Complete Care Veterinary Center is the first Vet on Staten Island that I have been pleased with. I have lived on the Island for 11 years and would still take my pets back to Queens for their care. I would try Vets on the Island but I was always very disappointed. I had used Complete Care a few times in an emergency, but still remained with my Vet in Queens. That changed last year when I had an emergency with my 15 year old cat Silvio. Dr. SanGiorgio really heard me when I expressed my concerns about my old Boy. Together we decided on a less aggressive treatment and Silvio recovered beautifully! It was after this experience that I decided to make Complete Care my primary Vet. I have had interactions with the other two Vets who work in the practice both are skilled, competent, and compassionate. I have never had any surprises with bills, the staff explains and gives you an estimate. I recently had my 12 yr old dog operated on and I was concerned that she was not recovering well. Dr. Lucas was kind and patient with me as I expressed my concerns. Together we decided to change Molly's treatment a little, thank God that was the charm. Molly is doing wonderful! One last thing, I was very impressed with the fact that Dr. Lucas personally called me before she left for vacation to check on Molly one last time. I appreciated that kindness so much, because I was so worried about my little girl.

I would never dream of taking my Maltese to anyone other than Dr. Sangiorgio. Dr. Sangiorgio has the expertise to get it done right the first time! Over the summer, I took my baby in as a result of limping and hopping. Dr. Sangiorgio diagnosed her as having a torn meniscus and ACL. Needless to say I was a complete WRECK! Dr. Sangiorgio took the time to address every single question and concern that I had (and trust me, there were many!) He spent a countless amount of time reassuring me and guiding me every step of the way. Needless to say, the surgery was a great success! My little Chloe has never jumped as high or ran as fast! Dr. Sangiorgio's personal touch, expertise and sense of humor speaks volumes for the care, love and compassion he has for his fury patients and their families! Just today, I brought my little Chloe in for a minor surgical procedure. Dr. Sangiorgio's shift did not start until 4pm, however, he came in at 8am to carry out this procedure for me! In addition, he followed up with a mid morning phone call to let me know my little Chloe was doing just fine! This is truly unprecedented! Dr. Sangiorgio is truly stellar. He has shown nothing less than professionalism and percision in his veterinary practice. I would reccommend his services to all of my pampered pooch pals! He is passionate about what he does and his compassion and loyalty truly shines!

Called earlier today hoping to get a same-day appointment for my dog after he had been sick last night and was SO fortunate to get one! My family and I have been going to Dr. Sangiorgio for years - his interventions helped our family dog live 8 happy healthy years after being diagnosed with cancer - so I trust them with my little guy. I was initially trepidatious when I learned that Dr. Rodriguez was tasked with finding out what's wrong with my pup, as we haven't met with him before. He was FANTASTIC. I knew my guy was in good hands (being that I couldn't go in with him due to COVID). He came out to my car and talked to me with genuine interest and concern about my dogs myriad of symptoms, gave suggestions for prevention that in the form of medication and natural substitutes while putting my mind at ease. He had the attitude of "I don't know for sure what's going on, but here's what we're going to do to figure it out". I'm so impressed and thankful for Dr. Rodriguez's care - expect nothing less from those working with Sangiorgio! Also - those vet techs? THOSE VET TECHS?! They're fantastic! Made my very nervous pup comfortable with their patience and gentle touch. Sometimes I think the staff here cares more about my pup than I do! (Which is impossible, obviously...) I must say this is the worst place to bring your pet. I went through the most terrible experience in my life. My dog was very ill and I had brought my dog here since it was the only place opened and all they kept doing was taking my fathers money. They kept running tests and giving my dog dosage of medication claiming that she was sick, possibly infected but had absolutely no idea why. The first dr told us that my dog was negative for lime disease. Now tell me why later on that night the next dr on shift tells us that she does and may have Lypto so I had to wear gloves. This was ridiculous because the morning I decided to discharge my dog suddenly didn't have lime disease when I saw the next dr on shift once I had asked her. As you can see everyone is very unorganized. Once I discharged my dog and get a second opinion from Dr V on forest avenue why was he able to tell me what was wrong with my dog in 5 minutes? After my dog was at this place for 2 1/2 days? These people are brutal and put their money before the animals. It's all about business. It's so unfair because due to the fact that they took too long I had to put my dog to sleep because the infection had hit her bloodstream. My dog was my best friend and these people didn't care at all. This isn't fair and I do NOT recommend them AT ALL.

