I traveled to Phoenix to the Consular De Phoenix on Monday and it was a pleasure meeting with Ms, Lourdes she was very helpful and pleasant as she conducted the interview process. The whole staff made son and I feel very comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location.

I went to the Mexican consulate today Tuesday November 7th and I ask an information to miss Gisele, she behaved with an uncomfortable attitude and was with a lollipop in her mouth, which made it difficult for me to understand what she was saying. Her customer service was terrible.
