I traveled to Phoenix to the Consular De Phoenix on Monday and it was a pleasure meeting with Ms, Lourdes she was very helpful and pleasant as she conducted the interview process. The whole staff made son and I feel very comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location.
I went to the Mexican consulate today Tuesday November 7th and I ask an information to miss Gisele, she behaved with an uncomfortable attitude and was with a lollipop in her mouth, which made it difficult for me to understand what she was saying. Her customer service was terrible.
One of the fastest and best experiences we ever had with a government agency. From the person who greets you in the front, trough to the reps who help find documents, to the cashier in the back. Exceptional work. Highly recommended. Thank you for all that you do! Gracias!
The old security guy standing in the entrance thinks he's entitled to let you in to your appointment or decides not to. So what's the point of making an appointment if he won't let you in just because he feels you should give him all your information.
Went in to do me and my kids' dual citizenship, the ladies there were very helpful. Made the processes very easy and it was FREE!!! People who comment that they were rude more than likely didn't have the right documents to complete the process. A+++++
Parking in their parking lot is a nightmare. I arrived very early so was not rushed when it took 30 minutes to get a parking spot. A charming elderly gentleman greeted me upon entering suite 105. He took me directly to rooms in back where I
We had an appointment and we’re ushered right in at our scheduled time. We worked with Lourdes and she was fantastic! We were nervous about the process based on some other reviews but it was very straight forward and a very good experience!!
I am very pleased with my experience, had my appointment at 2:00pm for my first time passport, they let the 2:00 appointments in at 1:45pm and I was done at 2:22 pm. I was a bit nervous about this place reading all the negative comments but
Was there all morning since 5 am..waiting to get an opportunity to go in and renew my passport along with my husband.. since I was told that was the only way to get an appointment ..but when they finally opened they just told us they would
Rudest place ever. Went I’m with my boyfriend and the security treated us like idiots and as if we aren’t people. Then proceeds to allow him to pass and TOUCHES me saying I had to wait outside. Worst place ever if you can avoid it I would!
I waited in the line for two hours and I couldn’t even bring my water inside. It was hot inside and I felt like fainting. The young man next to me had to have his mother help him walk to a chair because he was on the verge of passing out.
Tried to get a menaje de casa and they would not see me or give me an appointment. Instead they had me email them for an appointment over a month ago and I kept pinging them with no response. I drove down to the Tucson consulate and they
It's a really nice place, all the employees are respectful and kind, they always try to help you. They are kinda busy with all this pandemic matter so my advise is that you need to make an appointment online if not they aren't let you in
Saturday morning and at 8:08 they still had not opened. That is very rude since people get here early in the morning for the services. Lights are still out and still we are waiting. How disrespectful to those that need their service. We
Arrived at 6am because that's what a staff member told me to do. I should've asked when they open but I assumed it was 6am. Wrong. They let us in at 7:30am. I heard others waiting in line sharing their experiences of having to come 3-4x
It is terrible. If You have to go and ask for information after their lunch. The security told me . The information resource desk works only in the morning. I inquired information of their online requirements to do an appointment. The
Escalate immediately to the top supervisor there if you need to get things done. It’s the older gentleman in the back office by the cashier. Worst experience imaginable all due to a frontline worker and his shift lead. Good riddance.
I'm not sure why people are having problems with the consulate. Everything you need to know and to bring with you is laid out on the website. Only do or bring what is specifically listed. If you are unsure if you need to make an
This was a frustrating experience. Why have appointments when you don't honor them? I hope this helps some of you visiting this place. Booked my appointment three weeks ago for 10 am Saturday morning. I arrived 15
Sucks horrible servive, your appointment don't matter, no number to serve you have to be jumping seats to get to Windows long super long time, to much money for what ever you need, again horrible service
They suck, make me wait 3 hours, no reason to make appointment they don't get you right away they keep you waiting and waiting, not organized and rude costumer service
Great experience. Everyone was attentive and professional. Lourdes was exceptional. Every requirement was explained and she made the process work smoothly. Thank You!
Everything is done orderly just make sure you do have all your paperwork that will be needed ahead of time. The only thing that could be improved is parking spaces.
Customer service needs some training. They need to control attitude and be more respectful. Security man was the only nice gentlemen and very helpful employee.
The service is horrible. Yuo have a appointment .at 10 am .I finally 3:20 pm getting ready to live the place .I don't think is fair olld day.
People are helpful but many customers, so wait a little long. All questions answered, face to face always works best for this woman.
The Mexican Consulate personal they very helpful on all the documents we need , my mom was very happy , thanks to all the personal
Long lines no direction. The person checking you in is not educated on the documentation needed from other states
Zero human connection during the process of getting information and being served at the window.
Not alot of parking spaces. No coveted spaces. I didn't go inside.