Took my cat oreo here for the first time, I was told the exam would be free of charge. The receptionist still charged my card $65.00 for the exam fee after confirming with the Doctor that i was a first time client. I'm still waiting for the refund to be returned to my card. Doctor Lukas failed to diagnose my cat with an ear infection or to check his ears completely because there is wax build up and other symptoms.When he shakes his head fluid comes out of his ear. Instead she tells me he may have a heart murmur. I was told Dr. Lukas would return my call the next day, in regards to my concerns. The receptionist have not been helpful in relaying the message. I waited all morning up until closing time of 3pm called to confirm she would return my call, She DID NOT call me back. I won't be bringing my cat here again for a follow up. I'd rather take him to a Doctor who knows what they are doing instead of misdiagnosing the pet which leads will lead to further complications. This is very upsetting given the fact that pets become ill quickly when you do not catch the infection early on. In these pictures you can clearly see the ear wax within his ear and a white substance further into his ear canal. But yet he has no ear infection according to Doctor Lukas !!!!!!!!!!!

I had been going to Dr V on forest ave for years, but I have been getting my 14yr old groomed at Complete Care with Carolyn the groomer, who by the way is the best groomer anywhere! As the years go by Dr V was becoming more and more expensive. Most people put up with the long waits and smells because of price, but since the prices have gone up, I decided to try Complete Care. My first appointment went great and I met with Dr Eskansi. Came back for a follow up with Dr, Lisa Lucas and I cannot say enough great things about her and the office itself. Dr Lucas is so knowledgeable, caring, gentle and kind. The office is spotless and you rarely have to wait at all past your appointment time. Meds are competitively priced and services are priced accurately. I am so pleased I found them and really wish I would have used them sooner, but since my baby is now a senior I am very happy that I found them. I would recommend this vet group to anyone looking for a clean, well organized, caring, vet group.

Excellent job Dr Lucas! Our dog Fiona (Fifi) would like to commend you for helping her pass a residual eyeglass cloth through her digestive tract...she mistakenly ate. Thanks to your professional veterinary and overall diagnostic skills Fifi was able to pass everything without ever having surgery...Dr. Lucas's xrays were very useful in monitoring fecal movement and residual cloth...needless to say Fifi within days was as healthy as a horse...after a course of flagyl...this antibiotic and anti inflammatory medication for her intestines sped up my dog's recovery....a wonder drug for Fifi...led to no bowl irritation and quickly led to lots of healthy elimination...in addition Dr. Lucas did an excellent job with lightly sedating Fifi and scaling each and every tooth in her mouth.....our dog's teeth sparkling white...here's to Dr. Lucas for doing another outstanding impeccable job for our precious dog....love Fiona (Fifi) woof!...Stacy and Nicholas...ps see you in July for our checkup

Dr. Lucas is highly knowledgeable and competent veterinarian. She is wonderful and so kind to Fiona (Fifi) ...my Australian Shepherd Miniature....every physical she has given Fiona has always been extremely thorough. Poor Fiona gained a lot of weight over holidays...Dr. Lucas was very frank about Fiona being served smaller portions.....we are working on it.....Fiona has never yelped when Dr. Lucas gives her shots....She always takes time to become reacquainted with my dog before any examination. On another occasion Fiona was up and around within 24 hours after Dr. Lucas operated on her...dog made rapid recovery. Dr. Lucas also treated my Pomeranian Charlie....who lived to be 16 years old. I have been going to CompleteCare Veterinary for many years. I want to give this place five stars for the phenomenal Dr. Rodriguez but I'm finding it hard to do that due to their front desk staff. There is a very kind gentleman who sometimes works reception, he's always been fantastic. But I've called several times throughout the day today and never got an answer. This isn't my first time calling multiple times a day at different hours and still not getting reception. I've been inside the office recently and I had to listen to a receptionist carry on a very unprofessional conversation with a relative while she complained there were too many people on the other line. My partner and I were shocked as he has also experienced difficulty in contacting the office. I love this Vet clinic and the staff has always been delightful, but as we have pets with chronic illnesses it is super important to us that we can actually get in with the vet asap. Thats hard when no one even answers the phone :(

