I love Connell Dentistry!!!! I am a very nervous patient at the dentist and Sandra, my hygienist, and Dr. Connell, and their team at Connell Dentistry made my experience pain-free and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough!!!! Sandra was the best and sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had! Dr. Connell suggested a fix for a tooth that I’ve had problems with for over 14years. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I’m excited to get it fixed at Connell Dentistry. Everyone at the office is super helpful and easy to talk to. The admin team is GREAT, give them a call! And they took my insurance (BSBC Dental), which was amazing!! 11/10, 1000 stars, thank you Connell Dentistry!

I have been a patient of Dr. Connell's for 10 years now and I refer all my friends to him. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and his entire staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Excellent customer service is clearly a priority. As far as the exam and cleaning, the hygienist is always thorough and offers advice on how to improve my brushing and flossing. Knock on wood, I've never had a cavity, but Dr. Connell is very knowledgeable and loves his work. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Connell's office does a great job in making the experience less of a downer.

The service was very, very unpleasant, and painful. The dental hygienist Ms. Sandra was really rough with the entire procedure. She numb my gums with local anesthesia but it didn't help with the pain at all. She inserted the needle into the root of my gums which caused severe pain. I was shaking, sweating, and very uncomfortable while she talked bad about the condition of my teeth throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Connell was nice but very harsh with abstracting my tooth. I will never return nor will I recommend this dental office.

Intended to shop around to get some dental work done, but apparently I didn't have to look anywhere else after visiting the Dr. Connell for a consultation. Dr. Connell was polite, friendly, and extremely keen on answering all the questions I had. Front office staff was very cordial as well. Office was clean and had operatories with gorgeous views of the surrounding uptown neighborhood. Definitely recommended if you're looking to get dental work done!

Dr. Connell has been my dentist for over 10 years. I chipped my front tooth and he saw me immediately, fixed my tooth, and it looks better than ever. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I don’t wait long for my appointment. As someone that never liked going to the dentist, Dr. Connell puts me at ease, and I know I’m getting quality dentistry.

SUCH a good experience. I went for my first teeth cleaning in 2 years, and was super nervous because I knew they weren't in good shape. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and my hygienist was incredibly gentle and made sure I wasn't in pain. I recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to coming back in 6 months! I've already recommended my family members to Connell Family Dentistry. My personal hygienist and dentist are superb. Both Sondra and my dentist were professional, personable, insightful and a pleasure to be around. Their calm and engaging demeanor made you feel relaxed ad at ease. I give them a definite 10.

Dr.connell is very unprofessional he's only in it for the money. he dosen't care about the patients concerns long as he is getting paid!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT HIM......find a more nicer dentist that cares about your concerns and not just about getting money smh the worst experience ive ever had

I have been coming to Connell for a couple of years after moving to the city. Every employee of the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Connell makes sure to inform you through every process. The hygienist is great. I would definitely recommend using Connell Dentistry!

Me and my grandmother came in to replace dentures after the hospital Ocshner Baptist lost her original pair. The staff is very courteous and they did everything necessary to replace the dentures and accommodate her needs. Thank you guys.

I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and I really enjoy the staff. The hygienists also a great job! I also recently had Invisalign and loved the results from Dr. Connell. Would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I broke two crowns and and a tooth when I fell and I’ve been walking around looking like a goblin. They fit me in at the uptown location same day and turned me back into a human. Great staff, fantastic office, five gold stars.

Bad tooth ache and the service was very harsh! Still in pain because the doctor didn't give pain meds even after the hygienist was rough on my sore gums and mouth and I'm struggling with this pain! Never going again

front desk staff are rude at both locations. if you don't like your job move on, especially when dealing with customer service. the cleaning was painful also.
