 days after I called. Very friendly staff and nice facility/equipment. Dr Sutton and his staff provided exceptional care, were very engaging, and took the time to explain their findings in detail. After my appointment they were able to schedule me back in the very same week to have the recommended procedures done. Will definitely return for all future dental needs.

I have been a patient at Sutton dentistry for two years now, & absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and when you walk in it's like seeing an old friend again. Dr. Brancato and her staff have been extremely thorough and helpful during all my visits. I can’t say enough good things about all the people who work here. It is never easy going to the dentist but they make each time an enjoyable experience while also providing the absolute best care.