I am leaving this review to hopefully help anyone who is thinking of taking their pet here. I toke my pet cat here to get her checked out because we were worried about her. They toke exams on her and told us she had asthma. They ended up giving her a shot of corticosteroids to help her. When we got home she started to act weird she wasn’t able to walk nor stand. She refused to eat or drink. She then had diarrhea. Furthermore, she was in a horrible state. After 2 days we toke her to the emergency vet where she was pronounced dead. We called back this vet to see what could have caused her to die. They ended up telling us that she probably had a heart disease that they couldn’t detect. After all the test they charged a lot for they  somehow weren’t able to diagnose her right. I am begging you please to read the reviews on the vets your ever trying to take your pet to cause I wouldn’t want something like this to happen to you.

I have been going to this veterinary practice for a very long time and would not go anywhere else. Dr. Sangorgio is the head of this place and was the 1st Doc I got to see when I 1st went. And should not be judged by anything other than his reputable care for animals. .He is knowledgeable and honest. I've seen many vets come and go here. I can guess the woman vet who is being called out on these posts. She doesn't represent this practice which is at its core caring, animal respecting and trustworthy. I had to post myself after reading them. The positives far outweigh any negatives at this vet. For the first time I see how harmful it is judging a business without having enough factual experiences at with them. My personal experience at this vet has me taking my furry loved ones ONLY to them for many years now and many years to come.

Dr Sangeorgio no longer owns this practice and the women who arrogantly stated she was the office supervisor made that very clear to me as if they do not like the man who built the practice from the ground up. She was extremely rude to me for absolutely NO reason. The reception was rude and lacked any understanding nor compassion. Didnt even fake to care. I felt like I was in highschool again. Why? The practice has gone downhill from here. Major. Reception is at utmost 5 stars for being unprofessional, horrible and disgusting to say the least. They talk to you as if they own the place and sound like snobs who know nothing about customer service. Time to find another practice for my pup. I do not recommend this practice anymore. No way. They should have experienced, compassionate staff handling reception.

I had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday and i accidentally came a day early in the rain in an uber.. i was so upset as i thought they were wrong but come to find out i was. I apologized and had no choice but to leave. However while waiting for my uber someone came back out and informed me that the person scheduled for that time slot did not arrive so if i wanted i could take it as they knew i took an uber.. i cancelled my uber so fast! I was more than happy and appreative they did that for me! I also had my son with me. And they took good care of my dog. I hate that he pooped inside lol but of course i cleaned it up. They gave me all meds and a shampoo and they worked. Even called to follow up with me to make sure im seeing results. They were soo nice. Definitely will return.

I would love to share my thoughts and experiences about Complete Care Veterinarian. My experience has been exceptional . I have been going to Dr.San Giorgio for over 20 years. I trust him and think he is very honest even in times where I had to make tough decisions. I find his prices very fair with meds and visits. Dr San Giorgio saved two of my dogs that were in critical condition I will be forever thankful. My tough decisions even though sad, he didn't want to charge me extra to keep my dog alive to suffer to make money. My Buddy who was severely abused and is a bitter gets his grooming done under anesthesia because he can't be trusted. I love Dr San Giorgio and has always pointed me in the right direction . I know he's there to make the right decision for my dog and Cat.

Dr.Rodriguez is so caring and thorough with his exams and really listens to every concern of the client no matter how small or big. I know Bailey is always in great hands. Dr lukas always makes sure Bailey is in the best health and cares about her as if she was her very own pet. I couldn’t ask for more and dr sangiorgio is amazing having a doctor with so much compassion and experience is hard to find. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful they take such great care of Bailey I couldn’t ask for more. Lou in reception is amazing he answers every question and helps as much as he can and when he was a technician he made Bailey feel so comfortable I always felt she was in safe hands with him. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone with a pet.

STAY AWAY...NOTHING BUT FRAUD. I would give them zero if I could. I had extensive dentals done by them on 2 different cats. Bill cost me over $3k and cats still had unresolved dental issues. When I asked for copy of the xrays taken for a second opinion I was told they no longer had them and were not able to retrieve from the cloud. So to be compensated for this neglect and possible fraud they offered to reimburse me for the Xrays taken. Would you believe they sent me a check for $68 for xrays taken on 2 diferrent cats!!! Now we all know dental xrays for 2 cats is no where in the range of $68, especially when I paid them over $3k. I suspect they didnt actually do the work they claim they did and charged me for which is why my cats xrays suddenly went missing.

If I could give no stars I would. I watched a tiny Chihuahua get hit by a car close to this vets office. The dog, most likely in a state of shock, was still walking, but with a bad limp and bruises all over. One of its nails was hanging off. The dogs owner was no where in site, so we took this dog straight to Complete Care Veterinary Center. This place refused to help this poor baby. Said we would have to pay the bill. I asked what they expected us to do with this suffering dog and they simply replied that it wasn't their problem. So they would rather this poor dog die of its injuries, then help out. They said it was illegal for them to help. Funny because Greater Staten Island Vet Services took the dog, no questions asked. This place only cares about money.

Our dog (75lb pit) tore his CCL. We were referred to Complete Care, Dr. SanGiorgio by our neighbor who had the same issue with their larger dog and the outcome was wonderful. Dr. SanGiorgio is extremely patient and took the time to explain what the issue was, how he planned to correct the tear and the potential price (which was quite reasonable compared to what we expected). The day of the surgery was stress-free and quicker than expected. Our dog was treated with love and care from the minute he walked in. I also want to send a special thanks to the vet staff, especially Lou who kept us calm and gave so much love to our big baby. I highly recommend this veterinary center.

I went to accompany a friend putting to dog to sleep a old dog.What a wonderful vet! so compassionate and caring . Unfortunately there was so magic bullet to help her ,she couldn't stand by herself anymore. She wasn't eating or drinking either, the vet said he could give her a shot to rehydrate her but would only be for a day because her organs were shutting down . And she looked so sick and was in pain... so it was decided after much talking to put her down. After much time spent kissing her and telling her how she'd be missed.she was given the shot. What nice people he had helping him.Job well done!!! And I forgot to say we had never been there before....

Horrible customer service in the grooming department. Unfortunately every time I’ve set an appointment for my dog to be groomed they confirm and then cancel on me last minute. Their groomer is never consistent. It’s always an excuse. When they call to cancel they never have an appointment ready to reschedule because they are not sure when the groomer will return . I was told by their employee to take my dog to PetSmart for grooming; problem is they are always canceling at the last minute which doesn’t give you a enough time to schedule an appointment with another groomer. They have done this to me 4 times within the past 6 months.

A cat showed up in my back yard looking exactly like my deceased cat Bella. I cared for her for 3 months and finally was able to get her in my house. I called CompleteCare. I heard so many good things about them. I wanted to go to them so bad. They gave her the care she needed as a stray. I named her Pretty. Today she was spayed and I couldnt be happier. All the girls in the office are wonderful. Lou was caring and professional. And Dr. Sangiorio was so nice. He and his staff took such good care of her. Under the circumstances we are faced with today they handled their clients and their pets with the utmost safety. Im so happy.

I cannot say enough about the first-class staff at Complete Care . Dr. San Giorgio is amazing - caring, honest , and extremely knowledgeable. My dog was a patient for all of her 14 years . From her severe skin allergies , to simple routine care, the doctors were always there to help in any way & provide top-notch care. And sadly, just tonight , with the help of Dr. SanGiorgio , a very difficult decision to put her to sleep was done with gentle , peaceful dignity for my sweet dog & our family. I highly recommend Complete Care & Dr. SanGiorgio & thank them for years of caring for our special girl .

My yorkie has been a patient of Dr Lukas at Complete Care for years! We had brought home another yorkie 4 years ago and she is also a patient of Dr Lukas. We do not live near by anymore and it took awhile for us to trust another vet for even routine visits, but eventually we had to because we live too far. We actually still go see Dr Lukas for important visits, such as their dental cleanings. She truly cares about her patients and she knows our dogs history so well! We will forever appreciate the care our dogs received from this amazing vet!!

Eclipse has been a patient at CompleteCare Veterinary Center for years and they have always taken care of my puppy. Eclipse is not one the friendliest of dogs and since I am out of the country for work, I was extremely nervous about his appointment. I couldn’t be there physically with Eclipse but Dr. Sangorgio and the technician Adonde took excellent care of him and was able to update me via Facetime. Thank you for always taking care of my pup but especially this time since I couldn’t be there. Forever grateful and absolutely recommend!

Best vet I've been to. Dr. Lucas and the staff are excellent at keeping the visitation calm if the owner is stressed. They personally have pets & show how much they understand each situation. My dog had a gum abscess I had to address with antibiotics. Being broke, I couldn't afford her procedure, but they checked in with me & continued a plan that would keep my dog safe while waiting for the surgery. Pricing is reasonable, but also excellent for these professionals. My #1 vet recommendation. Now my GSD Lana is thriving & happy!

my persian cat, sassy, broke her foot back in september. i was scared to death that they would’ve had to take it. dr lucas most definitely saved my sassy’s paw. she told me it was gonna be a long road.. but only took a long, stressful few weeks, but she did it. they were very gentle with her, and gained her trust… i will only go to her now.. 10/10 recommend. she was very patient with me, i was scared to death. she assured me that everything was going to be ok, updated me on her paw & she was very thorough. thank you dr lucas.

Dr. Sangiorgio and his team at the CompleteCare Veterinary Center saved my dog Beverly's life. Beverly recently arrived at the hospital with very critical injuries and it was questionable whether she would survive. But after two major surgeries and six nights of care at the hospital, I am so happy to report that Beverly is home and making an amazing recovery. My family and I are so grateful for the surgical skills of Dr. Sangiorgio and his team and the excellent care Beverly received from all of the CompleteCare staff.

I love the fact that they are open late. The vets are really nice and good, the techs are good as well. There is a parking lot behind the building which helps since it is on a busy street. It is clean. My cat actually peed and pooped on the way and was covered with pee. They were nice enough to clean the cage as well as the cat. The only negative thing was that there is a wait time. I had an appointment at 1:30pm and was seen at 2pm. I would give 4.5 stars since they are really good otherwise.

What vet says that a cat wont allow a procedure to be done and it must be sedated and held overnight? That will be an extra 300 dollars please. All that needed to be done was shaving infected area and popping and lancing of a boil. Most vets can do this in less than 20 minutes. Shave, cut, lance treat, wrap, done. It's that simple. Makes a simple procedure look like something tedious and costing more money in the end. It's not about helping the animal, it's about that evil dollar.

I already bring my “Petey & Rocky” here to this clinic and the other day I rescued a dog that was tied up on the street, she is emaciated, dirty and scared; she is also friendly and sweet. Once we called and told them that we had a rescue they gave us an appointment that same morning. The information they provided to us was paramount. They made my husband and I feel like we made the right decision with taking this lovely girl and deciding to keep her. I love this place!!

Don't bring your cat to this location. I'm very disappointed by the mannerisms of the vet and her assistant. I thought people that worked at a veterinary center would be animal lovers however, we felt so unwelcomed and as if our kitten was a burden to them. After our kitten received 2 shots we were told they wouldn't administer the de-wormer because my kitten was upset with them so they gave us a broken syringe to administer it ourselves at home...... Never again

i recently brought my dog here to put him down seeing as our vet was closed for a couple days and we didn't want to watch him suffer any longer. i had never been here before and the way were treated was like no other vet has before, so much patience and kindness. my mother and i appreciated it so much, i'll be bringing my cat here from now on. thank you guys for treating us and our last moments with Waffles with so much kindness you have no idea how much it meant to us.

I will only bring my dog to this vet for all procedures and check ups. They are very professional and clean/organized. During Covid they made my dogs surgery super easy but coming to the vehicle with papers to fill out, the doctor himself would come out to see if you have any questions and explaining how the visit went. They always answer their office phone in a timely manner and are very responsive. Overall I would 10/10 recommend this office to bring your dog to.

I had 4 dogs all at once. One of my dogs ate poison and lived a normal life thanks to the Dr's at Complete Care Veterinary. They saved Her life. My last man standing is Willow, a Silky Terrier . Willow is 16 years old and just had 2 teeth pulled . He is doing great and healing well.The techs that handle my animals are trustworthy and have compassion on my animals. I will always bring my animals to Complete Veterinary Care the Dr's are great. Anna D'Antonio

Valerie grooms our standard poodle. It’s no easy job! Our Zara always looks beautiful, she loves Valerie and we know Zara is in good hands during her spa time! Valerie is an animal lover and it shows. She cares about your pet’s experience while with her. We highly recommend Valerie. Honestly, she’s the first groomer who has made us, and our dog, feel completely comfortable. And she knows her stuff! Her grooming skills are top notch.

My recent visit, it was discovered my cat is diabetic. Dr Rodriguez called me with the results and walked me through ordering insulin and syringes. He discussed different foods I would have to feed my cat. Never once did I feel our conversation was rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me. Once the insulin arrives, he will show me how to give it to my cat. Everyone in the office is very courteous and professional.

My pups have seen both Dr.Sangiorgio and Dr.Lukas. I won’t take my pups anywhere else! My big dog Sugar is a stubborn lazy hound mix and she absolutely loves Dr. Lukas. Dr.Lukas is both gentle and kind and she’s honest about what tests/procedures are absolutely necessary (which my wallet appreciates). Dr. Sangiorgio is incredibly knowledgeable and no matter what kind of emergency my pups need they always manage to squeeze us in.

We have four cats at home and have been taking all of them here for quite some time. The prices are good and so is the service. After two of our kitties had developed some issues we took them in and they saw Doctor Rodriguez. We have been blown away with how thorough, kind, and clear he as been about explaining the issues and recommending solutions. Definitely recommend this place, and especially Doctor Rodriguez.

My parents have used this vet for the dog I had growing up. Now that my own family decided to adopt a rescue pup we trust nobody but complete care veterinary center. In particular Dr San Giorgio! Great experience from the first time we brought our puppy there. Felt very comfortable handing her off to the friendly staff. Everyone there is warm and friendly. Highly recommend. There’s very little wait time at all.

For grooming not a good place. The groomer has been grooming for my dog for over a year and now all of a sudden she doesn’t want to because she has a heart condition. And then lies about the conversation on the phone. If you didn’t want to groom her you should have never made the appointment. If you were so worried about her you should have checked her records from the beginning and not use it as an excuse now.

Place is one Big RIP OFF....Never again. The staff stays outside smoking and throwing cigarette butts all over the place....imagine what these imbeciles do to your pets. Not a day goes by do I not see Dr. Sangiurjio smoking on a cig...I sure hope he gets lung carcinoma. Hopefully after this POS dies, a more caring and competent doctor will take over. Hopefully within 2 years this will occur.

I brought my 9 week old puppy for his first vet appointment. I was recommended to this office by my aunt. This place was amazing. I was worried about nit being able too be inside because of covid and they were very reassuring. The doctor sat on the phone with me and was soooo amazing. She answered all my questions and was very attentive. I cant wait to bring him back.

Love going to this vet it's my go-to vet especially with dr. John he takes care of my Bella girl very well due to the academic he was still able to see her and give her her shot outside pick up they came out to me and brought her back out to me Best Vet on Staten Island especially with dr. John he's very thorough thank you dr. John for always taking care of my Bella

We have been bringing our Milo here for years. This check up visit we found out he needed surgery for a sore on his mouth (lip). Surgery was done, and done so well we feel when the stitches are removed and it heals, it will hardly be noticeable. Thank you Dr. Lukas and staff for taking care of our Milo so well. He should still be able to do his selfies lol.

I have been going to Complete Care since the late 1980's and I would NEVER trust my pets to anyone else. The staff is very caring and professional and they work very hard. Over the years they have done overall maintenance and preventative care. They also helped me through my one of my cat's long battle with cancer. I heartily recommend them.

Complete care Veterinary Center are extremely professional and put an exceptional amount of energy and enthusiasm into caring for our pets. I have 3 cats and a dog and all my pets are well cared for. The Doctor is knowledgeable and gentle. I cant say enough of how happy I am even after getting the bill. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The front desk guy Lou was amazing!!! I told him how nervous I was and his presence immediately calmed me down. 5 stars to you Lou for everything you do!!!. The veterinarian was Dr. Sangiogio and I got the same treatment, he did LOLA'S procedure quick and took his time talking me through the whole thing. Great job guys!!! Amazing staff

Dr. Sangiorgio has always gone above and beyond for all of my Great Danes thru out the decades. He is a skilled surgeon and always has the answers for my toughest problems. I trust his abilities with my most precious Danes. I am continually in awe and gratitude each time I bring a difficult case to him. He is a true patron of animals.

My first visit to this place was amazing. The doctor is very personable and sweet. Lou, Dawn and Denise were very kind, professional and friendly. It was a very pleasant visit, my dog seemed very happy, and comfortable with the entire team, and we will most certainly be going back. We have found our new vet home for our baby!!!

Very caring.. I’ve been to a few Vet places on the island and this is the first place the vet actually got down to the floor instead of making me lift my 90lb dog on to a table to care for my dog. He also answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed… it really makes a huge difference.. Won’t be disappointed here..

I started seeing Dr. Sangiorgio 16 years ago when my very particular German Shepard refused to go to our then-regular vet. She liked Dr. Sangiorgio, and he took wonderful care of her. Over the past 16 years, he’s provided the absolute best care for our three dogs, 5 cats, and our ferret. We all highly recommend him.

Dr. Sangiorgio is a crook. Unlike most Veterinarians in the area, he runs a "business" first and a Veterinary clinic second. I live in Grymes Hill and have spoken with all of my neighbors who agree that Dr. Sangiorgio is the worst Vet in the area and recommend to anyone new in the area not to bring their pet there.

Prices are reasonable and they have always been straightforward about cost. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy their work. I'm glad to see not much has changed after the practice was sold. Only downside is shorter hours and you need to look elsewhere for specialized care.

I love this veterinary center! My three cats feel comfortable with the doctors. They have never had an experience like this one. The center is open daily for everyone's convenience. I thank the staff for taking excellent care of my little sweethearts. Book an appointment, and see for yourselves.☺️

Staff was very accommodating and kind to my dog. They were very considerate and attentive in answering my questions and phone calls. Dr. Sangiorgio was excellent with his diagnosis and treatment. He has a gentle way with animals. His many years of experience make him a wonderful veterinarian!

This was my dog’s first time here. Denise was very nice, just wished we didn’t have to introduce ourselves in a parking lot ☹️....I know it was for our own safety though! Her price was reasonable & my dog even got a report card ...I will be going back ✂️

DR. Lucas is a great vet and so happy I found her to take care of my Apollo. My dog loves her and the staff at Complete Care. She is a fantastic vet and always makes great decisions regarding my dogs health care. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

My dog and cat have been Dr. Sangorgio's patients since they were a puppy and kitten. He and his staff have always taken great care of both of them. 6 years ago my dog fell ill and was near death. They saved his life and he continues to live a happy healthy life.

Love completecare...the staff is very sweet. Dr john is like the best..... he listen to all my questions and never feel rushed out. I just got a new baby pom. And they take good care of her with lots of tlc.. I so recommend this veterinarian 5 stars from me.

My senior dog developed facial swelling. Dr. Sangiorgio evaluated her and discovered an infected tooth. Surgery was scheduled and the issue was resolved. My dog is healing nicely. Another excellent experience and outcome at Complete Care Vet!

Always a pleasure bringing my Persian here. Even though I've moved out of Staten Island, I have no problem bring my cat to them from Woodbridge NJ. Everyone is super nice and they always treat all the pets with such love and care.

I brought my dog here because he was sick. Turns out he had cancer so had to put him down. All the nurses and doctors where so caring and professional and I can't thank them enough for being straight forward and honest.

The vet here, her bed side manner is disgusting. I don't think she likes animals. She should've become a truck driver with her patience and communication skills. No offense to truck drivers. I would not go back there

I've been going here for over 25 years. The staff really care about the animals. They are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and compationate and really take their time during visits.

Only place I take my pets. Worth every cent spent! They're my extended family. They have helped extended the life, my GF cat Tiger Martinez. And blessed us with baby cat Sabrina.
